Jake and his team took on my case when I had a hard time finding someone to represent me due to being in the military and moving out of state. The case took a while due to all my medical issues and tracking down my records but his team stayed persistent throughout the whole process. He was able to negotiate my settlement and make sure all medical providers and insurance companies involvied were satisfied. Lastly he and his team were able to secure a fair settlement for my pain and suffering. Nothing can restore me to full health but it will help me continue treatment and manage my pain moving forward. Grant was beyond helpful with my son’s ticket he received as a result of an accident while he was on vacation in Colorado. I called Grant based on a referral from a trusted source, and WOW!!! One of the best referrals I have ever received. He is very quick to respond to questions, concerns and is so amazing to work with. We had to get the ticket resolved in a timely manner due to my son’s commitment to leave for basic training 4 days after the required court date. He made it happen and was even able to get it reduced with less points and a lower fine and virtual appearance for my son. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!!!

I had Joe Elio for my highly contest custody case for ~4yrs. At first, he started to be good at negotiating several stipulations but when it came to going to trial, he and his team did the minimal work which resulted in losing the hearing and Joe E. throwing a literal temper tantrum in front of the judge. If you are going to trial, don’t use him or his firm. He is ok at negotiating. Recently found out that the Privet investigator who referred Joe E to me no longer does business with him nor refers him to her clients.

This place just went down hill . They close your account with out any notice or without your permission . They don’t communicate about attorney’s leaving the firm . Front receptionists appear to be all over the place . This firm is shady . Would not recommend. Take your money somewhere else . Don’t waste your time , it will literally be wasted .

Bradley Smith is a Prior Assistant District Attorney with a wealth of knowledge and who knows the law word for word. My wifes lawyer with this firm asked me to leave her meeting with him regarding upcoming disability hearing. I do not understand why, I am the spouse and should have been allowed to set in. This is 2nd time he has did this to me. The first time he had no problem me writting him a check, retainer. I just do not understand! My wife sets in when I meet with my attorney. Just in closing I feel this is wrong. I will never recommend any one to him. Nothing against the firm and the other lawyers. I doubt they treat there married clients this way

Case: DHS founded finding appeal.
Result: The finding was overturned.
John won the case. I had an appeal of a DHS founded finding and John represented me after I consulted him. Over the course of several months John and I were in frequent communication about the case. This communication was in the form of phone calls and meetings in his office. As this was my preference with communicating. We were able to plan our approach to the Attorney General and work towards overturning the DHS finding. The appeal was successful and as result the findings overturned.
John is highly versed with appeals. During his career he exposed biased determinations made by DHS. He explained the intimidation tactics often used by the government leading up to these hearings and assured me, he would be able to effectively litigate our case.
I highly recommend John. He takes the time to listen to you. You can call him and he will listen to everything you have to say. That was incredibly important to me, and I’m very appreciative of the professionalism. With decades of practicing law his wealth of knowledge is what sets him apart.

I was in a real pickle. I was hit by a drunk driver, acquired a life changing traumatic brain injury from the accident. I lost my high salary job and the ability to get back to any form of work. I had Joe Elio for my highly contest custody case for ~4yrs. At first, he started to be good at negotiating several stipulations but when it came to going to trial, he and his team did the minimal work which resulted in losing the hearing and Joe E. throwing a literal temper tantrum in front of the judge. If you are going to trial, don’t use him or his firm. He is ok at negotiating. Recently found out that the Privet investigator who referred Joe E to me no longer does business with him nor refers him to her clients.
