This review is long overdue as it has been a few months since my case was settled. Nonetheless, I hope that it helps someone. Though I have a long story as it relates to my injury, I will keep it short — just know Mr. Kearney and his team were with me the entire duration. lock step. I was injured at work about ~8 years ago. My case was longer than many. During those eight years I went through every tactic you could think of from the various insurance companies and adjusters who handled my case. During those eight years, WC insurance found reasons to deny a treatment, or to not pay my benefits, or to make me wait 6 months for a hearing to only agree with our demands the day of (which happened on 2-3 occasions), and everything in between. Their goal is to make an already bad situation even worse. At times they succeeded. However, Mr. Kearney kept fighting for me and never budged. Even when things would become overwhelming and I wanted to quit, he remained calm and consistent while encouraging me to push forward. His tenacity resulted in a settlement that I had honestly almost lost hope on. That is what you get with Mr. Kearney. He is a known and respected entity in the world of injured persons/workers. Opposing counsel knows him and when they greet him you can sense the respect they have for him. Same goes for judges; he knows them, like really knows them. If you need someone to truly fight for you while keeping your best interest paramount, look no further. It is honestly a no-brainer. If he agrees to take you on as a client, jump at it. You will not find more competent, prepared, personalized, experienced, honest, and compassionate representation in the DC area. I went out of my way to thank Mr. Kearney and his team as much as I could while he represented me and am happy to have the pleasure of thanking him again, on a public forum, while encouraging anyone who has been hurt to make Donohoe-Kearney your first call. I hope it will also be your last. I pray everyone gets healthy and receives what they are due.

I highly recommend hiring the Donahoe Kearney law firm to anyone who is suffering with workman's compensation dilemmas. Frank, Priscilla, Brooke and even the receptionists are all wonderful with answering questions, easing apprehension, and allowing you to be part of the process. Priscilla updated me through weekly phone calls and constant emails. It was important to feel like the staff was working for my benefit and I felt that with this team. Mr. Sparks is the most awsome lawyer you can ever hire!! He was able to settle my personal injury case with ease and set up a structured settlement on my daughters behalf which will accumulate 10,000 extra dollars towrads her settlement portion by the time she is 18. This was at no extra cost to me or my daughter and he handled it perosnally. I was rear-ended by a pickup truck and suffered serious back and neck injuries. Unfortunately, the driver that hit me had a relatively low liability insurance policy. But Mr. Sparks got that insurance company to settle for the driver’s maximum limits. Then, he got my insurance company to pay a lot more because I had a much higher underinsured policy coverage limit. I was very happy with the final outcome.
My family and I suffered a lot in the accident’s aftermath, and Mr. Sparks stood by me every step of the way. He is an incredibly detailed, skilled and accessible lawyer … and a really good human being too.

I worked with Mr. Cohen a few years ago. He and his firm did a great job handling my case, a bad car accident in the Washington, DC area. My car was hit by an 18 wheeler truck on the Beltway just before the Dulles Toll Road. The truck was traveling in the right lane and decided to change lanes without seeing my car. It hit the side of my car and traveled with my car for about half a mile. If it weren't for our seatbelts, my husband and I would have been killed. Luckily, the injuries were not life threatening. Mr. Cohen made sure that all of my medical bills were handled and helped me deal with my car insurance company. He was very thorough! I would recommend Mr. Cohen to anyone that has had a car accident in the Washington DC area.

I was initially referred to Hassan by his former colleagues at the firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. I had been apprehensive about moving forward with a lawsuit, as I was presently under much stress and lacked the time or energy to become embroiled in protracted, combative litigation. However, after several meetings with Hassan, I began to feel more confident about my case, and very comfortable with Hassan taking the lead.
As we developed our legal strategy and prepared for mediation, Hassan involved me in every aspect of the matter, keeping me apprised of each detail in a timely manner. He was willing to use every resource at his disposal to further strengthen our position. Perhaps most significantly, however, he listened to and valued my opinions, concerns and thoughts. I felt that we were very much working as a team, making decisions together.
During our mediation with the defendants, Hassan was persuasive, aggressive and creative, often resorting to non-legal arguments. Shortly thereafter, we settled the matter for a sum much larger than I ever would have anticipated. We did so without ever having to file a complaint, thereby avoiding the drudgery of litigation. I was referred to The Cochran Firm by a close friend who used this firm because their family lost their loved one during a nursing home abuse incident. I contacted the firm to submit a medical malpractice claim on behalf of my husband who was lost during a medical procedure. We had a very successful outcome for our legal case that allowed us to stabilize our family's life after a brain injury. What can I say? I was involved in a crash over a year and a half ago, it turned out that I had some pretty severe back issues as a result of that. I immediately contacted Simeone & Miller, within 2 days I was in their office meeting with them. At the start, my case truly felt insurmountable. I had never dealt with needing an attorney for racial discrimination in the workplace before and had no idea where to begin. Not to mention, I had only heard horror stories from others who'd had to hire an attorney for various reasons. People warned me that with my case in particular, the entire process would take FOREVER and that I would more than likely deal with a "lying thief of an attorney" because "they [were] all the same" anyway.
I am BEYOND pleased to say that this was NOT AT ALL the case dealing with Craig and Bosson Legal Group.
From the very beginning, Craig made me feel nothing but safe and taken care of. He listened to my story in full; Never once rushing me, belittling me or hurrying me. He even offered numerous, sincere apologies for what I had been through. I couldn't believe that I was receiving such authentic and genuine empathy from a LAWYER. What's more, is that he worked with where I was financially and allowed me to pay him in "good faith" when I couldn't afford it.
As my case progressed, I was passed from Craig to Tim but not in a way that even once made me feel discarded. Craig made sure he let me know that he remained accessible to me and Tim was just as WONDERFUL.
It seemed that as soon as I would get antsy, before even having the chance to bring it up to Tim, he would read my mind, reach out and say, "Hey haven't forgotten you. We're still fighting for you!" And that's exactly what he and his entire team did.
My case was resolved abnormally fast, which I believe is because I was in such excellent hands.
The only thing I would've like to see a little different was that: I often wonder sometimes if I should've fought a little further/a little harder for more compensation that I deserved. But during some conversations, I wasn't confident that we could win if I chose to go further which is slightly disheartening.
But to be fair, that doesn't necessarily mean it's reflective of Tim's abilities. It could just be that it truly wasn't going to benefit me to keep going forward. I only had one other slight concern with how my ending balance made a little bit of a jump that I wasn't anticipating. But, Tim did send me a breakdown explaining this later.
Trust me when I say...
You simply will not be in better hands with anyone else than you would be if you were with Craig Welkener and Bosson Legal Group. I mean that sincerely. They are the dream team. I can't thank you ENOUGH, guys.
