Over a year a go I got into a "no fault" car accident going to work. I pick an attorney's office that I thought was good until within a month's times one of the assistance there was calling telling me an offer. Completely feeling like I was just some quick dollars in their pocket I went to my doctor and ask if he could recommend me an attorney. Now the saying "Doctors knows best" applies here and when I tell you I am so happy I took his advice. Jennifer & her office was who he recommended and she was just what I needed for my situation. She's understanding, caring, straight forward, honest and her goal was not to rush to get me a quick dime. She cared more about my health, if there would be any long terms issues and my complete physical and mental well being. And yes, once she was sure I was finally satisfied with everything she made sure I was well compensated.
I don't ever wish an accident on anyone, especially myself, but if it ever happens and I ever find myself again in that situation; there is absolutely one team I want in my corner and that's the team at Mandelbaum Trichler Law Center. I promise you won't regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Diane.
I called Diane about help interpreting a will and she took the time to not only explain the different parts of the legal document and how this effected how the will was governed but offered suggestions and options for dealing with my unique situation and the challenge I was trying to work through.
In addition, Diane was ready to offer introductions to others locally that could be helpful in resolving the issues I was trying to address.
The law is so complicated and Diane was able to take the time to clearly answer my questions in a language that was easy for me to understand. She was also compassionate regarding my situation as I imagine most of these situations are very sensitive in nature.
Finally, Diane was very timely in returning calls and reviewing the work I had requested of her. I would definitely hire her again.

Jack Gordon of Maney & Gordon, represented me in what was one of the most difficult and heart wrenching experiences of my life; the wrongful death of my youngest daughter due to gross negligence on the part of a hospital.
Jack worked very hard and diligently for me and more importantly, for my daughter. He was so well prepared to try the case that he very much wanted to take the case to trial. As a preliminary step before trial, we entered mediation with the defendant hospital. Jack negotiated very persistently on our behalf and we were able to reach an agreeable settlement. We had hired Jason to represent us after being rear ended December 2019, my husband ended up with a severe whiplash and several bulging and herniated disk throughout his spine, he needed surgery to repair the major injuries in his neck. I was already disabled, my previous injuries were aggravated because of the accident. We were not aware of any specialist in our area and asked Jason if he knew of a good doctor, we were very satisfied with the recommendation that Jason gave us, this doctor did surgery on my husband's neck that did relieve the pain. Jason Whittemore represented me for a wrongful bankruptcy dispute that required IRS tax knowledge and a substantial amount of money I owed to the IRS among several other complications. After consulting with 1/2 dozen attorneys or so, I realized this was a very specialized case that most attorneys were not willing to take or just not knowledgeable enough. I then met with Mr. Whittemore. He took my case.

I cannot praise Ashby's assistance to the heights to which he deserves! My vocabulary doesn't have enough superlative words to adequately portray how wonderful he was in handling my legal "woes". He was wonderful in every aspect of this awful "experience with a terrible moving company" concerning the moving company's destruction/"loss"(think THEFT) of my property which had supposedly been in air-conditioned storage for over two (2) years --( I was moving from my home on Marco Island, Fl to Gulf, County,Fl and required storage as I was building a new home). The moving company was AWFUL, but with Ashby's skillful work and handling of my case, I was able to receive a much higher settlement from the moving company than I ever would have without his representation. I have had occasion to deal with lawyers throughout my life--in fact, my daddy had an LLB from Cumberland Law School ( class of 1934) and received a J.D. (as you know- a Doctor of Jurisprudence) at a later time--although daddy only did Pro Bono work since he was primarily a businessman and farmer in Florida and Alabama. Anyway, Because I have been around "legal stuff" my whole life, I really appreciate when I encounter someone like Ashby who is knowledgeable , skillful, hardworking, and compassionate in dealing with my very stressful situation. He was always extremely attentive to me and my situation and even though I may have been overly upset at times, he always made me feel like I could contact him at any time for any reason. I only wish he were closer to where I live now--but I still would not hesitate to request his help in the future--distance is no hindrance in the way in which he handles legal matters. His law firm should put him on the "fast track" to being a Partner--people/lawyers like Ashby are diamonds in a too often pile of legal coal chunks, as I'm sure you know. His honor/honesty is impeccable--I'm sure Martingale-Hubbel will have an AV rating by his name--he IS an "A" lawyer--and he has the "Virtute" (virtue) to boot!! He deserves a huge raise in salary--and if your law firm is smart, you will hang on to him with "everything you've got"!!! Footnote: Because of Ashby Davis' wonderful handling of my case/situation, I gave him my deceased husband's iconic and official US Navy leather pilot's jacket from the Vietnam war era. I hope you can infer how highly I think of Ashby because I gave him the jacket my husband wore as a Navy pilot.

He took my car accident case even though a previous attorney I had years ago for another case told me it wasn't worth his time (his actual words) as I had pre-existing conditions and probably wouldn't get much at all. Mr. Eaton took my case and I got far more than the other attorney had estimated, giving me peace of mind as my medical bills were more than adequately covered. :-) Both he and his staff are knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be keeping their number just in case I or anybody I know needs it.

After the sudden loss of my husband, I met with an attorney to try to determine any action I might take. That attorney felt that I had a case that should be pursued but recommended that I meet with David Eaton who he felt was better qualified to handle my case. I met with David and he took my case. My eighteen year old daughter went from being a healthy college athlete to suffering a massive stroke, paralysis, brain damage and multiple heart surgeries as a result of malpractice. She was hospitalized for over two months and had an extremely lengthy rehabilitation and recovery period. We hired Charles Moore in 2013 on the recommendation of a relative who is an attorney. I wasn't even aware of the firm he worked for at the time. To be perfectly honest, I probably would not have contacted that firm because I was of the opinion that large firms provide less personal service and I needed to look the person who would represent us in the eye to get an idea of the type of person they were. My daughter had been through enough already and I needed to know that the attorney representing her would be someone she could relate to and someone who would be patient and understanding with her. Mr. Moore made himself available to us for all questions large and small at any given time. There was never a time I called him when he didn't answer personally. I wasn't sure what to expect because I had never been in this kind of situation before. He was very easy to communicate with and explained each step of the process clearly and thoroughly. While preparing her case for trial he was persistent and thorough. Her case was a complicated one and it required expert medical opinions and the review of volumes of records as well as depositions from numerous people. Throughout it all we were kept up to date and well informed.
Mr. Moore is friendly and personable but nothing to be trifled with when it comes time for mediation or trial. Fortunately we were able to reach a settlement without going to trial. The opposing counsel told me afterwards that if it weren't for him we would not have fared as well at mediation and I sincerely believe that. The fact that he was not afraid to go to trial if we had to made a big difference. Although I didn't want to put my daughter through a trial, she will have ongoing medical needs for the rest of her life and has lost things that she will never get back. It was important to me that she not have to worry about how to pay for her future medical care and that she be at least somewhat compensated for her loss.
I pray that I will never need a malpractice attorney again in my life but if I do, Chad Moore will be who I call. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Ms. Lanier represented our family in lengthy litigation when my Aunt's hairdresser became her emergency guardian. She worked tirelessly to reveal to the court how the frail and elderly can be easily taken advantage. Even though the opposing attorney delayed and delayed the court date, and the hairdresser put our Aunt into Hospice care, we were able to see the hairdresser scolded by the court for many things, including mismanagement of funds and paying a very questionable male friend to 'see about' our Aunt. Thankfully, our Aunt lived long enough to thwart the hairdresser. Ms. Lanier was professional and compassionate. She fought for our Aunt....tooth-and-nail.
