I hired Randy to handle a wrongful death case as he was referred to me. Best decision ever!! He was extremely respectful and caring the years it took to fight (Major slow down within the court system due to Covid). If he didn’t answer my call, he always promptly called me back. Matthew Curtis was recommended to me and after the initial consultation with him, I knew that I didn’t need to look any further for an attorney. I would like to say my case was as easy as pulling a rabbit out of a hat, but on the contrary, I had a very difficult case. Matt believed in me for the start and worked very hard to get a judgement that far exceeded my expectations. The consultant I spoke with said I can't sue unless I prove they caused permanent physical injury.
This is not true. In Michigan, you can sue for providing inadequate, non-sterile care that results in sepsis.
The fact that I could have lost my leg is wrong and the provider should be held accountable so they cannot let other people get infected in the future.
