He likes to have his information and evidence gathered thoroughly in order to obtain maximum efficiency.
He is a problem solver while also keeping a cool and level head. Very keen on details. He took the time to reassure me, as a client, that the situation would be subdued in the smoothest way possible. I had never been in any legal trouble in my life.
I was charged incorrectly with AWDW and in our first meeting he was able to quickly extract that my case was actually self defense and defense of others. Attorney Gerald made sure that the evidence of my case was heard clearly by the ADA and that the full picture was understood. Without the proper context the situation could have went to extreme levels that could have had permanent effects on my life and record overall.

On November 30th, 2016, I was rear-ended by another vehicle, and that resulted in injuries to my back and neck. After a 26 year long stellar career as. Green Beret, I was facing 7 felony charges from my ex wife. These charges were all false allegations provided by my ex wife to my chain of command. The Army never once had my back. The Army labeled me a criminal from the first time my ex wife made these allegations. I went through a 3-1/2 year long process that was harder than any military deployment. From the first time we talked to Rob, there was just something about him that was different. He wanted us to do our homework and read his bio before we made a decision to hire him. My outlook on the Military Justice system was very low. I do not trust lawyers or the Military anymore. Bruce Armstrong is hands down the BEST lawyer/legal professional I have ever dealt with. He takes a personal vested interest in every case he deals with and established a great client relationship immediately. He was able to break everything down for me very plain and simple and promised me he would work as hard as he could to minimize the charges I faced. I faced some pretty heavy charges, so I never thought he would be able to get them all dropped, but sure enough, he did just that. He was in frequent communication with me before the trial and asked me for information to show my character. He knew exactly what he was doing and was with me every step of the way. He always made time to talk to me on the phone and answer my questions. I would recommend to ANYONE to seek him out if you are in need of legal assistance. He is by far the most competent, hard-working, and skillful lawyer in North Carolina. Here is a summary of what I went through for those of you who wish to continue reading:
I was traveling through Fayetteville, NC for work and received an outstanding traffic ticket, coupled with aggressive/reckless driving and driving to endangerment. I was faced with loosing my license and was so terrified and stressed out I did not know what to do. I called around to a few different lawyers that had the best online reviews, and each one of them was going to charge me over $800 for a starting fee and the receptionist wouldn't even let me speak to the actual layer himself. Additionally, they basically told me those types of charges are near impossible to have dropped and so I was most likely going to have to pay hundreds of dollars more for various fines. A friend recommended Bruce Armstrong to me, and so I called his office and immediately noticed a difference. Right off the bat, his receptionist was super friendly and understanding; She listened to my entire story and took down as much detail as possible. Then, she told me that Mr. Armstrong would call me right back, and sure enough, less than 2 hours later I received a call back from Mr. Armstrong himself. He spent time getting to know me, my background, where I came from, what happened, why it happened, and then walked me through a sort of game plan he was thinking of. He did not blow any smoke and was completely transparent and honest the entire time. His fee was over 50% less than other lawyers in the area, yet the service he provided was 100 times greater. I am SO thankful for finding Bruce Armstrong, and would not go with anyone else in the future.

Mr.Dualan and his team are everything they promised to be and said he would do! Jeannie was so quick in replying to any questions or concerns. Ft. Liberty is serious about speeding even if it was accidental or off the Post leading to thr base! So many states and installations have speed traps according to Escort radar. What matters is he knew exactly how to approach the case and felt very confident about the outcome yet still being honest that we had to go through the whole process and in my case it did prevail justas he predicted! I made the terrible mistake of hiring this so-called "lawyer" at the costs of $10.000 (ten-thousand) dollars. He did absolutely nothing on my case but accepted and coerced me to accept this lop-sided, totally unfair so-called "plea deal". As a direct result of this "lawyer's" gross incompetence and negligence, I am now on probation for the next two years, forced to submit to random drug testing when I was not arrested nor charged for drugs and drugs played no part whatsoever in the incident that I was arrested for, have had my Driver's License revoked for the duration of this probation, forced to pay restitution and court costs, have to attend a mandatory Anger Management course, and had to spend two days in jail. To anyone reading this review, my advice is to NEVER retain this GREEDY, IMPOTENT, WEAK, INCOMPETENT, INEPT shyster. He will not fight for his client and will hang you out to dry.

I had a tough situation she assisted me with. I don't know if I would have gotten through it without her. She was available to me with flexible hours and she was available through many devices that made it very convenient for me to reach her. Her staff was very helpful and professional too.
She was open and honest, even when the honesty was hard to hear about my case. She is down to earth and it wasn't long before I was comfortable enough to talk to her about the details of my case. Atty. Anstead helped me during an exceptionally difficult time. His willingness to hear my situation, review the material diligently and thoroughly, ask questions that mattered and gave him the full understanding of what he was defending against, really gave me the confidence that I was being taken care of. Got a referral from an online search engine on child support lawyers in Fayetteville, NC. I went with the first name listed. I sent $2,000 for a child support amount reduction case that was a disaster. I paid to fly, rent a car, and hotel to go to court. In court, he didn't know much about divorce cases and relied upon my ex-wife's lawyer to get most of the information. He was falling asleep in court while another case was in session. My ex looked around the court and me like is he really falling asleep? I looked at her and I was full of embarrassment as other looked at him as well. I had to drop the case and my ex informed me that she only paid her lawyer $800 while Mr. Allen charged me $1,000. I emailed him about a week after to see if there was any money left that he needed to send me and he informed me that the $2,000 was non-refundable! I would stay away if you're in need of a family lawyer.
