Ms. Rubin has helped me with numerous legal issues, and I cannot say enough positive things about her services.

Not only would I refer this attorney and his office to other but I have… to at least 8 other people. Through my experience, I was well informed, kept up to date, my concerns were addressed, issues were promptly taken care of and best of all… I was educated! My insurance company initially tried to patch my home from scraps in order to save themselves money. Their actions wore not only a breach in the policy agreement but downright wrong. The whole reason we have and are legally obligated to carry insurance is so that when things like this happen, they are there to help, and not try to squeeze by with the least amount of cost as possible.
Going through my claim with Mr. Dieker and his staff was the equivalent of going from initially total despair to confidently knowing that everything would be fine and just, in due time. I would highly recommend them for anyone going or starting the claim process. Call them as soon as possible, before you get talked into something that will cost you tens of thousands by the insurance company without you even knowing. A simple conversation could save you time, headache and untold amounts of stress. I have used Attorney Dieker in the past to represent me in an insurance claim where the insurance company questioned my integrity. Atty Dieker is very knowledgeable and keeps you focused, he represented me at an EUO- examination under oath,...shortly after the EUO was over, the Insurance co paid me! Good job Douglas Dieker!

My family was in an accident caused by another driver and we had a difficult time agreeing with the offer the insurance company initially presented. Kyle was contacted by Christopher Deacon of Stewarts Law, a lawyer in England. My mother enlisted the help of lawyers when I had come out of Intensive care at Southampton Hospital, England. I contacted Kyle for a consultation regarding a dispute I had with my neighbors regarding their tree uprooting our shared fence and the subsequent frivolous counterclaim they made to scare us out of proceeding with our case.
Kyle was very sympathetic and fantastic at listening to our situation and asked great questions to frame the case.
Kyle ultimately guided us in a way that did not warrant hiring him as we were able to pursue the case in small claims along with our insurance provider defending the counterclaim.
I was very appreciative of the time he spent helping us as well as not trying to take advantage of us by coercing us into hiring him.

Mark is an amazing person and he goes out of his way to make you feel like family. He also stands up for you more then you could imagine. He will fight for you and never give up. Kevin was our attorney for a car accident we had a little over a year ago. He was a great client advocate and was also a genuine, helpful attorney. I must have called him what seemed like every ten minutes and he always answered or returned my call quickly. Jim Penney has successfully assisted with multiple unfortunate civil issues encountered here in Southeastern Arizona.
In a government position, a female co-worker made bogus accusations that she had been sexually harassed. When it came time for the deposition, she suddenly had a severe case of amnesia and in fact became quite angry when Jim caught her in her insatiable scenario of lies.
At a retail store, a female manager kept using unwelcomed words of endearment such as “hon, daring, sweetie…” when we were not dating. After multiple requests to stop such conduct, termination was the ultimate punishment. Jim was able to obtain a “Right to Sue Letter” from the E.E.O.C.
An H.O.A. President felt it was OK for females to enter the Men’s shower facility unannounced. An effective but diplomatic warning from Jim took care of that problem.
Another employer felt it was appropriate to terminate an employee for reporting serious health and safety issues on the job site in addition to known sex offenders hanging out in the children’s area. His representation earned an unemployment insurance claim.
Jim has been a straight shooter when it comes to a projected case outcome and finances. He returns the majority of phone calls within 24 hours. Thus he has truly earned “The Best Civil Attorney in Southeast Arizona”

Mr. Demaree represented me in a legal malpractice case where the first attorney I hired, in an accident/injury case, failed to reach a settlement or file suit within the two year statutory requirement. Mr. Demaree was thorough and professional. He initially told me that his fee would be 33% of my settlement; however, when he was able to reach a settlement quickly, he voluntarily discounted his fee to 25% in order to get me a larger settlement. He did an outstanding job of communicating with me and following through on his word. I would certainly recommend his services to anybody.

Mr. Page helped me to settle my car accident claim against two very difficult insurance companies. It was a long process due to its complication, but Mr. Page walked me through the whole process. At one point, he told me if this were going to the court, he would still stick to our original engagement letter (you know most attorneys charge differently for the trial) just because he could not stand what the insurance company was trying to do on my claim. Fortunately, my case got satisfactorily settled without going to the court. I think he probably should have retired by now, but I would highly recommend him because he knows what he does and more importantly, he has the ethics that are the key to everything.
