Lloyd took a my random call, with a different area code, without question. I didn’t have to leave a voicemail, he answered after a few short rings. The inquiry I had didn’t line up exactly with the field to which he practices. HOWEVER, he took 20 minutes out of his personal time (YES personal time, because he was in the grocery store, off the clock) to give me the knowledge that he was able in regard to my questions. He was thorough, detailed, and overall, extremely kind. Additionally, he referred me to an attorney who specializes in the type of law that could define the specifics of the questions.
I thanked Lloyd 100 times, it seemed. He reiterated that he truly enjoys helping people when he can.
This is a lawyer, who after one phone call, I can confidently say treats his clients with respect, and care. Lloyd is in the field he’s in because of his willingness to help people, which again, was extremely evident after our call. I’m extremely appreciative of the knowledge he shared with me, and the time he took, out of his own free time, to speak with me.

Today I called Mr. King after 4:30 PM and he returned the call within 5 minutes. He was professional, very informative, and cared about my situation. He did not rush me and truly listened. I was nervous, he made me laugh and consequently I was able to communicate more effectively and provide the most important facts of the situation. I consult with multiple attorneys at work here in Naples, FL and he is by far the most personable, practical and down to earth at solving problems. He is a rock solid negotiator. I would wholeheartedly recommend him; additionally if I were seeking medical consultation for surgeries such as robotic surgeries, pelvic procedures and joint replacements I would call him to inquire about success rates and potential negative experiences others have had. After my case was closed and settled I began to get letters and medical bills from facilities and physicians that SHOULD HAVE BEEN paid prior to the closing settlement. I contacted Kayla multiple times and nothing was ever done to assist me in this matter. I attempted to contact Mr. Beckman via phone and was never allowed to speak with him. I continued to attempt to contact this firm, but since I live halfway across the country I am unable to show up in person and get any help. I have had nothing but empty promises and dismissive attitudes from staff. When nobody ever got back to me regarding my NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS by email and phone I continued to call and eventually was just 'disconnected".
I would not recommend this law firm to anyone under any circumstance.

Absolutely incredible representation for my motorcycle crash!! Let me tell you from experience, the crash hurt me physically but the insurance company did the damage. Litigation is a psychologically traumatizing process that digs into your private life and exploits your fears and weaknesses. Michael Beckman was my legal representation and took care of everything and his entire staff made me feel at ease. Unfortunately Mr. Beckman was not my first attorney. I had TWO previous lawyers drop the ball and leave me with NO choice but to find aggressive and assertive representation. That was delivered when I talked to Mr. Beckman and not once did I feel as though anything was lacking. From this moment forward I will always recommend Michael Beckman without hesitation. The extensive marketing materials oversell the true quality of service this attorney offers. Extremely unprofessional, provided the wrong advice and lead us wrong, this also confirmed by subsequent counsel hired. Careless judgments notably impair the ability of this attorney who may be otherwise actually helping customers. I hired Ryan Dugan in 2015 for small claims against a construction contractor. Ryan NEVER returns calls purposely avoids the calls when I call then I immediately use another phone and he answers! I even had friends standing there and witnessed such action. I sent emails text messages NOTHING back no response. It is now going on 2 years and still no progress. I showed at his office twice only to get the run around and lies that he is waiting on the judges office. Surprise I call the office and they know of no such thing and have not received any request by my attorney. Matter fact they cannot speak to me it must go thru my attorney. This man not even attorney will not give an answer as to why such odd behavior and lack of communication and response. I even advised him of my intentions to file with the Florida bar and go as far as Washington and he gives no response and does not care. I would never recommend him to anyone and he should not be practicing law and harming individuals and the public.

He's very knowledgeable and focused on my business needs. He's helped me make sound decisions on legal issues from real estate deals to contract review and saved me from making a sizable mistake on at least one recent real estate negotiation. Hahn Loeser...stay away. They may be good for large companies or banks but they are not meant for smaller clients. (<20 employees). I went with them because I was told they were the best.
I finally got a local attorney at a smaller firm and the bills were 1/3 of the price with far better client service. It was not uncommon to go over a week or even two without getting responses - this while I was paying $10,000+ a month for their services
