Mrs. Carrie Coppinger Carter, in my opinion is the one of the best lawyers in the Northwest especially because she is hard working, super communicative (so you don’t have to worry about updates on you’re case). She is currently handling 2 of my cases and so far I’ve seen a lot of progress and I already know that I will get the settlement that I deserve if I have her as my lawyer! She comes I'm a family that sticks together and I don't mean to make this racial but you don't see white families stick together like this normally everyday like they do I don't know if you know how Hispanic people and other races help out the elderly and stick by their family but you don't see too many white families caucasians doing but this family does she is extremely versed an extremely connected all the way to the top she does not use her connections to win the fight on the contrary when they see her coming they know that they have a battle before them I'm about to give up even before the the shooting starts I've always I've always wanted her on my team but I can't say that I could afford her he's not cheap on any aspect nor should anybody be with a talent and the expertise that she has you have to pay to play so to speak I would do anything that I possibly could for this person in which she is actually stuck out her neck far beyond anybody that I've ever known and of course she is the only Christian woman that holds the line matter of fact to a T you cannot make this woman false her when it comes to Jesus and who other that you want on your side I'm not saying that you need to be a Christian to actually hire her but I'm not going to say that she's not going to mention her savior if you come through her doors without him it doesn't really matter anyway you might as well throw in the towel but don't quite give up yet she'll see your last breath and she'll put out her hand pull you back up dust you off and push you across the the finish line in which you may never think that you would have made it and without her more than likely you wouldn't give her a call let her check out your case I promise you there isn't a better attorney in town none zero mark my word Godspeed

Tom and his team helped me tremendously. I was arrested for two serious felonies. Each charge carried a 10 - 15 year sentence. He was able to get one charge completely dropped and the other dropped down to a misdemeanor with no jail time for my sentence. Three years later his team had my charge vacated from my record. In the summer of 2019, I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle. Fortunately, I do not remember the accident. The EMT’s put me into an induced coma at the scene of the accident and after a few days in the hospital I was brought out of the coma.
After waking up, all I wanted to do was to get out of the hospital and back to work in a business I had just started. I felt that the aches and pains were just a distraction from the dedication I needed to make the business successful. My punctured lung, broken ribs, broken other bones, smashed in face, missing teeth, my body numb from the hips down, and a severe head injury with a hematoma could just be ignored. Maybe I was not thinking straight!
My wife suggested that we should sit down with an attorney regarding the accident, and I reluctantly took a meeting with Paula McCandliss from Brett Law. I wasn’t keen on lawyers, and I did not put much effort into the meeting. My thoughts were that I’d quickly get over my bumps and bruises and Paula would be wasting her time with my case. Well, I was not thinking straight, and thank goodness for Paula putting up with my callousness.
The physicians and hospital staff did a respectable job putting me back together, but it’s hard for them to determine the extent of the injuries, and of course the medical profession cannot get you back to 100%. After my discharge It took time for me and my primary physician et. al. to determine my ongoing care and what medical problems would be permanent.
Let me say this- I was fortunate to have met Paula and her team at Brett Law. They were always personal, professional, and caring, and not to mention they worked tirelessly on my case. It was ‘my bad’ to assume that they were just a firm chasing an ambulance. To my ignorance, I didn’t perceive the onslaught of hospital and specialty physician invoices, the art of dealing with medical and auto insurance companies along with collection agencies on invoices that were never presented to me. Me and my family hired Zach for our case that had been at a standstill from a previous law firm. I would consider Steve Chance to be one in a million. He is one of two lawyers that I have dealt with in my lifetime that had the honesty and fortitude to lay our case out in black and white. He explained the weaknesses and the strengths that our case had and did not make ANY hyped promises as to what we could expect. I suffered a serious neck injury in a rear-end collision that was not my fault. My case was somewhat complicated by the fact that I had suffered a cervical spine fracture about 20 years prior.
Although I tried to avoid surgery at all costs, my pain never went away, and I ended up needing a three-level cervical fusion. As a result of my injuries, I was unable to do many of the tasks required of me at work, and my employer was essentially forced to outsource my position. I faced the serious risk of being forced into an early retirement, and as I am the sole breadwinner for my household, that was a daunting possibility.
Fortunately, Adam was able to work with my employer, my surgeon, the insurance company, and their lawyers to get me every last dollar of insurance benefits available, which was more money than I ever thought possible.

Adam Engst is Mr Mojo!
Seriously, 3 years ago at the end of May 2021, I and a close friend were involved in a terrible accident on an ATV. My friend eventually died and I had severe injuries including a broken femur, multiple broken ribs, and damage by kinetic force to my calf.
I was at a loss of what to do, as I was certain there were multiple parties at fault. I can not get into the details but can say after consulting with Adam, that I made the right decision to go forward with a claim.
The case was complex, as multiple insurance companies and friends were involved. I was extremely distraught about the whole affair as I began this process. I had lengthy P.T. and severe depression with PTSD type symptoms for a long while.
One thing I can say is, upon my initial meeting with Adam, within about 10 minutes, I knew I had the right person to help me. In a prior line of work which could be perilous at times, I had to quickly judge the character of new people whom would enter my circle. Figuring out who would fly straight and 'have my back' took many years to fine tune, but I became pretty good at that.
So my 'radar' concerning Adam pinged as someone I could trust.
I was never proven wrong by him or his law firm of Brett McCandlis, Brown & Conner.
I am grateful that we did not have to go to trial, as there were hurt feelings involved already by me deciding to choose the action that I did post-accident.
Adam did give me the final say on all major decisions, including the possibility of going to trail if the defendants insurance companies did not settle.
I basically told Adam, that, "I did not want to 'Cross the Rubicon', but go ahead Caesar and have your horse put its foot into the water."
Well, he did, and Rome blinked. The insurance companies blinked, and decided to settle just at the wire.
Not sure exactly how Adam pulled it all off, but then I am not an attorney, though I have had them in the past.
The result was I got a hefty settlement. While money is not everything, it is going to help me as I move on from a terrible accident.
If anyone reads this, know this: I highly recommend Adam Engst, and the law firm he works for.

