A driver rear ended my vehicle while on the highway. I ended up going to two hospitals and had surgery to remove blood from my stomach caused by a ruptured blood vessel. I managed to find Matthew Sercely and was very happy with his honesty and knowledge of how to deal with the other drivers insurance as well as negotiate with the health insurance and lowered their fee greatly. I've had bad experiences with previous lawyers and I cant stress enough how professional Mr. Sercely was with my case. Always stayed in touch and would respond to my emails promptly. This case was resolved in 5 months.

I’m a firefighter from Kansas. I originally saw Matt when I was having trouble getting title from a dealership on two vehicles I purchased in Texas. A year later, I discovered that the dealership rolled back the odometers on both vehicles. Matt discovered that the dealership washed the titles of my two vehicles in order to hide the true mileage. Matt was also able to obtain documents from an open records request from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles which showed hundreds of other vehicle transactions involving the dealership as well as the tampering of odometers of those other vehicles. I was a victim of used car dealer title fraud. After almost two years of waiting for the dealer to transfer my title, I approached Matt to discuss my options. Matt listened and developed a game plan for me to get justice against this fraudulent dealer. Turns out my vehicle had a lien that the dealer did not tell me about. Matt not only sued the dealership, but was able to negotiate the lien down substantially in order for the lien holder to release its lien.

Just talked with this firm. The intake person continued to attempt to rush me to sign a contract for without proper time to review and consult with anyone else. The rep kept insisting that I would only have minutes to review and sign, and said I would be required to do it during this interaction. I've always been taught to get a second opinion before signing any contract. It's a shame. I've heard good things, but I don't appreciate the rope-a-dope approach to getting clients. Law firms should hope for clients to be diligent.

I did not receive the experience I thought I would. Immediately after I called and put in a claim I was called by my attorney she stated I would receive a call back April 1st with an update with everything. April 1st came around I never got a call. I tried calling and leaving voicemails, not just through my attorneys extension but through the main line as well. I did not receive a call back. My mechanic reached out and finally got a call saying that they had dropped my case due to communication. I got ahold of the insurance company that would be covering damages and they as well told me that they could not get ahold of my attorney nor get a return phone call back.
I expected a lot better from this company and was left with disappointment, to handle everything myself.
