I am very impressed with Mr. Slepian's work ethic and experience. I consulted him with a question about possible actions to take, and he took the time to thoroughly understand the background of my immigration process. Chris O’Brien (& his team) are incredibly honest people and tenacious lawyers. After working with him for ~2 years, I can confidently say they’re in this for the right reasons and you want them on your side. I was viciously attacked by a dog (leaving permanent scarring even through layers of clothing) — and the dog owners not only showed no regard for my injuries they tried every trick in the book to avoid taking any responsibility (including moving out of state after the bite was reported). Chris didn’t give up on fighting for me — and ultimately was kind enough to even waive his fees given the final settlement value. Chris truly cares about the well being of his clients, which is something you’ll need when you’re at your most vulnerable. He’s a straight shooter yet also very charismatic — I would recommend him to any of my friends & family.

Nicholas Rossi and Michael Rossi handled my DWI case. They were amazing through the whole process. They were sympathetic and non-judgemental which really made me feel comfortable in such an uncomfortable situation. They always kept me informed either by phone or email, and was always available to answer any questions.

I want to take this opportunity to thank both Nicholas and Michael Rossi and their law firm for their exceptional representation while defending me in a recently concluded DWI case. From our first consultation, to planning our strategy, through several court appearances, to the final court decision, they were very professional and provided excellent legal advice and guidance. They treated me with constant respect and courtesy, not as a criminal. Nicholas was the primary litigator and did a great job in the courtroom, while Michael assisted providing additional counsel. It was a rather long drawn out process due to the Covid-19 impact on the legal system closing down the courts, but Nicholas kept assuring me our case was strong and to be patient, and it paid off. I suffered a knee injury at work 4/2018. Over a period of months my knee weakened & I was told by my doctor, I needed a replacement. My employer disagreed. I had no idea on how worker’s compensation worked.
I sent the same email to 7 attorneys. Only one responded-Jeff. My email was full of dates & names of who was told what & when. It also contained my employers responses. Jeff said the detail & amount of information in my initial email made my case. Jeff walked me through the process.
After the first hearing establishing my case, my employer denied my claim.
Jeff told me exactly how to respond & what to fill out. He was caring & patient. He returned calls & responded quickly to email. He Took time to call & explain what forms were coming in the mail & what they meant.
It took a couple hearings & an IME to authorize my claim & get my knee replaced. Jeff was there the entire time. He was patient & explained everything along the way.

My father was picked up at the NY state border while coming back from vacation in Canada for an 18 year old charge he wasn't even aware of. The charge itself was a minor, unproven offense but nonetheless, he was thrown into the county holding facility that night. Our family was terrified, especially since we're all the way in Texas and had no idea what to do. We got in touch with Daire who quickly became a source of hope in a time of panic. He treated us like we were his own kin, making himself available to us day and night with never-ending patience for all of our questions. Because of his relentless effort and deep compassion for his clients, he was able to get our father out of the holding facility within a couple days. Michael was very professional in the handling of my son's case involving getting time served for first offense of breaking probation. It was slighty complicated because my son was in Montgomery county where they are very strict with marijuana charges and breaking probation. He was successful in getting time served with another year of probation.
