In September of 2013, I was injured in a car accident which I was not at fault for. The other party's insurance company made it very difficult to even report the claim through them. My situation began to seem hopeless so I decided to use an attorney and I'm really happy with my choice. Alex keep me informed, gave me guidance, and reassurance throughout the entire ordeal. I don't write very many reviews but this one is warranted. Trust me when I say look no further than Blake Dolman and his team of Kelly Hancock and Ana Prats-Villa. In my 30 years of working with attorneys in various areas, I've never come across an attorney and team more competent, diligent, proactive and effective in addition to being extremely pleasant to work with. I heard the word 'No' from 30 other lawfirms I contacted. Blake and Kelly were the only ones who said 'Yes' and were successful in a recovery for me. Twenty years ago I had a terrible accident. I had a subderal hematoma and lost the ability to use the entire right side of my body. From when I was seven until I was thirteen I was caught up in legal proceedings with Mr. Slama representing me. At every instance he cared about my well being and was always precise, honest and true. I was purchasing my first house and knew nothing about the process so left it all up to my realtors and loan officers to guide me in the right direction. Unfortunately, I ended up in a situation where the close date was missed and the seller wouldn’t extend the close date while also putting in a claim on my $25,000 deposit being held in escrow. I panicked and was calling around to attorneys who said it was “too late to get on the case” because the close date had passed. I got in touch with William because of a referral from an attorney Jeffrey Abers who said he had heard how good he was. William heard out my lengthy explanation on my first call to his office and advised me of the next steps. I felt so much better after our conversation. He had an email to the sellers attorney and everyone looped in within a few hours. Long story short, between an extremely rude and obnoxious attorney on the sellers side and sellers just looking for quick cash, he got me back every single penny plus his attorney fees which were fair to begin with. I HIGHLY recommend him.

I'm in NJ. I found Carey on the net based on his published experience. In short, NJ man loans PA people a lot of money...PA person moves to FL and avoids repayment. Mr. Fischer arranged for the monies to be repaid post haste!

Without getting too much into detail. I was facing charges of aggravated assault with a firearm. I initially interviewed like 5 criminal lawyers 3 of which were just sales people and just really discouraged me, their was another attorney that showed promise but i didn't feel confident. In my opinion she was nice but lacked the experience and had little familiarity with state prosecutors or judges.
When i walked into Bob'S Office, I was greeted with a smile. Immediately even before signing anything I felt like a valued client and had confidence i would have been taken cared of.
While meeting with Bob, i was impressed that he didn't just summed up my case and told me best and worse case outcomes, but rather discussed multiple similar cases that he has been successful and a possible strategy.
long story short, within a week the case was downgraded to a misdemeanor and we are currently working on getting it thrown out. He has been relentless and his communication within the process has been refreshing.
I highly recommend him, and would encourage you to at least just save his number in your phone."JUST IN CASE" LOL.

Time as well as effort consumed and exhausted me in my search for the answer to a question I had regarding employers and the forms of compensation the employer can legally afford those persons they employ.
Although I had a very strong belief I was correct that an employer was not permitted to pay employees less than minimum wage and not pay overtime at time and a half I was constantly denied a strate forward answer when questioning law firms and requesting help to recover what I was certain were wages I had earned.
Many of the so called"top" law firms I presented my issue to were nothing short of afraid to contest my issue against such a large corporation. I was beginning to believe that maybe i was wrong, maybe there was no David for the Goliath I was faced with, that was until I happened across Paul and his team of incredibly bright, talented, and more important gutsy attorneys. For the first time in years someone really listened to what I thought was an incredible injustice being visited upon the hard working women and men of this multi million dollar "Goliath".
It took weeks of talking with the firm's attorneys and weeks of research by Paul and his office before they agreed to give me the legal help I desperately sought for years.
In the end after a very lengthy federal trial Paul and the outstanding group of attorneys at his firm slayed the hell out of Goliath!!!
Thanks for believing in the forgotten few but more important having the balls to fight the Goliaths of this world.

First I will say that I am not a bot. When I called Javier 2 years ago, from day 1, he knew exactly what direction to take to assist me.
