In life we never really expect to need an attorney. When/ if that time comes like most people I was scared of what to expect, the trustworthiness, the knowledge of my specific case, how long would this take.. All of my questions were answered, and answered timely. I never felt like I was "bothering him" Nick took time to understand my point of view, understand the case, he remembered facts. Yes part of this was "his Job" but above and beyond his job was the kind tone I heard on the other end of the phone each time I called, the rapid response of answering emails . The time he took to explain the details of my case to me. Law is not my area of expertise. I was confused and uneducated at times during this process, he made sure I understood each step of the way. He let me decide how to proceed with his guidance. He explained the benefit of each possible out come of my case. I never felt forced to make a decision to get my case over with. Each time a document that we were waiting on came in, I knew it arrived. When struggles arose in the case I was made aware of that as well. When appointments were needed, example a doctor appointment, I knew why it was needed and what to expect while there. When I had to sign documentation that looked like it was in a foreign language, because it used terms I did not understand, Nick broke down every sentence when I needed him to. He never treated me as though I was just a client, or beneath him if I did not understand what was happening he and his team always took time with me . I had a clear understanding of this process. Nick and his team were educated, helpful, understanding, and patient, . The guidance they provided went above what I expected.

I was sued in Towson Court and he was my lawyer in a jury trial. he was great in court, even the judge was ruling his way on legal issues that sounded bad. The jury really liked him and a juror even asked for his card after the case was over. The insurance company really hired me a great lawyer. The plaintiff had 40G's in medical bills and that ass only got 8,000.

Mr. Beatty represented me by chance in 2018 only because of not being able to be represented by the Public Defenders office. He was assigned as my Panel Attorney and I am eternally grateful to him. I was facing charges that could have sent me away for a very long time. Honestly, truthfully and right hand to our Lord these charges were false, with no evidence I was indicted. The police raided my house because they thought my son was dealing out my house but he wasn't. They found some pills on my sons friend who did not even live there was just visiting and they said we was all responsible. I spend 2 days at bookins and my son was no bail. My friend hired mr. Beatty and got it fixed up quick. First he got my son a bail and got him home on the box and when we all went to court mr. Beatty got it thrown out. I will keep his card and hire this man any time. He gave me back my life and my son. Best lawyer.

Ms Griffith represented my son in a criminal matter. I was extremely nervous and fearful of the whole ordeal and she made me feel so much more at ease after hiring her. After six months of handling my own case I decided to seek outside help. Based on recommendations I called a handful of attorneys. The office of Mr. Ostad was the only one who readily had a paralegal available despite the fact it was Friday afternoon when most other offices were closed. Within a few minutes I was speaking directly with Daniel P. Connors an Associate at Ostad Law. Mr. Connors helped put things in perspective and immediately offered a lot of comfort.
For months I've gone at it alone and now I feel like I have an army to back me up. I usually turn to attorney Erica Bazzell whom I've known for 25 years for my legal dealings. I met her while she was still a law student at Columbia University Law School. Needless to say, turning to anyone other than Ms. Bazzell was difficult. However, my case is in Baltimore City and Ms. Bazzell is licensed to practice in Philadelphia not Baltimore. Based on recommendations I got in touch with Mr. Ostad's office and I'm glad I made the right decision.
My case involves a distribution broker hired by General Mills. I'm 100% confident that Mr. Ostad and Mr. Connors are more than capable to take on corporate giants without missing a beat. Moreover, I feel I can rest easy and not be sold out. The firm has my best interest in mind.

It was an amazing experience having Alan Mensh representing us on our legal case. He was fair to both sides, I feel that this shows the compassion that he has himself being a lawyer. Alan never left up and was there everytime I messaged or called with a question. When we went to mediation on our case he stayed right there with us and made sure that at all times he was there to help us understand what and how things were going. I hope that we never have anything like this happen again but I know that Alan would be the first call we would make for legal representation. I was LUCKY enough to accidentally find/meet David Jackson the same week I got turned down for disability though anybody w/ eyes could see I am very Disabled. He was understanding, intelligent, explained everything I didn't understand and THROUGHOUT the case, answered my emails promptly and explained whatever was confusing to me without talking -down- to me. My family and I could TELL he was a TRUSTWORTHY and HONEST man just by the professional yet caring way he helped and worked hard to get me the benefits I needed. I truly believe it was fate that lead us to his office two days after getting turned down a second time. I don't know what *you* find important in a lawyer but professionalism, skill, intellect, and knowledge of the law obviously comes first. Yet isn't it an added bonus to have someone THAT skilled on *your* team that is working for YOU, cares about YOUR health, YOUR problems, knows your name, issues , and ALSO treats you & your family with a degree of warmth and respect that most lawyers seem to lack?? In doctors, they call it "A GREAT bedside manner". I don't know what to call it in an attorney except for surprising and appreciated!! Do you want a lawyer that is JUST after a paycheck?! Michael O Ramsey is a great attorney, he assisted me three different times in filling a chapter 7,13,and then a 7 over the years. When he works with you he don't make you feel like a failure, because you were not able to manage finances and fell deep into debt. He is a down to earth and a respectful individual whom show with his action that he cares about helping people. Frank is a pitbull. Once he gets ahold of your case he doesn't let go. Even if he cant represent you, he finds other lawyers that would. I wouldn't look anywhere else if I ever need a lawyer. Catherine Dickinson and Michael Belsky were an absolute pleasure to work with. SBWD Law represented me in a complicated personal injury case where there were a lot of moving pieces.
