I was referred to Jason by a family member. It was my first accident and first time dealing with a lawyer so I didn’t really now what to expect. I have to say the experience I had was nothing short of exceptional. After having a serious fall a close friend recommended that I contact Walker Injury Law saying he was the best in this type of case.
Atty James Walker explained the legal process in understandable language. He was also very patient and kept me informed through out the legal process.
The office manager/paralegal was also very knowledgeable comforting every time I went in to the office “unannounced” with a question.
I’m in total agreement with my close friend, and recommend Walker Injury Law as the best.

I had an accident where I got minor injures requiring therapy. I contacted the law office of Salomon and Morelli and within few hours after the accident they opened my case and led me through the claim process related to injuries. Attorney Robb and assistant Kinsley were working with the other side insurance to negotiate compensation for me and my kids. The process lasted several months and we got fair amount to cover medical and therapy bills and a plus. I think if I was on my own I would not get paid as much if any. I would highly recommend this law office in case of car accident injuries even that look minor at first.

Tony and his associates provided a professional experience and were able to answer all of my questions regarding a noncompete/non-solicitation agreement that I had signed. The response to my initial experience was within a few business hours of my initial email. Tony provided a consultation at a reasonable fee and I didn't feel nickel and dimed like I have with other law firms. Tony answered all of my questions during the consultation and followed the meeting up with a summary email. At this point, I don't believe I need further legal help with this issue, but if I do, I will call Minchella & Associated, LLC and know that they will handle my case in an expeditious and professional manner.

The team at Heritage Law assisted immeasurably with outlining the entire process, from drafting of initial trust documents through the needed interactions with courts and related filings. Heritage Law prepared all documents for signature, kept me on track and informed, and provided instruction and counsel on other accounts that needed opening along the way to facilitate distributions. They were always available, returned any calls, and were very proactive to ensure everything was accomplished on time, accurately, and professionally. After a recent car accident(other party failed to stop for stop sign,dash-cam captured) I hired atty Reed. His firm, Loughlin-Fitzgerald, immediately filed a notice to represent, re-directing all the bills, (emergency-room, ambulance company etc... as well as the other party's and my insurance co's paperwork to his firm. I had'nt the time or knowledge to deal with this. Atty Reed and his firm handled everything, and although I wasn't injured, I was compensated for my pain and suffering. His firm were all very professional,and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was called to court over a car accident- my first car accident and my first time dealing with a court. I went to a few court dates myself, but I soon realized I needed help- I reached out to a few local lawyers. I was anxious and unsure how to handle my case. Attorney Maddalena not only called me back, but he also called the next day and listened to my whole story. He spoke with my insurance company and handled getting the proper documents. Attorney Kenneth Namnoun has represented me in several personal injury cases specifically not at fault car accidents. Most recently someone ran a red light and hit the vehicle I was a passenger in. Days after the accident I started feeling bank pains and while the hit may have appeared minor only resulting in a few thousand dollars in damages, and at first glance seeming to be nothing worth perusing. I contacted Attorney Namnoun and what I love about him and what makes me a recurring client, is that he is responsive, he is transparent, genuine and of course knowledgeable.
All in all, he hit it out the park and honestly, exceeded my expectations!
