I had an amazing experience with Alex. My 2022 Ford F150 had many transmission issues from date of purchase. I eventually reached out after having been extremely dissatisfied with Fords attempts to make it right. Alex took complete care of the issue and made it right. It was a very easy process from my side, a little paperwork up front, no hidden fees, and I got the compensation needed. I would recommend him to anyone having issues with their vehicles.

Paul really went the extra mile in our case. We hired him for a drug / controlled substances case. Well, it was more like three different cases in two different counties, including a probation violation case, a new controlled substances violation case, and a different controlled substances case (where a gun was also found, though it wasn't his, but the DA might have said who knows what). So, this was an extremely difficult situation, with three felonies in 2 counties all being processed at the same time! It took a lot of juggling!
And on top of all that, our goal was to get the person into rehab, in order to get better, versus just to have time in jail. Paul had so much work to do to make this happen! He worked evenings and weekends without any complaint or reservation. He went above and beyond, helping to identify rehabs that the judge would approve, that the probation officer would approve, that the DA would approve. So many parties to liaise with!
Then, he helped to call all the rehabs (due to our limited time to help)! He found out which had availability when. How much they cost. Which offered financial assistance.
Even he helped to set up the initial call between the patient/inmate and the rehab facility, which was way harder than we anticipated. Without Paul, it's highly likely that we wouldn't have had an acceptance letter before the hearing, and that might have been the end of his chances of going to rehab versus prison.
Paul was professional, courteous, and hard working. He got it done. We are very appreciative.

If you are reading reviews then I can assume that you are in a similar situation that I was in just a short time ago, looking for someone to represent me with SSDI. You are lost as what to do, you are scared, you are in constant pain and you can’t understand why you were denied benefits. You are looking for someone who understands what you are going through and can take away the stress.
Trust me, Tammy Holcomb is the person you want to represent you. My first conversation with Tammy, I had a gut feeling about her and her ability to win my case. Tammy is a professional lawyer who is very knowledgeable and understands the jargon to win your case. She was like my very best friend who worked hard long hours and was very patient and kind. I once sent her an email at 11:00 at night with a question, thinking that she would see it the next day. She responded in a couple of minutes. I can’t promise that she is available 24 hours a day but she always responded to any text, email or phone call in a very reasonable amount of time.
I think Tammy does her very best in preparing you for your court appearance by sending you videos to give you a general idea of what to expect. Tammy won my case and I would recommend her to anyone who needs representation. I am forever grateful.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to let you know you were an absolute breath of fresh air! My son has never gone through anything like this before and I hope he never will again. Motorcycle crashes are very scary...especially when you're hit by an oncoming motorcycle...in your lane! I've never had a personal injury case, so I was completely lost as to how I should guide my young adult son. As a Dad, I was very worried about his injuries and the effects they might have on him long term. I did some research on your firm....and on your background and we felt that we were going in the right direction. Realizing that what you read can sometimes be very different from what you experience, we were cautiously optimistic (because what attorney wants to brag that they are sarcastic, condescending, self-important, impatient buttheads that probably got beat up continually on the playground as a kid?) Your attentiveness, professionalism, efficiency and communication skills (both verbal and written) made this process extremely easy for us. It was obvious you were doing a LOT of work on your end. As you know, my son is a full-time college student and he was already distracted enough trying to recover from his injuries. I started my case with another lawyer and due to unforeseen circumstances, my case was passed along to Moses. I am extremely thankful for that turn of events.
As Moses got to know me and my case more intimately, he realized the need to have the case removed from the county of the defending lawyers to create a more even playing field.
Moses is a very caring person seeking only justice and what is rightly due to patients that have fallen victim to true malpractice. It took several years to collect information, secure credible expert physicians from several other states, and prepare a solid case that would stand strong in any courtroom. He kept me informed through each step of the process and asked if I was willing to wait for each portion.
He was patient with me, keeping my best interest at heart… best interest of what was due to me and best interest of what I could mentally and physically withstand over the course of the years. He was honest and never lead me to feel like a “paycheck”, I was an individual who became permanently disabled due to malpractice and he sought restitution for loss of my eyesight.

Lashandra is an excellent attorney. She made sure me and my family was taken care of while I go to multiple stays in the hospital ,nursing home and after I lost my job when I would return she make sure I was still talking care of to. She has signed an awesome person by the name of Harmony, Harmony came into me and my family‘s life and she feel like family. I’ll take that back made me feel better than some of my family members so whatever they say they’re going to do they’re did. What I mean by that they’re gonna do what they say there going to do they said it would make me feel like I was part of a family and they done that and that’s definitely how I felt. I couldn’t be more pleased with Allison Affleck from the company. My case had a change of venue and we faced a very difficult judge who did not allow Allison to present a proper case and ended up giving me a partial ruling. I appeal and ended up back with the judge. The whole time Allison was positive in obtaining the right documentation to submit and this time she was able yo cross examine the doctor the judge had. Everything went in my favor but the judge ruled against me. We appealed again and finally after over eight years received a fully favorable ruling taking my benefits back to day 1.
During the whole time Allison went above and beyond for me because she said I deserved the benefits. The whole firm was very professional and helpful. I could not be more pleased with the representation I received from Affleck and Gordon and I have and would recommend them to anyone especially. If I can give a higher rating I would.

Allison was superb during my third appeal for disability. I handled the first to myself and was declined and I should have called them from the beginning. I was nervous about hiring a lawyer and getting headwinked. Turns out it's a flat fee and worth every penny and more. I was a fool not to do it sooner.
During my hearing the trial lawyer was a real intimidating jerk, I hung up at the end in tears. Allison called me after the fact and assured me that in 2 months if we got a negative appeal we would just file a fourth one rest assured. She just plugged on and tried to put his demeanor out of her mind, asked all the right questions, and kept me focused about the facts. About 10 days later I got 100% positivity on my claim.
It wouldn't be fair not to give credit to Dawn, who handles all of the legwork, paperwork, back end stuff, from my initial call with her to the very end. She was there every step of the way. Flawlessly efficient, pacient, always returning my calls or emails within a day. Extremely competent law firm!
I just wish I called them from the start instead of going it alone for over 2 years!

My mom and I never had to hire a lawyer before and was not sure how it worked. After someone hit my car, James Ponton walked us through the process and assured us we wouldn't owe any money and my medical records would be paid for after the case. After less than a year the case is settled and I am not only getting my medical bills paid for, but I am receiving a really check for all of the trouble. While searching for an attorney, I went beyond my vicinity in search of one that is unbiased. I was hurt in a car accident and a friend told my wife and I to speak with their attorney, Evan Kaine. I have really good friends because Attorney Kaine was the right man for the job! At first, the insurance company tried to push us around, but my attorney, Evan Kaine, pushed them right back! We didn’t want to file a lawsuit, but since the insurance company was playing games, we followed the advice of our attorney and sued the other driver. Ms Teresa is the epitome of an attorney, and represented Ross Law Firm, very well to the letter.