We were hit by a drunk driver on the highway between Ferndale and Bellingham. Unfortunately the driver did not have insurance so we have to use our under-insured motorists insurance. We hired Tario and Associates to help us with the claim process. Our experience had been great from the beginning to the end. Michael Tario is professional with years of experience. His team was caring, patient, attentive, and followed my medical and chiropractic treatments with great details.
Michael went the extra mile (with amazing knowledge and skills) in fighting us a settlement which was nearly 150% over the original settlement amount offered by the insurance company. I called him our "miracle lawyer!"

I was in a car accident 4 years ago and I picked Mr. Tario to be my attorney because of his credentials and reviews, and boy he did not disappoint! He takes no money up front, he gets the settlement you deserve, he takes his part and you take yours. Even though it took quite a while, Mr. Tario was always informative, kind, respectful, trustworthy, and his team is wonderful to work with. Knock on wood I don’t get into another car accident, but if I do I know who I will be calling first!

We took our beloved Italian Greyhound to our local veterinarian for a routine exam. To our surprise, the veterinarian informed us that our dog needed all his teeth removed. We were hesitant to accept this diagnosis, but the veterinarian insisted we follow his treatment plan, which included strong antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and pain medication.
After two days, our dog became very sick. He stopped eating and drinking. We called the veterinarian's office every day, but they ignored us and did not return our calls. Finally, we had to take our dog to the emergency room. We were absolutely devastated when he died. The emergency room veterinarians said he had complications from the medications he was prescribed.
A couple of days later, I got ahold of the original veterinarian. He was rude, argumentative, and denied any responsibility. I told him I would hold him accountable, and that's when I reached out to Adam. I am so glad I did.
Adam got justice for our beloved dog and family member. He really cares about his clients. He is compassionate, tough, and an expert negotiator, able to maintain a strong position while showing a willingness to settle. After two days, our dog became very sick. He stopped eating and drinking. We called the veterinarian's office every day, but they ignored us and did not return our calls. Finally, we had to take our dog to the emergency room. We were absolutely devastated when he died. The emergency room veterinarians said he had complications from the medications he was prescribed.
A couple of days later, I got ahold of the original veterinarian. He was rude, argumentative, and denied any responsibility. I told him I would hold him accountable, and that's when I reached out to Adam. I am so glad I did.

We were hit by a drunk driver on the highway between Ferndale and Bellingham. Unfortunately the driver did not have insurance so we have to use our under-insured motorists insurance. I have several friends and family who are medical physicians/doctors and after explaining my situation
and providing the evidence to those friends and family they said I had an extremely strong case. Mr. Mumford's office took less than a day to get back to me declining my case. They didn't even have the consideration of sitting down and chatting with me in more detail or bother looking at my evidence. No explanation on why they couldn't take my case. Just a simple "We'll not be considering your case at this time".

Called this attorneys office looking to have them do an owner financing contract for us. The lady that answered the phone was asking numerous questions that a lay person would not know unless you were well versed in the subject. Do not go to TMAnderson for your legal problems. After paying a few thousand dollars for a representative in a case where I wasn’t able to make the court date, I was just met with stress and stupidity from the firm. After delaying my court date, I had randomly received a phone call alerting me that I have a mandatory court appearance the next morning, them being completely oblivious to the fact that I had already mentioned that I cannot make it due to living on the other side of the state. When I appeared via zoom call last minute, the judge on the case tore into Tom Dunn, my representative, for failing to provide any signed documents stating I approved of the zoom appearance, as well as failing to provide evidence of my completed traffic course of which I sent evidence to weeks in advance. After court, I wasn’t given any instruction to the process of paying the fines and was ignored by Elizabeth Fish and Tom Dunn when I sent countless emails asking about the payment process. Elizabeth Fish had a horrible attitude when she wasn’t ignoring my emails or phone calls, and I still haven’t heard anything from Tom Dunn. When requesting for some sort of reimbursement for their lack of effort, I was met with a email telling me that it wasn’t possible, and that basically my thousands of dollars had gone down the drain.

My husband died May 11,2020,Had an open claim with Labor Industries Self-insured Claim.I have called my/this attorney unable to get through. Secretary says on a line, busy ect. Leave message to call me , never does. Received a letter from him January 10th that said they had received a portion of my husband's settlement. Said " Enclosed please find a check with the proceeds of that payment less full attorney fees plus $23 in miscellaneous. Nothing ENCLOSED ,NOTHING,I have called several times to talk with him..He is always with a client,and unable to speak with me according to the secretary. There was NO CHECK enclosed! That is the truth.I have not recieved anything. I try to call about the missing check. I have NO money, been waiting for help since my husband died. To recieve a letter from my attorney, that says enclosed please find a check with the proceeds...and NOTHING there, was very disheartening. No words to explain what I am going through. . Depending on and attorney that doesn't reach out to his client even after leaving a message. Letter stated self-injured employer has paid $30,7771.41 and I has the widow, have not recieved a dime...At this point in time I would probably think twice if asked about my attorney. The least he could do is return my calls,let me know what is going on...PAY THE GRIEVING WIDOW, SOME OF THE MONEY. I am appalled at his actions... I have not a clue what is going on, never hear from him ....Never takes my calls, has not answered my letters, did not pay me anything from my decease husbands proceeds he received..My letter said enclosed please find a check....Again NOTHING ENCLOSED...I HAVE RECIEVED NOTHING...
