Tim has not only helped my husband out of multiple scuffs with the law, he's also served as a friend and mentor. He'll tell it like it is and give you the best advice possible. Tim helped pull my husband out of the gutter multiple times. He went to bat for us and in the FINAL hearing(because we're walking away from this mess). The prosecution wanted my husband to do a lot of jail time. So Tim ripped him to shreds police and witnesses alike. My husband is serving 2 days. Tim has been a great support and I wouldn't be here without him.

Our practice was being systematically cheated by insurance companies who declined to pay for surgeries they had authorized. Mr. Jaindl persuaded them to pay by taking them to court and then negotiating with their lawyers. He got all of our money for us, though I can't say the insurance company has entirely learned their lesson. We plan to hire him again with the next major incident.

Evelyn represented me in a workman's compensation case. In the beginning I felt misrepresented, due to the fact that we did not meet prior to the initial hearing, of which we lost. I have TWICE now called upon this Law firm. Both times I spoke with Ron Katz. I was having an issue with a different law firm. Ron called them on my behalf and within an hour I received a phone call. The issue was taken care of immediately. The same Law firm I am still stuck with has been dragging their feet on my issue again. I called Ron, he explained what steps need to be taken to get a fair and equitable resolution. I now have enough information to educate my own Lawyer who was supposed to take care of my case and has proven weak and ineffective. Thanks to Joel L Katz LLC and Ron Katz I know what needs to be done and I have a plan of action. I should have never hired the other Lawyer! The Katz law firm is responsive, aggressive and has your best interest at hand.

Very poorly represented by Joel Katz for a Workmen's Comp case. Seemed to have a revolving door for lawyers handling injury cases. My file was buried in a drawer for a year or so until a consultant to the firm found it. They only want cases that are easy and a shoe in. I was exposed to chemicals on the job. From day one I got nothing but negative feedback about my case. They wanted me to settle for almost nothing. If a firm doesn't know any medical experts for your particular injury you know you will not be properly represented. I was too sick from being sensitized to chemicals to fight them. Didn't settle and the case is still hanging. I have a new lawyer who has worked very hard to get my case heard. Workmen's Comp doesn't seem do their job any better than Joel Katz. My case was somehow dropped from their files when they switched to computers. How many requests does it take to get my case back in the data base? Very disappointed and poorly served by both the lawyer and Worker's Comp.

My husband was the victim of a vicious assault. State Attorney Shane Nolan was on top of my husband’s case and kept us informed throughout the process. Ms.Stephanie in the attorneys office followed up and reached out during this ordeal and at no point did I feel we weren’t a priority for them. While they take on an enormous amount of cases and I did have to follow up on some things, which we should also advocate and stay up to date on things and not let them take it all on , they did an incredible job and justice was served for my husband. I see some reviews that people didn’t get a phone call or an email. We never received anything in writing but again we the victims must advocate and do the work too, case search is free, the dockets are posted the day before and court dates can be found online, we can not expect the States Attorney’s office to be our personal assistant. Also for other victims please know you’re not alone the MD Crime Victims Resource Center was a great help as well in our case. The Anne Arundel County States Attorney’s Office did exceptional and we thank you!

Don't get robbed at gun point by a state attorneys father. They'll give you petty sentence instead of an apology. I got robbed of at least 1100.00 in tools, developed ptsd, got a 30 day sentence, one year probation, an appeal bond paid with no release of incarceration and no refund for that bond either.
The guy even thanks his daughter (states attorney which I don't have to name), for the verdict in his victim advocate speech. I acquired testimony. It's all there! Sorry for giving one star on the review. This organization deserves less in my opinion.
