Mr. John Trebon..PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & IMPRESSIVE IN ACTION! We had a difficult Criminal case filed against us being accused of 2 Felony charges. The dispute on this matter began back in 2019 and to no resolve by the end of 2023 which was an exhausting couple of years. Then the harassment & felony charges were made in the beginning of 2024. I was thankful enough to have the pleasure of being able to sit down and meet with stephen benedetto after being assaulted at a club in old town Scottsdale and being unlawfully arrested while sustaining broken bones. I was very upset at what had transpired and knew i was in for a battle going up against a multi million dollar club. My first impression of stephen was that he was kind and trust worthy i also noticed very quickly how knowledgeable he was at his job and the laws specifically in connection with my case. He fought day in and day out for close to a year to make sure i was taken care of in a way i would feel best with not just to put some money into his firms pocket i am and always will be grateful for everything he did for me and not only consider him a great lawyer but an even better friend. This was my first experience with the law and Jason did a great job of explaining my options and all the possibilities, he could have easily suggested that I should take the first offer (which was a good one) from the prosecutor, but he put in the extra effort to counter that offer and was able to get me a deferred ruling. Before meeting Karl, I reached out to numerous lawyers to help me fairly deal with the damage caused after my motor vehicle accident. These lawyers refused to listen to my side of the story and were unable to foresee the situation like Karl did. I met Karl through my employee assistance program and after one meeting I hired him. Prior to hiring Karl I had lost my 3 year old case with my HOA who had a civil judgment of over $12,000.00 against me, and a lien against my property. The HOA was also seeking garnishment of my earnings. Several other law firms who reviewed the case recommended that I pay the judgment, or file bankruptcy. When Karl was done with the HOA, the garnishment was stopped, the lien lifted, and quite unbelievably Karl negotiated with the HOA who paid me $5,000.00! And yes, the judgment was no longer something I had to pay! Karl was honest with me, and his fees were very reasonable. Karl saved me, and my house, but more importantly he gave me peace of mind and restored my faith in the Judicial System. THANK YOU KARL!

While using an attorney isn't necessary for AZ residential closings, I decided, since I am out of state, that it would be in my best interest to work with one regardless. Finding Marc was one of the best decisions we made in our buying process. He's intelligent, on the ball, fast, extremely knowledgeable and was able to single-handedly figure out something in the 11th hour that helped all parties involved close on time.
