I love Ryan overall and his attentiveness to my case. It took over two years to finally get a settlement but he kept at it. Ryan kept working day and night giving me updates throughout the process and always answering the phone no matter the time or day. I consulted with, and hired Eric Long to defend a tort claim (defamation) filed against my son. Eric was patient and professional throughout the course of this claim. He was also kind which helps when you are going through huge anxiety attacks because of what appeared to me to be a hostile and unfounded claim. Eric Long assisted myself and two other students in a student affairs case with my university. Myself and two other close friends who attend the same university were accused of breaking a COVID-19 safety agreement. Eric was always within reach over the phone during the case and was always very quick to find answers for any questions we had. Eric put my mind at ease in a time when I was very frustrated and panicked. The work that Eric put in and the truth that he was able to find was very successful in dropping all accusations and allegations that were mounted against myself and other students in the eyes of the university officials conducting the investigation.

Christian Patno was my attorney in a wrongful death suit settled in Nov 2018. My dear brother, age 50, was fatally injured in a June 2012 workplace accident in Willoughby Ohio. Steve was amazing! The legal system is unfamiliar territory for me but Steve was great walking me through the process. He explained things every step and what to expect at every juncture. My case was a wrongful death allegation in a morbidly obese patient who presented with chest pain and died of a saddle pulmonary embolism one week after a cath showed a 90% LAD lesion. Mr Hupp knew all the details of the case and all the medicine. He prepared me so well for my cross examination that I was very confident despite having almost no courtroom experience. He brought in literally world class medical experts. There were four other defendants in the case and the other attorneys followed Mr Hupp's lead to a unanimous verdict for the defense. His cross examination of the plaintiffs expert witness made a clinical professor of emergency medicine look foolish and insincere to the jury. I hope I never need his professional assistance again, but if I am ever in need of representation in the future I cannot imagine choosing a different attorney. He made the entire process as painless as it could be.
