Especially Gail Granata a (RN) that is apart of the Allen and Allen staff. She completely lacked compassion and empathy, and overall not having any kind of professionalism. Avoid this firm at all costs. I’m ashamed that I actually thought they were actually going to help while I was in a vulnerable state after losing my Father.

Mr. Allen was hired by my sister and myself in 2015 about a negligence case towards Residence Inn in Springfield, Virginia. After faxing to his office the necessary documents in 2016, I have yet to hear from him about my case. Before contacting Avvo, I called several times, left a message, and he still has yet to contact me as of this date (3/24/2018).

So so appreciative of Ty! We rented out our home and our tenants took advantage of us at every turn, most notably by failing to pay any rent for months on end and routinely continuing the case in court. Ty handled our case efficiently and professionally and fought to make sure we got what we deserved - and got our negligent tenants evicted. While I truly hope we never have to go through this process again, I know that we would call Ty in a heartbeat if so. I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone else who finds themselves in this sort of awful situation.

A few years ago, I needed legal help and was reffered to Mr. Allen by a friend. I couldn't be more grateful. He is a professional who not only cares about your legal matters, but also your well being.
Down to earth and friendly, Robert prefers to be on a first name basis with his clients. He helped me with a very personal, and rare harassment case against a previous restuarant employer. In such a messy situation, Mr. Allen went the extra mile to protect myself, my reputation and also make me feel comfortable. Not only did he do his research, he even helped me take it up a notch and file a federal complaint. Robert, worked very hard to make sure our demands were met with no excuses. He was always timely with responses and willing to work around my schedule for meetings and phone calls. Mr. Allen even made routine phone call check-ins to make sure the stress from the case wasn't effecting my emotional stability. The attorney on my case was not customer oriented and i am not sure if the Medicare review was processed accurately to my benefit with Anthem as it relates to my proceeds from my case along with Negotiating with the other Insurance company could have been handled much better . I feel services could have been handled much better. If i did not call to inquire about my case, the process probably would have taken longer. I am not even sure if i met the attorney but once, The service you advertise on TV does not mirror the service i received. The two ladies who helped were friendly but probably was acting off of what The Attorney directed them to do.
Service should mirror what you advertise as helping people

This is the w this is the worst lawyer i have ever met in my life. he doesn't pay attention to your case and he even charges you for breathing. Do yourself a great favor and I promise you that you will be thankful for it, look for another lawyer that is worth it because this is the worst you can have. because apart from the fact that he excites you by saying that you can win, he only wants to be in court to charge you more. I ended up fired him because I never trusted it and after I fired him he sent me another bill for 5,000 dlrs for doing nothing and gave me a few days to pay him or he would sue me. Having him as my lawyer has been the worst mistake I've ever made.

Do not expect Mr. Robl to keep track of the time he has worked on your case, or to provide you with accurate information. Ask him every time you speak to him how many hours you have left on your retainer, and make sure it matches your records.
In my case, Mr. Robl informed me that I still had money left on my retainer, but would need to provide him with additional money soon. I advised him that I did not have any additional money and therefore I needed to settle my case (which I did immediately). Shortly thereafter, I received a bill for a very large amount of money. When I reached out to Mr. Robl to clear up these charges, he explained that the information he had previously provided was not accurate. I was upset to hear it, and didn't have the money he was now saying that I owed him. I went back to check all of my records, and still did not come up with the hours he was claiming to have worked on my case. When I called him back in attempt to work something out, he would not answer. I left multiple messages. He refused all of my phone calls and emails, and never responded to me again. Rather than speak to me, someone he was representing, he SUED me, resulting in a judgement. Adding insult to injury, he actually included his legal fees (not just costs) for representing himself in the lawsuit! Please be very cautious when considering Mr. Robl to represent you. I've never felt so wronged before in my life, and would hate for anyone else to go through what I did.

Stay away from this “law firm” my injury occurred July 2017 and has not been closed yet. It seems like trivial items cannot be addressed at any level from this office. The insurance companies disbursed checks June of 2022 and they cannot figure out the accounting or even get a reduction in liability from the insurance company. They do not respond to emails or provide certificate of deposit for the escrow account to hold the funds while they deal with the medical lien. They claimed they paid out $8,000 in administrative charges and could provide invoices for close to $2000 only. They provided a listing of medical invoices that were unrelated to my claim. Also be wary I was told that they would be taking 33% of the settlement once all invoices were paid but they took it from the top after they collected a referral fee from my wives case.
They purport to be client centric but none of their actions fall in line with their 100% bias to their bottom line!
