I reached out to Eboni for assistance with communicating with the courts about fines and fees I received over 10 years ago. I now live out of state, so it would cost a ton of money to fly back and forth from Ohio to NC to remedy my situation and it is affecting my privileges to drive, she got back to me promptly with detailed information on what I needed to do to handle the situation. I had multiple driving infractions in two different counties and she was able to get most of the charges against me dropped. Leaving St. Thomas More Church in Chapel Hill I was unaware of the posted speed. I received a citation, was to appear in court two months later. I was unable to attend, I live Cape Cod Massachusetts. The citation caught up to me two years later, on the renewal of my Massachusetts driving license... I contacted Attorney Goldston. He returned my email promptly and reassured me not to worry. He got my daughter, Amanda Clark Pritchard a huge settlement years ago. She was malpracticed lost 4 limbs. She never got an apology from who we sued but she got a hell of alot of money. I highly recommend Kevin Ginsberg. I spoke with him at length about a claim for an auto accident, and he took the time to help me understand in detail how these cases work, what we could (and could not) recover, and offered several avenues to proceed. Because the claim was so straightforward, Kevin provided me with the information I needed to be confident in settling it on my own. I was referred to this legal team. For an estate matter my attorney was Lindsay. She is polite but mislead me in valuable Knowledge. I had to require Input a and do hours of research on my own behalf. To require what I'm entitled to. Then attorney JARED PEARCE was extremely rude and demanding that I sale. A 40 thousand dollar vehicle of my spouse's.To pay him for his services and out of a ten thousand dollar check he demanded 6 of it and if I didn't agree to that he would keep it all. So I've paid this form 7 thousand dollars this year. And have received 4 thousand dollars. You know. What they say the devil wears Prada. Before you hire this firm. I strongly suggest you know your P's n Q's.BEWARE!!!!!!!
