My girlfriend has used this law firm and the attorney, Alison Broad , has been nothing but a waste of time for her. Every time she tries to reach out to her to ask questions and help her with stuff she either doesn’t answer her or just blows her off. I have myself also reached out to this Atty to try to speak with her, and she will not respond back to me. Because of this Attorneys inability to help my girlfriend she is nowlosing her house.

Robert completely drop the ball numerous times. No communication but charges me for reading emails did not hand in motions and my whole case was dismissed after all money spent to try to have my twins co-parenting 15k lost and they are still invoicing this is unacceptable fired them but since court wasn’t notified they keep charging have emails to back statements if any questions

I specifically told him at our first meetingI I DIDNT want a new will I paid his first fee and since that date check 8970 from Webster Bank I have received nothing but promises false claims meetings where he leaves notes on his door saying he would not be in all day The meeting was scheduled by phone on Weds of the same week I asked for my file and my payment which never happened All I ever get is you will get it this WEEK I NEVER GET IT DO IT YOURSELF ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE By the way I call every day to remind him I am waiting for my payment

My experience with Attorney Hide Inga was horrible. I tried for months, from approximately March 2023 to the ending of my case in November 2023, Attorney Inga did not do his due diligence. I asked for several documents that he never got from the opposing lawyer. I repeatedly asked in emails and in person and he repeatedly ignored my insistence to get that paperwork. When I asked for my alimony to be amended he told me that he would do it and it was never done. The court in March had ordered the alimony to be ammended. I told him that more than once. His paralegal Duane told me that he had done it and in fact it had not been done. When I asked to update the equity of the home to the present at the time, his response was that it would only be a little bit more money and he ultimately never did it. He seemed to have very little concern for my future financial situation. He was not sensitive at all to my disability and what my divorce meant for my future stability as a disabled person. I was forced to accept an outcome that I was not happy about because he repeatedly allowed the opposing lawyer to wait until the last minute to submit an agreement. In an email it was communicated to him that I needed atleast two weeks to look over paperwork and make a decision. The last agreement by the opposing lawyer was submitted on October 30th and my court date was November 1st. It was not the same as the agreement I had signed approximately a month prior. I was told by Duane that it was the same but the legal language was a bit different, and in fact it had a lot more added on to it. Because of the increasing fear as a result of the constant back and forth with Attorney Inga and his paralegal Duane, and inability to continue being at odds with my own lawyer, the fear of not knowing what would happen in court with the situation and not having any money to get another lawyer, I consented to the last agreement. Because at that point I could clearly see that he was not really interested or concerned about my case. I was under too much stress and felt worn down. He repeatedly acted as if a little more money was of no consequence, but when it came to the last $1,000.00 that I owed him, he took it without a problem from me and he even tried to get me to forget about the worth of the plow that I asked for, stating that I would only get about $1,200. 00. It was only a little bit of money for me and my future, but for him every penny counted. I regret hiring him and wish I had noticed that he had a disciplinary action against him in the past. I am distraught at the way he and Duane treated me. I am distressed about the negligence and indifference that he showed during the months he represented me. I felt run over and mistreated by him and his office and I do not recommend Attorney Inga.

She's extremely responsive and escalates any concern I may have through the appropriate channels. I had hired Mr. Klein roughly 3 years ago to handle my case. No progress was made with my case at all while under his direction. I ended up having major surgery due to the injuries from my car accident. Mr Klein was not pro-active or knowledgeable at all as to how to handle my case. Phone calls are not returned with knowledgeable answers. I did all of the work getting paper work and medical documents, the last time we met Mr. Klein though it was appropriate to ask "Would you like to grab a drink my wife is still working?" And compare me to Taylor swift. Aside from being a sub-par lawyer he is unprofessional and demeaning. His lack of integrity is astounding. Firing this lawyer was the best decision I've made.

John was recommended by a few friends, I also checked his reviews. It was a frustrating experience, I always had to call their office, was never kept up on what was going on with my case. I was told an offer had been made on my behalf AFTER it was done, to settle with the insurance company. It was never discussed with me, I definitely didn’t feel that was right. I then asked the office to please keep me in the loop when things are done, had to demand a face to face meeting with him. I was Recently told maybe not to go to court because of the COVID ! People would not look kindly upon me asking for money when other people had died because of this virus. I thought it was a ridiculous response, but didn’t want to deal with this practice anymore so I unhappily, settled, Didn’t feel I was compensated for all the pain and suffering I went thru. I did alot of the foot work, calling the companies, Doctors, therapist, having info faxed to the lawyers office for various forms, visits, etc.
That’s why I would not recommend John because of the issues I’ve had.
I am writing this so other people don’t go thru the difficulties I went thru, I struggled with if I wanted to write and post this and decided it was the right thing to do.

Forces clients to sign legal documents with "threats" that the judge will be angry if you "don't sign". She "takes credit" for others legal work, and looks the other way when asked about it. Either answers questions with questions, or walks away with her partner claiming they can't deal with their clients. Set's up her clients to "teach them a lesson" when the clients disagree with the way cases are handled. Routinely covers for "bad acts by her partner" so the firm won't be exposed. Refused to answer grievance claim after she "witnessed" opposing counsel threaten her clients. Bad apple all around. Should be investigated and have her law license pulled.

I had a very difficult international family law matter concerning child custody, case jurisdiction and the UCCJEA.
The situation was adverse. Stakes were high. Notwithstanding, Campbell Barrett and his team pulled the proverbial rabbit out of the hat and did a stellar job for me and my children who would otherwise been relegated to a bleak future.
As a family law attorney, Campbell Barrett of Pullman and Comley is worth his weight in gold ... or even platinum for that matter!

Attorney Rizzo was appointed Guardian Ad Litem for my son a year and a half ago. Initially I was concerned about having someone whom I knew nothing about assigned to represent my son. However, my concerns were soon alleviated as I came to recognize Attorney Rizzo's ability to gracefully handle my son's difficult situation. Trust is imperative in a relationship such as theirs and her straightforwardness and honesty has made him feel well cared for and respected. She is an effective advocate,maintaining an unbiased view,one in which the child's well being is of only concern. After a sneaking suspicion then coupled with another attorney’s prompt to read through my entire case file by myself, I sat and did just that in one sitting, then two, and caught him lying to not only me on and through multiple correspondences, but to many others i.e. judges, prosecutors, et al. members of the court, my friends, and family; some written, some recorded, some in audio only, some with video as well. And after speaking with parties involved, they are verifiable. I sent him an email letting him know that he no longer represented me, then went to the courthouse and filed the proper paperwork to success.
