Elizabeth represented me for a misdemeanor traffic infraction. This was the first time I had ever required a lawyer, so I was a little lost on who to reach out to. I saw Elizabeth's great reviews and reached out for a free consultation. When I called, she already had my case pulled up with the corresponding state law. She walked through the process and was very forthright about the possible outcomes. I hired her to represent me and could not be happier. Elizabeth was an excellent attorney in representing my case in which I was dealing with a serious traffic infraction. She was very professional and knowledgeable from the get-go, helped me file a motion immediately, and was able to get my case moving in the right direction. I had fired my previous attorney for being unavailable and unresponsive and with Elizabeth I found her to be the complete opposite. She was quick to return emails, answered questions, easy to talk to, and explained the process very well. Laid out expectations very clearly - didn't overpromise and underdeliver (as some lawyers are apt to do). I've worked with a few attorneys in the past and Elizabeth has by far been the best. My attorney filed motion to dismiss my DUI case and challenged the video evidence. He was meticulously in his questions to the Police Officer. He questioned every sentence the police uttered during the stop. The Judge agreed with him and he my case was dismissed.

Had a complaint on an attorney here that messed up a trust and the receptionist told me I needed to speak with the firm's administrator, Lori Holland. I called and left Lori six voice different voice mail messages within a span of two weeks and she refused to return my calls. Terrible customer service for an administrator to refuse to speak with one of their firm's clients that has a complaint.....that is her job.

Tried to hire him in December of last year and he was very rude and unhelpful. Answered the phone just saying "Yeah." No "This is the law office of Sean O'Connell" or anything to identify who I'm speaking to
When trying to go over the details of my potential case, he kept cutting me off mid-sentence and not allowing me to finish. When I tried answering a question he said "How about you listen to what I'm actually saying." I was trying to answer his question but he cut me off. I just hung up.
Very rude, not professional, and isn't a serious lawyer. My case got resolved by another firm, but Sean W. O'Connell was the worst experience to even have an intake meeting with.

I take no pleasure in writing these sorts of reviews, but in my case, this was a scam. The attorney repeatedly did not do what he said he would while charging $400 an hour. I would say his performance was worth maybe $80 an hour at best. His motions were replete with typos, and he had little understanding of technology, not just forensic technology but even Microsoft Office. He repeatedly lost track of versions of documents. The final straw came when the motion I hired him to litigate took 6 months, $20,000, and yet his exhibits were out of order. Avoid this representation at all costs.
