I was immediately yelled at by the attorney who answered the phone. Was the most rude person on earth, didn’t care about my case at all because his ego was too big to be asked a simple and basic question. I can’t believe someone would speak like that to a potential client. As a doctor and entrepreneur, that was the WORST possible way to handle the situation. I will never do business with such a disrespectful person.

About a year ago in March I was struck by a snowboarder and suffered several injuries, a laceration between my eyes resulting in 12 stitches, a broken nose, two death teeth, torn pcl/lateral meniscus and broken patella. I also had blood clots for 6 months. It was an event that turned my life upside down and I truly felt helpless. I am forever grateful to Evan and the team for representing me and ultimately come out on the other side vindicated. Greg Green and his staff were absolutely fantastic! Our son was involved in a bad car accident that appeared to be the other drivers fault, but insurance reconstruction was not able to prove it, despite a police report stating so. Regardless, Greg handled negotiating and sending payments to the different medical and emergency parties involved and didn't charge us a dime! When was the last time a law firm did something like that? Definitely recommended.

I had several meetings with other immigration attorneys regarding my application for citizenship. None of them answered my questions but Mr. Deere did. He was very helpful. He also provided expert testimony in court at the request of another attorney who was helping me to set aside a plea in a criminal case that I had entered into several years ago in violation of my right to effective assistance of counsel. I was able to set aside my plea and got all charges dismissed thanks to Mr. Deere. He really knows immigration law. I highly recommend his services. My family and I pray for him and his family and wish them health , blessing, and peace .

I had a pretty bad wreck on a motorcycle, and really didn't know what to do, but it was suggested that I get an attorney. I looked at several and decided to go with Fuicelli & Lee and contacted them for a consultation. After speaking with Amanda and explaining to her what had happened, we ended the call. After a few days, it was recommended that I look into another attorney (not because of Fuicelli & Lee), but because this other attorney did a great job for the one who recommended when they had an accident. I reached out to this other attorney and explained to him everything that happened. He obviously wanted to take my case, but he knew these guys at F&L and had NOTHING bad, but spoke highly about them. I decided to stay with F&L mainly due to the fact that Amanda was very attentive and informative and very patient. I was then introduced to my assigned attorney (Lori) and was very comfortable with speaking with her. I was very ignorant with everything that was going on and they both were very patient and understanding. NOT one time did either of them make me feel like I was an inconvenience and ALWAYS returned my calls and answered my questions. This firm got me the full settlement even though it looked a little grim, but they both were always positive, and I know they worked very hard on my behalf. They both are tremendous at their jobs, and even if I wouldn't have gotten such a great settlement, I would still highly recommend this firm and especially these two to work on your case.

Nik Sulley was fantastic- trustworthy, dedicated and hardworking. However, once his boss got involved it was a complete tone change and bait & switch. Almost three years of hard work, a team of incomparable expert witnesses, rock solid case… but a week before trial I got forced to take a meager settlement under suspicious circumstances. It even emerged that the defense’s key piece of evidence, presented by their lead attorney, was fraudulent but no one bothered to point it out. I was lied to- told our experts said things that they never said, and gaslit with the unexpected introduction of alleged weaknesses in my case that no one had previously mentioned in almost three years! Mr. Fuicelli berated me to the point that I asked him to discontinue all communication with me. Inexplicable and bizarre.
I can see why an attorney would want to force a settlement for a case they fear they will lose money on, but it’s odd to me that this change of heart happened so quickly and that they weren’t even trying at the end. They clearly wanted to settle but were not interested in letting the defense know about the information we had that would hurt them in trial. It felt like they had joined the defense counsel and were no longer working for me.

Just trying to find a dental malpractice lawyer in the Denver area was not easy. I got Very lucky when I reached out to Bucks office. They contacted me quickly and spent time getting to know me and my case. It wasn't all about how much money my case was worth, as other firms can be. They investigated my claims and realized pretty quickly that I had a malpractice suit. Buck and Alex were great at explaining the process and sharing the things coming to light in my records. I had relocated to a different state and they worked with my current dentists diligently to get the real story. The process can make you a little crazy (at least it did me 😁), but they worked with me to make some difficult decisions. In the end we settled, but I was able to get the money to help restore my dental health and I can't thank them enough. If you need dental malpractice help, Buck should be your choice. Don't sit in pain. If someone should pay for poor dental care, make them. Call Buck.

If you feel financially stuck and slowing sinking in debt, filing bankruptcy is an option and Holland law office is there to help. I was drowning in credit card debt among other various debts and Steven helped me get back on my feet. Staff is very helpful. Don't know anything about Mr Miller, but David Harrison is a fantastic attorney. Hopefully you don't need his services. But if you need a great lawyer, he is your best bet.
