I got a traffic citation when traveling home from vacation. Cotten Law Firm handled my case for me so I didn’t have to travel 6 hours back to NC. Case was reduced to Improper Equipment. Jeanne has been our attorney for the last 10+ years. She helped us receive compensation when our 3 yr. son was attacked by a dog, leaving his lip almost ripped off. ( Our 1st Attorney was unable to achieve this). Jeanne also helped us win a lawsuit against our builder when he refused to repair our septic system which failed while we were in our 1 year warranty. I recently had the pleasure of being referred to Victor Macam by another firm. I quickly noticed that he didn't have other ppl call me. He called me to introduce himself to me and asked for what he needed. He was courteous, knowledgeable and confident. He discussed my options and the details in depth. I was up against time restraints but was able to hire him to represent me. Qhen we couldn't purse the case he continued to answer my questions every time I called. Stacy battled a travel insurance agency to get a full refund for me and my husband who was diagnosed with a progressive disease a couple of weeks before a big family trip to Italy. As if facing the diagnosis wasn't bad enough, learning that the travel insurance company did not want to honor our claim was so disheartening and very aggravating and frightening. Ms. Sparrow did a fantastic job on my case and I am thankful.
I have a CDL license and for me it is more than the right to drive from one place to another, it is my living.
Rather than describe the aspects of the case I will just say that I had gotten into some trouble unintentionally with the police and as sometimes happens, things we don't
realize are as serious as they are, threaten are livelihood.
Thankfully Ms. Sparrow did a wonderful job and saved my career by getting mycase voluntarily dismissed.

I had a 5-star experience with Brent Adams and Associates. Specifically, Attorney Diana Devine is amazing. After fighting with the insurance company and suffering with pain for over 2 years, my case was sent to her in the litigation department to take it to court. She called and spoke to me often, even gave me her personal cell phone number. Every step and process that came up we had a meeting beforehand that she explained everything so I could understand and helped me mentally prepare for what the defense would say or do. In the end we spent several hours together at a mediation, and she argued to settle my case for more than what I expected. I am very satisfied and would recommend any one with a personal injury case to call Brent and Associates. After being hit by a car and seriously injured, I was offered a settlement by the insurance company of the person who hit me. I wasn’t sure if the settlement was appropriate, so I consulted with Bill Bystrynski and he agreed to represent me. Bill was successful at obtaining a settlement that was much higher than what I was originally offered. Bill is a knowledgeable, competent, and skilled negotiator. Rebecca (unsure of spelling) was extremely unprofessional in how she handled questions from me as a home buyer. She repeatedly forwarded me to paralegals and attorneys who did not pick up. After I called back she then began to not pick up the phone all together and the phone call was forwarded to an automated system. She did not put in one bit of effort to connect me to a paralegal who can speak to me. Please reconsider her role as front desk if she cannot do the the bare minimum. Picking a lawyer was very difficult and we spoke to several lawyers. We ultimately picked Pedro because of his experience in nursing home lawsuit. My wife's mother fell at her nursing home and fractured her hip. Mr. Krompecher knew the other attorneys and got us the a good settlement. Clifford law firm was to represent my son in 2 counties both wake and sampson. He showed up once in wake none in sampson after being paid to be my son's rep. I would not hear from him nor my daughter in law would see him attend to business. The man mumbles and I could not understand most of what he was saying even though he was apprised I am hard of hearing. 20 months and nothing he said he would do was done. I even hesitate to give one star he deserves none.

I had a closing where I sold a house and property where the buyer's agent wanted to use Midtown Law in Raleigh. I had no issues and in the interest of getting the deal done agreed. There were really no issues at closing other than receiving the funds just before close of business in a Friday but oh well. The problem arose when I received the property tax bill for that parcel 5 months after the closing date. I checked my closing documents and verified the funds were in fact withheld from my disbursement so I contacted the tax office. The tax office informed me to contact the closing attorney which was Midtown Law. I placed a call and was instructed there was NO WAY TO CONTACT the person I needed to see except email. I asked several times to speak with an officer of the corporation, the attorney that did the closing or anyone who could help me with no help from the attendant. I got the email and then promptly sent the property address as well as described the problem at hand and asked the person to call me to advise how to clear this up? I received an email telling me it was the new owners responsibility to pay the taxes and pretty much they were out of the loop. It seems they didn't care to help resolve the situation. I don't know how the new owners would even know they owe the taxes or the amount they owe? Midtown Law provided no way to contact the present owners even though they had to have that information in order to complete the closing. I guess it falls on me to do the job I paid them to do in the first place. I would not recommend this law firm . I guess if everything turns out right you'll have no problem but if you ever need to contact them to resolve an issue good luck. I'd be embarrassed if I were an associate.
