About a year ago I was in a car wreck, my very first, and I was not at fault. Unfortunately, though the situation turned on me after my lawyer at Morris Bart turned down my case during my treatment for body injuries. I was told that I did not have insurance, which left me on my own with injuries that continued to have me in pain.
That was until my friend told me about a friendly and passionate friend she's known a long time; Danny Russell. He was a godsend and he really and truly felt for my situation. It's not only that he's sympathetic, but also empathic to understand what it is like to be in a situation like myself. He's inspired to really fight for you, and really look into policies that you could not understand. When he says he can do something, you better believe it. Because while I lost hope, Danny found it.
Thank you so much. Both you and your wife and staff are extremely thoughtful. Thank you for the birthday/holiday cards, and for the gift basket. That was a sweet touch to the entire experience. I feel like family. I promise not to be a stranger, we are way past that. :)

Mrs. Freeman handled my case and got me the policy limits at settlement. She's friendly and explained the process to me and answered questions throughout my case that kept me informed. It is very difficult for me to write a review for Mr. Aub Ward in just a few sentences. My entire family was traumatized by my car accident. My entire family had to have additional TLC. I had to have multiple, serious surgeries. Aub did not just call to see how I was doing, he also came to see me in the hospital to check on me. My case lasted for a couple of years. Aub looked at the case like it was a brand new case every single day. Aub was so thorough, knowledgeable, and resourceful that I knew I had been put in the right hands. Aub put countless hours into my case. He consulted specialist all over the country to make sure that he was prepared for anything that the defense could possibly be brought up in my case. Aub went as far as to hire a consultant and several other lawyers for a retreat to see where they may be holes or cracks in my case so that he would be prepared for that. This retreat lasted the entire day. The lawyers involved in the retreat we're not only acting as lawyers to make sure that all the details and factual information in my case was correct, but the lawyers also looked at it from a juror's point of view. This retreat helped my case tremendously. There are not enough words that I can use to express how diligently Aub worked on my case. He never treated me as just another face or just another client. He looked at me as a traumatized victim that needed someone to truly help them. I could not have asked for a better lawyer than Aub Ward. When my husband and I had those first initial meetings with Aub; he did not sugarcoat any of the details of my case. Aub told me what he thought my case was worth and that was the amount that I received. Aub still contacts me to this day to check on me and to make sure that my family and I are doing OK. Michelle can be a pitbull...don't let her cute looks fool you. She knows the Law and enforces it for her clients. After I was on Comp for a year, I hired her, because I was getting ALL kinds of weird problems from my employers. I was an RN that was VERY valuable to the hospital, pre-injury, but after I injured myself, picking a patient off the floor and couldn't perform my same job, b/c I ended up having back surgery. Now, the story changed....I was as worthless to my employer, as much as I had been valuable to them in the past. I was totally exhausted from fighting with them, when Michelle came to my rescue. After hiring her, all I heard was how lucky I was to have her, and how knowledgable she is about Worker's comp. I had to experience her, first hand, to be amazed at how profficient she is. She was ALWAYS professional, dedicated, responsive to my needs and had my best interest at heart. There isn't anything that I could say negative about her. I also developed some serious other health problems during this time, and really did not have the energy to fight with my employer for every little thing. "Chip" is driven by his Christian-based compassion to help people who have been wrongfully hurt. He works like a dog to obtain ALL the ammunition, that could ever possibly exist, needed to win your case for you - you won't be seeing him on the cocktail scene, working too much... No person could be more demanding of him than he is of himself, he is a perfectionist. I've had so many bad experiences with other attorneys, but Chip has wrangled a couple of absurdly complicated cases to win them for me. Chip is the guy who shoulders your burdens all the way. He always returns calls FAST - this was a futile and maddening game with my other attorneys. Your only disappointment in him may be that he has heard all (currently existing) Boudreaux/Thibodeaux jokes - and you are sure to hear a few! Love my attorney.
