I do not have much experience with law firms, but I can honestly say that this firm is the absolute worst when it comes to communication. I should have followed my first mind and dropped them months ago instead of letting them talk me into staying with them. If I could give negative stars I would give them 1,000 of them. A client should never have to basically beg for a returned phone call, email or text. It literally takes a few seconds to send a text. Lawyer gave me her personal cell phone number allegedly and I still do not get a response. I have gone weeks, probably even a month or so WITH NO CONTACT from my so called lawyer or team. I went to court in April of this year and I still have no idea what is happening or any updates. I had to make the choice to return to work while still injured and in pain because I could no longer wait for this circus to represent me. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I was off from work for 10 months with no pay based off of a partial denial from workman's comp and these lawyers move slower than molasses in Alaska. They did nothing to force the issue of the partial denial to have workman's comp keep paying me and providing therapy while things went through the "process" Now I am stuck with the choice of firing them like I should have and start over, or keep waiting it out...DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!!!!!!!

I have to take a moment to recognize Michael Craven and Kevin Salzstein for their amazing support and expertise during my tumultuous divorce process. They were both very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was made aware of my rights and what I was entitled to by law. When I made a decision on whether or not to pursue something, my choice was respected and I felt confident in my decision.
Both were very easy to work with and respected my time. Michael is well versed in business law as well, which I found helpful as an entrepreneur. Although I did not consider my divorce to be high conflict, when things did become stressful or intense, they remained professional and helped to keep me calm as well. She was always great to work with, but there was one point where she truly went above and beyond, jumping in to help me sort out some urgent and thorny problems with my house title / quit claim deed.
