I am very pleased to write this unsolicited review. I don’t normally write reviews but I do read them before making my decisions. I was the victim in an automobile accident. I was skeptical about what law firm to go with after looking at so many online ads. I was referred to Mark Kohl, of DeCaro Doran Siciliano Gallagher & DeBlasis. Mr. Kohl called me, introduced himself and set up appointment for me to come in to discuss my case. I immediately felt a level of comfort with him and his expertise to handle my case. He was interested in me, my well-being, me being made as whole in this situation. I tried listen and follow Mr. Kohl’s advice the best I could. Debbie is the best. She is thorough, competent, ethical, principled - - and an amazing trial lawyer.
I suffered excruciating neck pain after being rear-ended by another motorist. Although the other driver was at fault, their insurance company dismissed my injuries because my car had suffered only minor damage. This meant my case had to go to jury trial. Debbie did such a superb job of presenting my case that the jury found in my favor and awarded me damages.
Debbie did an amazing job of representing me during trial. She was calm, polished and professional. She was incredibly well prepared and knew the case inside and out. She presented complex medical information in a way that was easy to understand. She kept me calm (not an easy task) and helped me through one of the most difficult situations I've ever had to face.

Andrew did a great job for my case. He got a very good outcome for me despite a somewhat uncooperative prosecutor. He was very good at translating the legal quagmire into an understandable discussion. He was also sympathetic my particular situation, and amenable to my expectations. We were able to get the prosecutor to drop the charges by agreeing to a set of unobtrusive probation requirements. Everything went more smoothly than I was anticipating.

It was a really long time ago but Rich took my case and as we were near the end, the defendents tried a really sneaky angle and Rich was taken by surprize. I was also. Rich was concerned. We took a recess and Rich asked me, "Why didnt you tell me about XXX? I responded " it never occured to me to mention it" . He considered taking a settlement but I said NO, I was teling the truth so he said ok and we returned to the courtroom.
Guess who won??? Guess whose case was published in Legal Journals? RICH!! He believes in his clients.

Although Mr. Walsh is clearly very knowledgeable, we were disappointed by his unwillingness to take a case based on need rather than large sums of money or even to help us outside of court for a fee. Ours would not yield a million-dollar settlement, and did have some twists, but we were willing to pay his fees. He refused to take the case and stated that no one else was likely to due to the small monetary value. Guess those stereotypes of PI attorneys are not that far off.

Barret represented me many years ago when he took Mark Chandlee's office when he went to be a judge. He did nothing that I asked and simply took the money and never did a thing until the day of court where he presented me with a crappy offer that I actually told him well before court that was exactly what I did not want.
The more I look into the laws the more irritated I get because not only could we have beat it but we could have shown how my rights were violated when the cops arrested me for cursing at someone.

I honestly would not recommend this law group at all. The services were not good. The lawyer representing my case tried to get me to settle for half of what my original reward offer was supposed to be. I had to beg him four times to look back into the case to find the grammatical errors in my original offer. Before that, the lawyer just tried to discount their retainer fee and send me on my way, which left thousands of dollars on the table."
