I've worked in sales and in restaurants most of my young adult life. The most important rule I learned while doing so is that anything sales, anything even if it's an annuity is you're selling yourself. You might offer a service but in order to perform said service you sell your client on the idea of YOU. The ladies at reception don't seem to understand that concept at all, and if I was one of the attorneys who had those ladies as my assistants I would do some serious reevaluation. I've never been spoken to or disrespected the way I was by these women. I would highly recommend usinh any other ANY other litigation attorney.

Every encounter is different for different people based on the circumstances, but this is based on my encounter. Very unprofessional in manner and atmosphere. Another attorney made by the system, for the system. A poor representative for himself and a terrible representative for people with complex cases. Very untrustworthy, make sure to consult with other attorneys because this attorney is FULL of misguidance and misinformation, either due to lack of knowledge in the specific area or intentional misguidance. I have a strong legal background so I knew well enough to know what I was being "advised" was false and my previous knowledge and current legal representation confirmed that. Steer clear of this one, or at least reference check anything this guy advises.

Mr John Jewell Pace is one of the best attorneys in the Baton Rouge area. One of my close family members that interned for him referred me to him when I needed help so I reached out to him right away. From the beginning him and his team told me how the whole leagal system/process works since I didn’t have a clue how any of it worked and he guided me through it all. Mr. Ligh decided to sue my family because we moved to a new home after having a house fire and his clients the Carrington Place Subdivision HOA chose to file suit against us after giving me 6 months to begin project and 18 months to finish and the Hoa pushed Randy Ligh to file suit after 5 months costing my family $3394.00 and this is how their lawyer and my Hoa welcomes new residents to the neighborhood! Pushing on us since we got here and why the heck would they file lawsuit when they gave me 18 for finish project and sue me after 5.🫤🤔we had a house fire for goodness sake and a very bad one losing everything! I’ve begged and begged these people for peace for my family because we have been through a lot our marriage is u set a lot of stress and this extra stress is going to end my marriage and this has absolutely been the case! One of the stipulations nowhere in the handbook is this a violating offense but amongst several unfair practices committed against us here is a few! I am forced to park behind a fence I’m still building because it “detracts” from our neighborhood when two houses next to me have vehicles that have not ran or moved since I’ve been there 1.5yrs and I no longer must park behind setback line it must be behind the fence that if I chop down would not hide my truck and they couldn’t sue me because the fence project would be cancelled not completed! Then I am being told I can not have patio lights above my drive way which is barely seen from the road and before they made me cut 4” off my gate it wasn’t visible from the road and why is everyone else allowed these huge arches on their gates but I found recently one HOA member said well it’s because they regret approving a wood fence and wish they had only approved rod iron bar gates because they want transparency but I’m sorry because they already approved it I bought and built the gates plus screw transparency because they violated even advertised my family on the front page of their newsletter which created a mob literally …like someone came to my house who lived 4 houses away and pulled a knife on me in my front yard when it was just me and my 8&10 yr old daughters there! Plus Hoa architectural board of directors lady came down after I called cops and she came to the rescue of the people who pulled a knife on me saying I cause problems all the time which is a lie because I never leave my house so I don’t cause anything and if I did while not leaving my house then what is so bad really…name one thing that’s a problem I caused and why do they condone the offenders who pulled a knife on me at my house in my yard and about my patio lights here is a pic that since I moved here I have made nothing consistent progress improving the exterior by far and i out every blade of zoysia grass down removed 4 tree and have the most beautiful landscape hundreds types of flowers having now best grass beat gardens and best fence and in this pic I decorated my landscape with lights because I’m a landscaper but you will see my fence that has a hidden tape light behind the 1x4 trim so it cast light down without seeing the light strip itself and behind the fence u can see the lights strung zig zagging across driveway overhead and they don’t allow that to me only and violate me only for these but the second pic is a neighbor a few house down from the president and he/she has the gutters with led lights already installed on them and they keep these gutter lights on that looks like Spanish town parade coming through every single day yr round since they recently got and let me say I do not care about their lights. I like the indifference character each person does and is allowed to decorate their house but if the HOA isn’t fining them in pic 2 but ruthlessly Pursuing me then it’s compiled with rest of evidence that proves them targeting me and I’m still unclear why because we came from a house fire so pic one my house lights over driveway and this was during Christmas 2nd pic free neighbor! so much stress my wife decided divorce when I begged HOA for peace and I lose my family

