I assume Steve is very knowledgeable about the law and a skillful trial lawyer. Or at least he spent a lot of time telling me this. (I heard how important he was a lot!) His ego is pretty huge. However, he has little interest in the day to day handling of a case. He delegates that to his staff. Robert Farzad and amazing staff were a vibrant light at the end of what I thought was going to be a dark, rough road. Having to realize that I was a victim of domestic violence and my children victims of child abuse, was not an easy pill to swallow, but it was the truth. Robert spend countless hours with me, educating me about this road of restraining orders, child support, child custody and divorce that I was about to enter into. Robert is a straight shooter and never beat around the bush. He was genuinely concerned about the safety and well being of my children and myself. He’s an honest man and did not believe in spending unnecessary dollars where they weren’t going to matter. I was kept well informed by him and his paralegal every step of the way.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Morley and Upton. Their communication was virtually nonexistent, and they often wouldn't respond for months on end. Even after my medical treatment was completed a year ago, my case is still open with no clear resolution in sight. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for legal representation.
