I was in a right turn only lane when a truck with a trailer made a left turn from my left side lane, the trailer crushed my left side and kept driving then the driver stopped. my left arm hurt so bad so a friend of mine told me to hire a lawyer and I hired Babaians law firm. She was able to show that that trailer wasn't supposed to be on that road . So we won the case and got paid for my injuries.

I began searching for an immigration lawyer back in 2020, following a denial of political asylum after my USCIS interview. After consulting with several lawyers, Tina stood out as the one who immediately inspired confidence. She consistently provided clear answers to all of my questions, maintained regular communication, and despite her busy schedule, never made me feel like I was wasting her time. On the contrary, she always took the time to thoroughly address even the most insignificant questions. Today, I had my Individual Hearing after waiting for 4 years. Prior to the hearing, Tina and I had multiple meetings that were not constrained by time, allowing for thorough discussions on all necessary matters. Tina also reached out to the department counselor before the hearing, and they indicated they would not appeal my case after reviewing it, essentially granting me a pre-approval. As a result, my hearing lasted no longer than 20 minutes before the long-awaited “granted” was given. I’m so grateful to Tina for her professionalism and patience throughout this process.

We recently used Sarkis Babachanian when a family member of mine was being accused for a "hit and run" and charges were about to be filed when in fact my family member was the victim of the "hit and run" as it was the other party that hit our car and did not stay at the accident scene. Sarkis gathered the necessary evidence, started working very diligently with the detective who was investigating the case, had numerous telephone conversations with him, also had a face to face meeting and was able to get the file closed without any charges being filed.
He was always accessible either via phone, text or an email.

I came to Mr. Terhovsepian for a second opinion about my accident case. You see my experience with lawyers has not been very pleasant including the current one for which I sought the 2nd opinion. I was referred to Terhovsepian law by one of my dear friends who has also had a case with him and learned about my struggles with my current lawyer. From the first interaction I felt comfortable and he was very calm and explained the process but first and foremost he listen to me for almost 15 minutes before he started advising me. I had spoken with several lemon law attorneys prior to retaining Norman Taylor and Associates. Other attorneys wanted to sit and wait for Ford Focus class action settlement to settle, then proceed with arbitration. Norman Taylor & Associates took the bull by the horn. They got right to it by sending a pre-litigation letter to Ford...things just moved forward from there without need to arbitrate. From start-to-finish, we were done in 90 days. Mr. Reyes is an outstanding attorney. Last year my mom was involved in a car accident which caused her to be hospitalized for 5 days. Unfortunately, our insurance decided to blame my mom for the accident before getting the police report. After 15 years of having this major insurance carrier, we didn't feel as we were in "safe hands". It was a nightmare. Thankfully, we contacted Mr. Reyes and he started his own investigation. He was very persistent and researched everything about the accident to better understand the situation. Somehow, Mr. Reyes got a hold of a couple of witnesses that confirmed that it was the other individual's fault. A couple of weeks later, the police report corroborated that it was the other driver's fault. Mr. Reyes' dedication paid off. After eight months, we closed the case and the other driver's insurance has agreed to pay the maximum allowed for this case. I was involved in an accident about 6 months ago and I am glad that I chose to call Papian and Adamian Law group because they handled my case with efficiency and care. First things first, I believe when dealing with an attorney communication is key, and they were very easy to communicate with. If I was unable to reach them they would call me back in no time. They were also very efficient by getting things done on time and not slacking. I really didn't do much after contacting them besides signing any papers they needed me to sign.
