Terri took on a tough case with a life altering, and devastating injury. I am a lawyer who does not practice in this area of law. My Husband hired Terri when he had a work injury (falling off of a ladder while installing OSHA safety equipment of all things) he was off his feet for 12 weeks while the doctor’s reconstructed his leg. These injuries will last a lifetime and mean limping, pain and future surgeries. It looks like an erector set from childhood holding all those bones together.
Terri and her firm kept us informed, and advised of his rights. She championed his case even through the covid lockdown and the corresponding slow down in the courts. When it came to the two mediations it took to get this case settled, Terri made sure to cover all the legal bases and tell us his rights. It was a blessing to have her on Rob’s side.

Scott is no run of the mill attorney. He helped us with a very complex and tricky situation that involved multiple lawyers, a guardianship, a divorce, and a foreclosure. He represented our ward in the foreclosure matter. He did a great job coordinating with the other lawyers and kept us fully informed along the way. As guardians we take our responsibility to protect the interests of our ward (who is also our son) very seriously. Scott understood this right from our initial consultation. The end results were the best that we could have hoped for and he was the one who delivered them. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Jim kept me informed and up to date. He checked on me often. It was my first experience with this type of law and was not sure if i needed it as we were never going to go to court etc. I am so happy I went to him! I would NEVER have known what to do, where to go, or how to maneuver thru the complexity of it. I would never have received the compensation I did with out Jim Dodson Law. Paul worked with me to create all documents, but then went MIA when it was time for action. Did not get back to me on the status of my case, but finally answered when I asked to close it, with an extremely small refund. I wasted over $2k working with him and had absolutely nothing happen as a result.
