Alvand Mokhtari is a very personable, knowledgeable, confident, well organized and trustworthy lawyer. Mr. Fisher took my case when three other lawyers turned it down. I was cut off on my motorcycle by a truck that drove away and although I had the license plate of the truck no other lawyer wanted to take the time to go and find the trucking company and the witness wouldnt cooperate. Once Mr. Fisher got involved within 3 weeks he got a good witness statement and had identified the trucking company. After that it only took a month for him to get all my bills paid and get me a settlement that was alot more than I was expecting.

Elena worked with my husband and I on our family immigration case. From the beginning until the very end of our processing she was very responsive and patient with us. First, during the free consultation she gave me and my husband a very detailed overview of the process. She sounded very confident, attentive, and professional, which prompted us to choose her out of the numerous lawyers we had been considering.
During the processing we had lots of questions and concerns, we were stressed and nervous most of the time. We were not the easiest clients to work with, as we were worried and concerned (sometimes with no valid reason). However, anytime we called or emailed Elena with our questions she always responded within 1 day, she even agreed to skype with me to discuss my concerns. She consulted with my husband right before the visa interview and helped him handle stress and worrying.
In regards to handling our case, we are highly satisfied with Elena's work. Our petition packet was assembled quickly and correctly, and went through USCIS with no issues. During NVC stage, we had a little glitch with application, for which we received a checklist. However, Elena handled the problem promptly, she had the corrected document mailed out the next day.
Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with and grateful for Elena's work. For a very reasonable fee she did great amount of work for us, including emotional support during stressful immigration processing. I would, without hesitation, recommend Elena to a friend going through this difficult, stressful, and lengthy process.

Jack Abel was my primary attorney for my divorce and I could not ask for anything more.
Jack has been doing family law for 40 years and he knew every dirty trick that would be tried before the other side tried it. He researched the other side's attorney, knew that attorney would be super aggressive, and he basically judo'ed them to make them look unreasonable (they were unreasonable) which made the other side almost weak in negotiating.
I felt like we were a step ahead of the other side every step of the way - Jack would tell me when to bring pictures in, when to bring family in, when to look my tip top best, what the hangups were and how we would handle them - he knew where we wanted to go, and he got us there a step ahead the entire time.
Jack is a soft spoken man, slow to speak and eager to listen, a real example of wisdom. As quiet as Jack is, he has a team of absolute pitbulls around him - they go in and do the negotiations during the phase when nobody wants to give an inch, then every few sessions he would come in, a 40 year legend in the courthouse, and make an offer that the other side just couldn't refuse - and we would land exactly where he said we would. It was the perfect dichotomy and the results speak for themselves.
At settlement, I had talked to my ex in private and walked back a few of the concessions that Abel and Zocolo had gotten for me. I was so satisfied that I actually gave up ground, which meant I got everything that I wanted AND was able to part ways amicably from a tough battle. A truce which lasts to this day - and was worth the give back in spades. It would not have been
possible without that aura of quiet power that followed Jack when he walked into a room. The type of lawyers the other side had would have run over any average attorney - Jack was really the difference that made them know things would not go well with their unreasonable demands if they actually went into a full hearing. I won't even say some of what Jack told me - but this man has handshake power in Cleveland.
Jack, Lori and the entire Team at Abel and Zocolo are everything a great team of lawyers should be - and they actually cared about me as a person, they listened to my story, and they adjusted their tactics to leverage my strengths - and it worked perfectly. My divorce was 5 years ago, and I still talk to Jack, Lori and Lisa several time a year to this day - and he refuses to send me a bill, they actually want to know how things are going, just
good people.
I can't say enough about the quality of Jack and the Team at AZ Law. I would't just use them again - I'd never use anybody else.

I love Ryan overall and his attentiveness to my case. It took over two years to finally get a settlement but he kept at it. Ryan kept working day and night giving me updates throughout the process and always answering the phone no matter the time or day. Whenever I had questions on how my case was going he always was pleased to answer any and all questions and suggesting different solutions to get it settled and making sure I had a fair settlement. He didn’t settle for less when it came to my case. Bill took a very difficult medical malpractice case and spent the time and hard work to win it for our family.
