Admittedly I have no comparison to make as I’ve never been involved with any type of legal issues, but I will say this experience was highly disappointing.
After providing a binder full of documentation, photos, X-rays, and more documentation with little next to no contact (unless initiated by me) the waiting game began and continued until today when I received an email informing me they would not handle my case. This was after being told they would, with a full explanation of how things would proceed, the cost breakdown, and an agreement to not have contact in regards to this case with anyone outside of the Puget Law Group.
My first contact with Puget Law Group was in August of last year, 2023. All documentation, etc. was done by early December, treatment was completed in October and I was told they needed nothing more from me. That was nearly 9 months ago. Unbelievable at best considering nothing about this situation changed and to be given the most generic excuse is inexcusable.

I was a passenger in a rear ended accident. Dublin Law Group made the process so much easier. Between the drivers insurance company and the other drivers insurance it was a big headache. I was getting calls from insurance companies and at times it seemed like they were trying to trick me. Dublin Law Group made it easy, I only had to deal with them. DLG made sure to contact me with updates and emailed me when I didn't answer, I never felt forgotten or that I wasn't worth their time.

I got rear ended pretty badly and my truck was totaled, my neck and shoulders got hurt badly as well. My wife was rear ended a few years ago with injuries and her car was totaled as well. She contacted Dubin Law Group and knowing how well she got taken care of, I reached out to them. My attorney, Josh Joerres and case manager Maren Nielsen treated me like family. They both went above and beyond and always let me know every step. I got a substantial settlement within a year and I will totally recommend them in a heartbeat! Ann Rosato is an incredibly talented, passionate and meticulous attorney whom I can’t say enough good things about. I had the pleasure to have Ann as my primary attorney in an automobile accident case that spanned almost 3 years.
Throughout the long pre-trial phase Ann communicated with us on a regular basis and always was professional, friendly and caring. Because of the many court delays we ended up having to videotape testimony for several witnesses however Ann did such an outstanding job drawing out quality testimony that the jury made good connections with my witnesses.
During the trial phase Ann continued to come across as the professional, friendly and caring person that she is. She was meticulous in her preparation, delivery, appearance and approach with witnesses, Jury, Judge and opposing council. Through the combined use of new technology and old fashion pen & paper Ann told my story in a compelling way that helped the Jury decide in our favor.

I contacted Mr Olson after months of trying to deal with my employment problems on my own. He took the lead the day I first met with him. Mr Olson and his assistant kept me informed every step of the way. Having worked previously in in various law firms I know how busy it can become, but I was very impressed with the fact that I received responses to any of my questions in a very timely manner. Mr Olson and his assistant are extremely professional and personable, but when it came time to stand up for my rights he (Mr Olson) never backed down. I'm very pleased with the outcome of my case. I know I couldn't have achieved as much on my own, or as quickly.

We are contemplating a move back to Washington state where we lived for many years. Without proper estate planning we would potentially be subject to the Washington estate tax. n our initial contacts with the firm, we clearly identified that we were residents in another state. We were instructed to provide our detailed financial picture as well as our current estate planning documents which we provided promptly and told that our information would be forwarded to the attorneys for evaluation. The following is the email response.
“Thank you for filling out and returning your Questionnaire.
I will forward your information to our attorneys for review. Once they have completed their review, I will be back in touch with you regarding a quote for services and the next steps for scheduling.”
Well over a month went by with no word back from STIB. I finally contacted them by email requesting a status update. Within minutes, I received the following reply.
“Thank you very much for contacting our firm. Unfortunately, we are not able to take on your case. Our firm does not advise out-of-state residents on tax issues. Our focus is estate planning and long term care planning.”
The STIB website clearly tax issues as part of estate planning. I also found no restrictions on attorneys in Washington state providing consultation to out-of-state residents considering residency in Washington.
Needless to say, I was astounded by what I consider to extremely poor communication and timely follow-up. If it is indeed not their policy to advise out-of-state residents on tax issues, I would have expected to have been informed of that policy up front thus saving us the time of compiling and sending detailed and confidential financial and estate planning information. In my opinion, this represents incompetent and totally unprofessional behavior.

Awful, horrible and never again! I was in a bad accident in 2018, the insurance company wanted releases signed within 13 hours. I knew something was right so I contacted Bernard Law Group. I should have done better research and more calling around. 2 years of treatment came to a referral for a procedure my insurance doesn't cover, doesn't even consider it it's just flat excluded from the policy. 2 years of what I am now realizing was just lies and passing blame to the other side. 2 months later and I am still waiting and being fed more lies. Viivi Vanderslice is incompeten, doesn't listen to you and just does whatever she feels is best for you without discussing or considering your wants or needs. If I could get the fee they collected for themselves I would, they don't deserve even half of what they got.

I called for a consultation on a very time-sensitive issue. Being busy for a very small law firm is understandable and I received many apologies. However, it took a month to receive a simple no, we are too busy, and it was unclear whether an attorney ever reviewed my information. Seemed disorganized and I felt disregarded and lost valuable time and recourse.

Michael Sprangers represented me in a legal malpractice lawsuit. The attorney my husband and I had hired to help us with our wills and estate planning had, unbeknownst to us prior to my husband’s passing, created a real disaster. I am an experienced Washington attorney who has both fought Levi Larson on behalf of one of my Malpractice clients AND, subsequent to that case resolving, hired him to help knock down a complaint made against my physician wife's practice. Happily, the complaint against my wife made to the Department of Health, Medical Quality Assurance Commission was dismissed with a finding that she had acted entirely within the standard of care for her practice area.
