Where I take issue is being asked for supporting documentation and none of it being reviewed ahead of the call. I was then rushed through a complicated situation that displays long-term harassment and told there was nothing that could be done. I felt like I paid $415 and put together hours of documentation for nothing. It was disheartening to say the least.

Mr. McNally assisted me in settling the estate of my aunt. He explained the process to me clearly and succinctly and directed me through the steps. He let me do as much as I wanted to do for myself and he did the things for which I felt unprepared. We had a very good working relationship. I live in another state and our communications were mostly by email and everything was very satisfactory. The will was probated and the estate settled with absolutely no complications.
