Joe was great. When buying or selling a house the entire ordeal can get very stressful so its important to be working with someone who knows what they are doing. Joe is always available to answer questions, which is important because a lot arise especially for a new home buyer. He not only knows the realestate aspect of the business but also knows the legal side. Anything that my wife and I asked for he was very prompt and professional in time and response. It was also a great help to view houses and have his feed back and expertise. He was able to point out aspects of a house for need of repair, or things that were positive and unique to a property. Joe was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone that I know.

We had very positive experience working with Megan as our Personal Injury Lawer. Accidents are stressful to begin with and dealing with Insurance company yourself in that situation is more painful. Dan was extremely successful in helping us in mediation with our school district. We have a son with special needs that was not being serviced appropriately in district. We initially exhausted all our own resources in attempting to get our son the most appropriate educational setting to meet his complex special needs. Unfortunately we had to hire an attorney. Dan stepped in on our behalf and ultimately helped us reach a settlement with the school district.

My daughter was born with a rare genetic disease in the second year of our visit to the United States. During the prenatal care, my wife was never given adequate and correct genetic counseling and never offered the proper test to identify my daughter’s problem. My daughter’s birth with this disease was a huge shock to me and my wife. Far away from our home country and all of our other family members, we knew nothing about my daughter’s disease and faced the huge challenge of caring for such a disable child, with almost no friends here… we were helpless and hopeless. We found Mr. Halstrom by chance when I searched online for legal help. He took our case when we first met. From that time on, Mr. Halstrom and the staff of Halstrom Law Offices have been not only providing all essential professional legal help for us, but also have been acting as our very reliable friends. They have been compassionate, confidential, and very respectful. They handled every single detail; collected everything essential for the case. My husband's PCP failed to diagnose my husband's lung cancer. When it was finally discovered, the cancer was advanced and considered stage IV and terminal.

Gary Zerola is by far the most knowledgeable, skilled and resourceful attorney I have encountered. Early on in my adult life I got in trouble and used court appointed lawyers or cheap inexperienced lawyers because I didn't know any better and had no money. Since then I haven't gotten into as much trouble but after some nights of drinking and bad decisions, I again needed a lawyer and a firefighter friend recommended Gary. I've used him that time and on multiple occasions since and without hesitation I would again. Once you meet him, you will realize that he truly cares about you and resolving whatever trouble you may have gotten yourself into. With no judgment either. He's just a compassionate guy. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and made himself available for any questions or concerns I had 24/7, even giving me his personal cell number. I am so happy that I made the right choice in having Gary Zerola represent me, he got me more than one dismissal. I was facing very serious charges involving weapons as well as breaking and entry. I was facing very serious time for this. I had just gotten out of the Marines, and going through college and I knew this could ruin my future. I called a few offices, and Gary Zerola significantly stood out. I left him a voicemail, and he personally got back to me almost immediately. I was a completely wreck when I spoke to him, but after my initial consultation Mr.Zerola made me feel at ease and I knew something could be done. I wanted to fight this all the way, since the charges were completely false. He kept me in contact at all times with email or phone. He was very transparent with everything that was going on, and he was always just a phone call away. I had a few options on how to proceed, and I made the decision to take it to trial in front of a judge. Mr. Zerola did an excellent job with the case and proved that there was no case at all. My charges were completely dropped – no probation, not “dismissed”, the verdict was- NOT GUILTY. He was absolutely worth the investment, and thanks to him I was able to graduate college and get a great job instead of spending time in jail for false allegations.

I was recently in an auto accident when a tractor trailer truck ran a stop sign and broadsided my vehicle. This left me hospitalized for about a month with many broken bones. Attorney Itzkowitz represented me in a federal suit I filed against some major American corporations after I was raped on the grounds of an American owned hotel in the Cayman Islands 20 years ago. Attorney Paul Moraski is THE BEST criminal defense lawyer! When my son was falsely accused of a crime that he didnt commit and all the cards were stacked against him, we felt defeated. We called multiple lawyers and had multiple consultations and each lawyer agreed to take his case but they all wanted him to plead guilty. This would have meant my son pleading guilty for something he didn't do, having a permanent conviction record, possible jail time, license suspension, fines, and court fees. I understand that this was the fastest, easiest, and least costly way out but this would have had a huge negative effect on my sons life and his career. He would not being able to work in his profession and run his current business. He worked so hard to get where he is by going to college, his internships and now owning and running his own business. This entire ordeal was a devastating blow to my family and we were so blessed and grateful that we found Paul! ( He asked us to call him Paul during our first meeting) We knew from the first consultation that we needed to hire him! He was the first lawyer out of many that believed in my son and believed we had a strong case and didn't want him to just plead guilty. This entire thing was foreign territory for us. On two occasions, Counselor Finamore "saved my chestnuts" from the fire. Both times all he did was to make a phone call - just a phone call. But it was to the right person at the right time.

The Commonwealth mistakenly charged me with a labor violation and issued a fairly large fine against me. While this was truly a case of mistaken identity / paperwork not being filed, I didn't want to take any chances.
Sidenote: When in doubt, consult an attorney.
I did some research regarding the top labor attorneys in the Boston area and Greg's name (along with his partner Neil Cohen) kept coming up. I contacted him, immediately got through, and we were off and running. After a 45-minute Zoom consultation, I officially retained his legal services.
Could I have resolved this on my own with the Commonwealth? Maybe, but it would have taken far longer and been a huge headache.
Greg was extremely detailed in his correspondence on my behalf with the Commonwealth and all of our documentation was promptly (not to mention appropriately) filed. The Commonwealth moved slowly, but Greg was relentless in his pursuit to resolve my case. To that end, he was also gracious and reassuring when communicating with me while remaining transparent about the process.
Once the matter was finally resolved (in my favor) and the violation was dismissed, we had a final meeting to wrap-up and review his billing. Needless to say, Greg is an amazing lawyer, a good guy, and an honest man in terms of doing right by his clients.
I hope to never need the advice of an Employment/Labor attorney again, but if I do ... I'm calling Greg Lucyniak.
