Over a year a go I got into a "no fault" car accident going to work. I pick an attorney's office that I thought was good until within a month's times one of the assistance there was calling telling me an offer. Completely feeling like I was just some quick dollars in their pocket I went to my doctor and ask if he could recommend me an attorney. Now the saying "Doctors knows best" applies here and when I tell you I am so happy I took his advice. Jennifer & her office was who he recommended and she was just what I needed for my situation. She's understanding, caring, straight forward, honest and her goal was not to rush to get me a quick dime. She cared more about my health, if there would be any long terms issues and my complete physical and mental well being. And yes, once she was sure I was finally satisfied with everything she made sure I was well compensated.
I don't ever wish an accident on anyone, especially myself, but if it ever happens and I ever find myself again in that situation; there is absolutely one team I want in my corner and that's the team at Mandelbaum Trichler Law Center. I promise you won't regret it.

I hired the Fernandez firm about 2 years ago. I spoke with Mr. Fernandez myself. I signed all their paperwork and sent them everything they asked me for. I had some questions during this time, so I spoke with his Legal assistant by phone and email. I asked to speak with Mr. Fernandez on several occasions, to no avail. I also signed a paper saying I could not discuss my case with anyone else. I believe that the statute of limitations is past now, and I’ve still heard nothing. What my husband endured through horrible neglect he has still not recovered from. I’ve spoken with many doctors and nurses that told me this was pure neglect and never should have happened. I’m devastated.

READ THIS AND CHECK OTHER REVIEWS.. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I hired this attorney back in July 2024 on a case against a car dealership and since then I have not been able to get any communication back from him or his office regarding the status of this case. In fact, the last I heard from him was October in which he states he will get back with me on an update. Many many phone calls and messages left for him and many many unanswered emails later i have heard not one word back. I paid his fee in full when I hired him and now am left with no result. I will be getting with the Florida Bar and submitting a complaint there also.

First of all, I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Hunter. After extensive research and considering many options, I ultimately chose her, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Mrs. Hunter tailors her approach to fit each unique situation. I initially thought I needed a super aggressive attorney, but I quickly realized that Mrs. Hunter's well-established relationships with other attorneys in the Tampa Bay Area made all the difference. Let’s face it, divorce is incredibly challenging, but it doesn’t have to be unbearable when you have a skilled attorney who keeps you out of court, helps you stay levelheaded, and is mindful of your finances.
I have come to believe that Mrs. Hunter has been in this field long enough to prioritize her clients’ best interests over simply making money. She genuinely cares about her clients and focuses on achieving the best financial and logical outcomes. After 4 months "representing" Alan told me Ford motor company was "ignoring us"...so now we are going to have to sue them. Well I thought that was what you were doing??? Then one inspector looked at my recalled Ford Fusion which rolled over my leg said I must have gotten out of a moving car. Clearlythe recall showed car would be placed in PARK and roll. The three plants involved in the recall issue were available through auto paperwork. My Ford Fusion was manufactured in Mexico at that specific time. I found Wagner impotent for my case . Waste of time on a solid case. DNR.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Diane.
I called Diane about help interpreting a will and she took the time to not only explain the different parts of the legal document and how this effected how the will was governed but offered suggestions and options for dealing with my unique situation and the challenge I was trying to work through.
In addition, Diane was ready to offer introductions to others locally that could be helpful in resolving the issues I was trying to address.
The law is so complicated and Diane was able to take the time to clearly answer my questions in a language that was easy for me to understand. She was also compassionate regarding my situation as I imagine most of these situations are very sensitive in nature.

Jack Gordon of Maney & Gordon, represented me in what was one of the most difficult and heart wrenching experiences of my life; the wrongful death of my youngest daughter due to gross negligence on the part of a hospital.
Jack worked very hard and diligently for me and more importantly, for my daughter. He was so well prepared to try the case that he very much wanted to take the case to trial. As a preliminary step before trial, we entered mediation with the defendant hospital. Jack negotiated very persistently on our behalf and we were able to reach an agreeable settlement. Although no settlement could ever assuage the grief and sadness over the loss of my daughter, it did help to bring closure, knowing that those responsible for the negligence associated with my daughter’s death were held accountable and compelled to take responsibility for their actions.

Having known Jack for many years on a personal level, I immediately turned to him when I was faced with a serious legal matter in April 2015. We had hired Jason to represent us after being rear ended December 2019, my husband ended up with a severe whiplash and several bulging and herniated disk throughout his spine, he needed surgery to repair the major injuries in his neck. I was already disabled, my previous injuries were aggravated because of the accident. We were not aware of any specialist in our area and asked Jason if he knew of a good doctor, we were very satisfied with the recommendation that Jason gave us, this doctor did surgery on my husband's neck that did relieve the pain. Jason Whittemore represented me for a wrongful bankruptcy dispute that required IRS tax knowledge and a substantial amount of money I owed to the IRS among several other complications. After consulting with 1/2 dozen attorneys or so, I realized this was a very specialized case that most attorneys were not willing to take or just not knowledgeable enough. I then met with Mr. Whittemore. He took my case.
Mr. Whittemore is a sharp, very responsive, attentive, professional. He always politely spoke the facts. He kept me informed at all times. The end result was that we won. He was wonderful in every aspect of this awful "experience with a terrible moving company" concerning the moving company's destruction/"loss"(think THEFT) of my property which had supposedly been in air-conditioned storage for over two (2) years --( I was moving from my home on Marco Island, Fl to Gulf, County,Fl and required storage as I was building a new home). The moving company was AWFUL, but with Ashby's skillful work and handling of my case, I was able to receive a much higher settlement from the moving company than I ever would have without his representation. I have had occasion to deal with lawyers throughout my life--in fact, my daddy had an LLB from Cumberland Law School ( class of 1934) and received a J.D. (as you know- a Doctor of Jurisprudence) at a later time--although daddy only did Pro Bono work since he was primarily a businessman and farmer in Florida and Alabama. Anyway, Because I have been around "legal stuff" my whole life, I really appreciate when I encounter someone like Ashby who is knowledgeable , skillful, hardworking, and compassionate in dealing with my very stressful situation. He was always extremely attentive to me and my situation and even though I may have been overly upset at times, he always made me feel like I could contact him at any time for any reason. I only wish he were closer to where I live now--but I still would not hesitate to request his help in the future--distance is no hindrance in the way in which he handles legal matters. His law firm should put him on the "fast track" to being a Partner--people/lawyers like Ashby are diamonds in a too often pile of legal coal chunks, as I'm sure you know. His honor/honesty is impeccable--I'm sure Martingale-Hubbel will have an AV rating by his name--he IS an "A" lawyer--and he has the "Virtute" (virtue) to boot!! He deserves a huge raise in salary--and if your law firm is smart, you will hang on to him with "everything you've got"!!! Footnote: Because of Ashby Davis' wonderful handling of my case/situation, I gave him my deceased husband's iconic and official US Navy leather pilot's jacket from the Vietnam war era. I hope you can infer how highly I think of Ashby because I gave him the jacket my husband wore as a Navy pilot.
