I can not say enough good things about these two wonderful women, Krista and Kamie. They were my rays of sunshine during a very dark time when divorcing my unfaithful partner of 20+ years. Both were so responsive, encouraging and compassionate when I needed it the most. During my mediation, Kamie was tireless and relentless in fighting for me. I thought of her as my very own Pitbull Warrior Angel. We were able to settle favorably but had we gone to court, I wouldn't have wanted anyone else on my side in the fight. If another case consultant says unlawful detention is not false imprisonment, and this company doesn't handle these claims, I am going to ask that it is removed from the website. False Imprisonment is not prison sentences. False imprisonment occurs when a person intentionally restricts another person’s movement within any area without legal authority, justification, or the restrained person's permission. Actual physical restraint is not necessary for false imprisonment to occur. A false imprisonment claim may be made based upon private acts, or upon wrongful governmental detention. For detention by the police, proof of false imprisonment provides a basis to obtain a writ of habeas corpus. Denial of Due Process is civil conspiracy especially of you know, and no one can have Due Process if they are constantly having to teach law, due to statute of limitation, with the exception of case preparation, and case preparation can not happen if a person refuses anyone the first step. Nothing he speaks about on his website he actually represents.

I hired Mr. Wilkinson to represent me in a disputed probate case. He failed to take actions I directed him to take ,and instead spent an inordinate amount of time on insignificant issues, resulting in unnecessary hourly charges for him and the opposing attorney. He failed to present pertinent evidence about appeals court rulings on the ownership of a co-owned bank checking account, resulting in me losing over $14,000. His explanation for refusing to file one motion I directed him to file was that he had other cases before the same judge and was not going to file anything on my behalf that would make the judge angry. He then filed a motion to withdraw, leaving me without representation during a critical phase of the hearings.