Came here just to try to get some advice on my case after I told her I had an attorney but he was not a employment lawyer and I needed help on how to proceed with the case or could I even hire her to help assist the lawyer I already have. I was willing to pay just for a quick conversation. I received an email stating that she could not help me because I already have a lawyer. I reached back out to her assistant and asked her would she take the case and I would just fire the other lawyer. I was told by the assistant that she has too many case loads already! So, first you say you couldn't help me because I already have a lawyer, then when I ask you to take the case and I would get rid of the lawyer I already have, you say you have too many case loads! I have a good case, but I see now that if these lawyers not getting their fame on Channel 9 or Channel 2 or any media outlet they really don't want to help anyone that want make them news famous!

I was dealing with a case that involved the rest of my life whether it be incarcerated or free (literally). I had several other attorneys before I met Drew louviere, four of them where public pretenenders one was one the state hired for me which was a joke. And the last was a great attorney but he passed away by the name of Martin Reagan. That's when I was referred to Mr louviere by this point I was a basket case to say the least I was out of pocket almost $20,000 and then had to come up with Mr louviere's feel which was very reasonable I must admit I had my doubts at first cuz he is a very busy man but he does not have time to talk on the phone and make you feel better about your situation .That does nothing for your case. If you want someone to coodle you he is not the right attorney for you ,but if you want someone who's working practically miracles behind the scenes and this is your man. My life was literally in Mr louviere's hands and the God above of course. Mr louviere is an outstanding member of his community and a Christian man with the moral compass that goes without saying. The day of trial we had a plea agreement I already worked out, but at the last moment the prosecutor tried to pull some funny stuff like they always do. I was a nervous wreck but Mr louviere told me to relax, settle down I got this. Mr louviere did not accept what the state had in store for me store for me. I was innocent of my charges but that doesn't seem to matter anymore the only thing that matters in today's judicial system the only thing that matters is another notch in their belt. Mr louviere took what could have been a 99 year sentence for me, to a year probation, he is truly a God's gift to the defendants aspect of the judicial system. I would recommend Mr louviere to anyone not just a stranger ,but to my closest family members if they ever needed his assistance .He goes above and beyond to fight for his clients like I've never seen in my life. So if you can't sleep at night and you worry all hours of the day and your situation consumes your every thought then call Mr louviere and in the end I can promise that he will fight for you like no other attorney out there and I'm not just saying this. I have lived this. I take my hat off to you Mr louviere and thank you for everything you've done .Keep doing what you do. Thanks

in the recently released decision from the LA Supreme Court regarding Judge Charlene Day’s suspension, Aidan apparently agreed to notify a 4th grade teacher to come to court and sign a document or be in contempt and go to jail. The report states Aidan agreed to do this but put the wrong email address so the poor teacher was arrested at the elementary school. Sadly she lost her job over the whole thing. Adjectives I think of when I think of Aidan are irresponsible, misleading, ineffective, arrogant, and in my experience, when you ask him about his clear screw ups, he mistakes facts deflects everything on to you!
Hopefully someone has had a good experience but that certainly wasn’t me or that poor 4th grade teacher!!!

I thought Mr. Bullman did a good job helping me with a boundary dispute problem with a neighbor, but then he simply dropped the ball and bailed. After almost a year of nothing happening, I sent an e-mail about finalizing the boundary, the injunction and recovery of damages and I was charged for my inquiry and his reply. I waited months again to hear from him then when I tried to track him down, found he had moved to another firm. I left a message for him twice and he did not even have the courtesy to return my calls. After spending almost $10,000. in fees on him, he completely abandoned my case, leaving me high and dry in the middle of negotiations with nothing finalized. I had to hire another attorney, who had no knowledge of the extensive details in a complicated case, to pick up the pieces and get the job done. Much time was wasted, and business I was eager to conclude had to be initiated all over again, a major inconvenience - and revealing a real lack of professionalism.
