David as well as his paralegal Sandra, both took the time to truly understand my case to truly understand what it is I needed and was able to deliver in a timely, as well as professional manner. This morning, I met Attorney Blau for a scheduled appointment to review my situation to see if we should proceed with a case. Going through a legal process for personal injury from a healthcare provider is quite intimidating, but meeting Attorney Blau today was wonderful. Although pursuing a lawsuit would not be economically feasible for my situation, I really appreciated the education regarding legal proceedings in the state of WI that Attorney Blau shared with me. He is really a nice, down to earth guy and if I ever needed any legal help, I know exactly who to call. I also liked that their office had a parking lot where i could park my car for free instead of being downtown. Just wanted to share my good experience & give 5 stars. Worst Experience Ever- Horrible Law Firm - completely botched my personal injury case. Attorney Eric L. Andrews from their firm dropped the ball. So much so that I am filing a grievance with the State of Wisconsin Bar Association. The entire Groth Team was complicit in his/his team mishandling of my case.
Attorney: "I can't fight two insurance companies at once"
Client: "I thought that's what attorneys do, fight on behalf of their clients?" Are you going to dispute anything, ask additional questions? I am in so much pain.....I have an MRI scheduled! (tears)
Attorney: "No, there is nothing I can do, your case has been dropped!"
Dark despair - and then I was sent this check to add insult to literal injury

I had a workman’s comp case with a major company and after doing a bit of research, I decided to go with him… after the initial meeting, it was really hard to get ahold of him. I would be the one to reach out and have to get updates after sending him requested information. There would never be any replies. Finally, when he did reply, it was extremely short. I had ENOUGH when I got a response asking for an update & he referenced another persons case followed by saying “there’s not more we can do since you were the one at fault.” ??? The case he was messaging me about involved a head on car accident when mine was a workman’s comp case??? I thought getting a lawyer was supposed to relieve stress, not cause more. I was doing all of the work myself and did not feel heard at all. Ended up having the case dropped and losing a lot of money.

The following day I called Cannon & Dunphy to represent me and Brett Eckstein was assigned to my case. I was terrified by the serious felony charge I was being accused of. I immediately started searching for a qualified attorney in Eau Claire and hired Jessie Weber. The first time I met with Jessie, she was very easy to talk to about every detail in my case even though some details were embarrassing. She was exceptional with communication and very professional in the courtroom. She defended me with no judgement the entire time and was able to get me a really good outcome where I could keep a clean record with no conviction at all. I don't even know where to start as I want my review to be completely from the heart...when I was in a car accident from another driver hitting me it turned my world upside down. I quickly made the accident of hiring another attorney I had used for something else and found myself lost in answers..I read through reviews and called Kevin Martins office where he was quite aware he would still have to split the money I receive with another attorney and YET even though this isn't the biggest case ever him and his assistant have been extremely thorough, I can always get a hold of someone, they make me feel cared for when I have felt the world is ending, and most of all I never feel like I am "a pain" when I call or email frequently. PLEASE HIRE THIS LAWYER if you want and need to be taken care of!

Jason Knutson worked on my unpaid overtime case for over 4 years, starting as a class-action suit and then in individual arbitration. Jason was an incredible advocate during my hearing, and he both stuck with me and my case until the end, even though my own claim, after our class-action was tossed out, wasn't worth a ton of money. Jason Knutson's help during what is clearly the worst time in our lives was immeasurable. His assistant Jenny was very helpful when medical bills poured in keeping them straight and helping us remove duplicate charges so we could focus on our sons rehab. Jason and Jenny from start to finish of our whole ordeal was a positive. I always felt as if they had our son's best interest at heart and that we truly were being represented in the case. Ann Jacobs proved to be a competent and knowledgeable attorney. I was still on crutches when referred to Attorney Jacobs by a colleague and was skeptical about "suing" anyone. Attorney Jacobs convinced me that I had a certain expection, under the law, to visit a public venue safely. Not only was she successful in convincing me, she won the case!
For my convenience, we communicated mostly through email. She was quick to respond to questions and forward important information. I never waited more than half a day for responses.
