I hired Jack Hilgeman after an Auto Accident and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Jack is a very matter of fact lawyer who sets realistic expectations and then works ward to exceed them.
Because Jack HIlgeman and his paralegal Michelle make an awesome team, both are client driven and focused on results. Unlike the big name law firm who I originally had the displeasure of working with (DGM&S), Jack made sure to keep his promises. Even better, Jack is always available to answer questions via phone or email! I asked a LOT of them and he patiently answered each and every one.
Ultimately, my settlement fell right into line with what Jack projected. 5 Stars. I'd recommend Jack Hilgeman to anyone who has been involved in an auto accident and is seeking legal representation.

I recently had an issue with my insurance company not wanting to pay an auto claim. It was a complicated case that involved bad faith on the part of the insurance company. Jennifer Getty is effective and efficient and conducts herself and matters with integrity and absolute professionalism. She is always respectful – including in the courtroom and of the law. Mr. Kelleher was hired to address subrogation issues relating to my brother's personal injury (closed head injury) from a car accident. Due to the severity of the injuries, there was no question from the auto insurance companies that this case was due the full limits of the policies. Upon reviewing the policies and the facts of the case, Mr. Kelleher questioned whether the umbrella policy limits were correct. As it turned out, they were not. This resulted in an addition to the expected settlement of $200,000.00! I'm sure that many attorneys would not have questioned the doc statement from the insurance company resulting in the error never having been discovered. Mr. Kelleher was also successful in a substantial reduction in the subrogation lien, well beyond our expectations! As a result, my brother & his wife have the funds needed to see my brother through his recovery process and beyond. Words cannot begin to express our appreciation for all Mr. Kelleher has done.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Kisling Nestico & Redick the company I’ve dealt with. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism and their communication was abysmal, failing to represent me properly or communicate effectively. Their customer service was non-existent; no one contacted me directly or kept me informed about my case , causing immense frustration resulting in a negative review . My experience with this particular organization has been exceedingly unpleasant from start to finish due to poor management displaying an utter absence of expertise while dealing with clientele.
I can't stress enough how dissatisfied I am with the service provided by this company. They “Devin J. Oddo“ have failed to deliver on their promise of providing professional legal representation, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking such services. Called to seek an estate planning attorney for a large estate, as well as for potential litigation in another urgent matter. Was told a lawyer would call me back. Days later, no call was received. My husband called and no one returned his call either. It will be one week tomorrow that the courtesy of a return phone call was not received. I would never trust or recommend an attorney who doesn't treat you like someone worth their time. Even more is the fact we are all University of Dayton alumni.
