Jared took my accident case when other lawyers passed. Jared with 3 PI's and a process server found the defendant after she disappeared for over 2 years and had changed her SSN and name and served her. He then spent another year getting the case settled in our favor. He is amazing and pursued this case where others would have quit. When Life Happens...There is a Court System that you don't understand and a Judge who is a complete stranger to your situation that gets to decide the fate of the rest of your life. Our case was complicated and it went against the grain of what a Texas Family Law Court traditionally will allow.
Over a period of about 6 long months we met with various "The Best" Family Law attorneys....Most wouldn't even take our case - said there's no way we would win. Others said they could WIN OUR CASE without even hearing one word about it. Then there were a few that said they could get close to what we were asking but not all and it would cost us close to $20,000 or maybe even more.
Custody Case Expert, Attorney Terrence Ridgely, answered our initial call 10 pm at night - while he was out with family. He didn't put us off to the next day during business hours - no he started working on our case right then and there. He didn't just tell us he would win our case - he told us HOW he would. He prepared us for the battle we were about to take on. And took every frantic call, email, and text.

Dallas attorney Mr. Jeff Rasansky advised us on a lawsuit brought against us...it was dismissed! Without his meticulous approach I don't think the long term outcome would be as great as it is. I had a very rocky journey after my automobile accidents where I fired 4 attorneys before hiring Luke because the previous ones treated me like a number on their worksheet. Some of them did the wrong work and some of them just did not bother to work on my case at all. I also asked a friend to give me a personal injury referral before Luke and little did I know I was mocked as "a troubled client" for hiring 4 attornies without bothering to understand my circumstance. When I found Luke, he was courteous, sympathetic & professional. He listened to my story and knew exactly how to help me with my situation. Patrick Kelly handled my case last year and did a good job. I had my case with another law firm in Dallas, but they never did anything and said they could not recover for me. Patrick took my case and he made a claim with the court. He made me comfortable giving my live testimony to the insurance lawyers. He got all my bills paid. And I got 3 times the amount of money in my pocket than the insurance company offered the first lawyers (even after paying my bills and attorneys fees). I would recommend him too.

I was referred to Mr. Brian Sanford by another employment law firm that
I found on Yelp, and I have had nothing but good things to say about
this firm ever since. Full disclosure, I unfortunately was unable to sign on with Mr. Sanford because his schedule was already full, but even so he was willing to hear me out and give me some very helpful pointers on how to renegotiate the terms of my severance package after working for my former employer for nearly 8 years and getting laid off due to no fault of my own. Among those options included a handful of recommended firms I could consider contacting, all of which he had worked with before.

I highly recommend Mr. Sanford for his straightforwardness in evaluating all points of your situation, his brass tacks summary of your options (he didn't hide anything about costs for every one of those options, whether or not you decide to hire him), and his extensive understanding of how the employment legal system works in Texas. I had him as a court appointed attorney in 2015. I had a possession charge and he got the case dismissed. The police found the drugs in my wallet with my ID and the driver of the car gave the police permission to search the vehicle and he still got the charged dismissed.
