I met Edward several years ago when I was looking for an attorney to handle some Landlord tenant disputes/evictions. As it turned out he was very well connected with the City of Buffalo and so he began working on some Housing court cases for me as well. Always got the results I was seeking and since then I have used Mr Betz for everything from a speeding tickets to personal injury defenses and everything in between. If he ever wasn't suitable for the particular need I had he set me up with someone in his firm or elsewhere that was. I really don't need to call anyone else when it comes to needing an attorney. Ed and his firm assisted me in purchasing a new property from an online foreclosure website. The site was very confusing, and I personally struggled to get information on the process. Ed helped me every step of the way and gave me the confidence to follow through with the deal, that I otherwise may have had to back out of. Mr. Manna handled a medical malpractice case involving my wife and the loss of her sight. He did an extensive investigation into the people and organizations he felt were responsible for the injury. He also, with the help of his chosen experts, was able to relate the injury to the responsible parties.
During the progress of the case he always kept us advised and prepared. We met many times both at his office or at our home and the meetings were always cordial and professional.
This was a devastating loss. While we learned to cope with our new lifestyle Mr. Manna took care of all that needed to be done to resolve the case. He did so with expertise, professionalism and a geunine concern for how we were coping.

Joe Manna is the kind of lawyer you want on your side when you feel helpless and confused. Unfortunately my family lost our mother to what we felt were bad decisions by her surgeon and his residents. I was pulled over for turning on red light and did not see the sign no right on red. North Tonawanda cop pulled me over and smelled alcohol and said I was drunk only after drinking 4 beers in 2 hrs he gave me 2 tickets and dwi charge. Mike got the DA to drop both tickets and drop my dwi to a dwai which is a traffic infraction.(( this lawyer is great))

I was involved in a car accident and was injured. Not only was Sarah instrumental in obtaining a fair settlement within a timely manner, she was very kind and caring. I met Peter Jasen in 2002 after my first accident at an amusement park. He talked with me at length on what I needed to do and the next day was at my home to see how I was and discuss my case. He helped me through all the medical issues I was going through, was there for some of my appointments and always there by phone to add support during this horrible time.
In 2009 I also had two auto accidents 6 months apart. Both happened in the evening hours and I called Mr. Jasen and got a return response from him immediately. He pointed me in the direction I needed to go to receive the medical help I needed. With these two accidents being more severe he was there often to doctor appointments, check up calls to be updated on my condition and lots of excellent advice along the way. At times I was confused on all that was happening to me and he knew how to handle my stress and guide me.
Mr. Jasen also knew where I should send my truck for the repairs and stayed on top of everything there while I was being taken care of medically and couldn`t. All repairs were done to perfection and I was totally satisfied. I appreciated that Mr. Jasen was there helping and making sure all things were done right for my future driving safety.
I had small issues that I also called him on and he handled and gave me direction . Never once did I ever feel I was a bother to him even though they were little questions I needed to ask.
Mr. Jasen is the type of man that`s 100 % perfessional and truly cares about the people and what`s right for them. He knows the law and stands by his clients who need him. He always calls back in a timely fashion and never cuts you off when talking to you. He is patience but firm and will always be honest about what`s going on with your issue. All of my appointments were kept and on time. Never was any of them post poned or canceled for another date. My issues were addressed and I felt safe with all his help.
Mr. Jasen is a terrific lawyer with a lot of knowledge of the law and I will continue to use him if needed and have recommended him to others which are totally satistfied with his work.

I began my divorce proceedings with a different attorney that wasn't right for me or my case. Ann was referred to me by a friend of a friend who Ann represented in a divorce. From the initial phone call, I felt like I was in good hands and she would be the person to get me through this terribly tough time. Ann was never too busy for me. I cannot not express enough positive comments for this young professional attorney, Jesslyn picked up a case for her colleague who was unable to attend a follow up appeal submitted by the opposing side. I had a left TKR on July 26, 2012 which a component they used was on recall. (Zimmer Nexgen component) my knee never healed. I seeked a second opinion orthopedic. He found the knee was loose and in really bad condition. A second TKR was performed on August 11, 2014. I'm still in the process of healing. Brian is the man!! It took almost a year to get my case to the finish line but Brian was available to talk anytime I needed, and he did an amazing job of keeping me positive when things seemed rather grim. I never felt like a number and I always felt like he was putting 100% into my case. At the very end ,the insurance company offered me 8K, but within a week he had it up to 12k. I literally cannot find one negative thing to say about the representation I received from Brian. If I ever hit by another driver again or if I ever know somebody that's been hit I will recommend.
