I can't say enough good things about Robert Hovsepian and the Alan Aghabegian team. Three years ago i was rear ended by a truck and suffered multiple injuries from the accident. Ms. Hanna, was a great asset to our company as our legal council. She was always available and would take her time to explain issues. I really liked her for this reason. I have never had such a good feeling about any of our other legal council representing our company. I like that she always was available to talk on the phone and did not nickel and dime us on our bill! It was refreshing to have such a great rapport with council. Well, if you want to know about a business and their performance you should ask from the true client who had bad or good experience not few friends who leave good comment with 5 star rating.
I do not recommend Arsine and Grun. For the following reason, I gladly can provide a phone number who wants to know more.
1) she has not a good lawyer for cases that need more knowledge of the law. She is not fighter, she scare to go to trial and fight for me because she don’t have enough law knowledge ( she is rookie)
2) the staff is so unprofessional, if you yell and screen that’s not mean you know your job, because you yelled at the adjuster they made me 90% in fault.
Learn how to talk to people, listen to them, let them express their idea, don’t jump on the conclusion specially for people who English is not their first language.
3) Arsineh has no control on her staff behavior for the same reason she lost my case because her staff gave incorrect information to adjuster. Imagine how hard will be if you want to change the mistake
4) She has no dare and enough courage to go to court she thinks being an accident attorney means sending you to chiropractor, schedule with adjuster, sending the bill and make you happy. No that’s not a true lawyer duties
5) she lost my case with 90% in my fault, after long conversation with her i found out she has no enough knowledge, experience, and flexibility to fight. I withdrew my case and hired another firm to fight and I won the case
6) she is money hungry, but in bad way, means she offer you verbally %50 of the case but she write %33 in the contract, at the same time she increase the bills to make some adjustments without your knowledge, she offers a buddy shop, be careful this is trap.
7) conclusion, If you have a small car accident that someone hit you from behind, and you have 3 evidence, and you have lots of damage, totaled vehicle, and video recording she can help but if you have a car accident that needs more attention and knowledge then, she is not qualify. She follow the protocols like robot, if you want to follow the rules you could be a good IT programmer but not good layer.
A good attorney must have some flexibility, knows shortcuts, have some laws and rules knowledge, be innovative, and maintain your integrity.
I hesitate to leave this comment for past 9 months but I think this commence could help you to decide if you want to hire Arsineh and Grun. Always get 2nd opinion and don’t waste your time like me.

I hired her in 2016 to handle a case for me at the time I felt that she was doing an admiral job, boy did I find out I was sleeping with the enemy. In September 2017 I asked her in a e-mail to cc me any and all communication with opposing counsel which she agreed to do, never once did she send me any correspondence between the parties, then while I was going thru mediation she informed me that I needed to take out a loan for 3 grand to pay for the session I mind u I haven’t worked since 2016, but I did what was asked of me, come to find out thru opposing counsel I should have never taken out a loan for the mediation in fact he told me they pay for half and if I would have settled they would have paid it all, but the story becomes more wild once I confronted her about it she told me that the mediation costed 2750 so I asked her where’s the other 250 never got a response. That brings me today I settled a case on 8/3/18 with Farmers with Ms Roca as counsel, I had been trying to contact Ms Roca for about 3 weeks to ascertain when would the check be available never once did I get a reply, so I went to opposing counsel and boy did I find out some things first off I was told that not only has she been given the check she also cashed it and where not talking days but weeks. So I went to we’re her office is located at we work in Pasadena I checked in and had a seat to wait to speak with her,after about 15 min security and the maintenance personal came up to me and stated that I was not allowed on the property any longer I mind you I have becoming there for almost two yrs and was just there last Friday to retrieve my file that was thrown in a box missing all kinds of documents that are pertinent to my case. I plan on filing a complaint with the bar and other legal remedies that I am afforded

Sara is a very knowledgeable go getter. She will keep you in the loop with everything and really does do everything she can to take care of you. I was turned down by other lawyers but Sara took my case and I was so happy. She made me feel comfortable through the whole process and even found doctors for me who would work on a lien until I received my settlement. I can not say enough amazing things about Sara. He claimed he got 30 years about criminal defense laywer. Maybe but he won't focus on your case. He won't work on your case until the day before the hearing or even just right on the hearing. Unfortunately I had my worst experience with Ani Avetisyan for my divorce case. She is NOT an experienced attorney as she claims and charges for. Not only I lost all my rights with her, I was being overcharged by Ani Avetisyan; for writing hundred of pages to RFO's (as an essay fees) and charging over 20 hours to prepare a declaration, and talking too much. Yet she couldn't even make the judge hear her. After firing her, she still came to my hearings sat for full day, I believe she doesn't have lots of clients since she can invest all her day siting in the courthouse for a full day for someone (case) who she doesn't even represent. Her office in the Granda Hills was her house garage converted to office. Afterwards I went to LACBA Arbitration with her, And I won the case and confirmed that she did overcharged me with huge amount of $17,552 within two and a half months. She charged me before taking my case; now she's facing a violation of business and Professions code 6148 beside the other violations. She purposely called me to talk on the phone for hours, yet she writes hundred of pages just to charge you. Also she disclosed my private case documents including my settlement to the arbitrator. Still today she didn't refund me my overcharged fees and she's trying to vacate the LACBA's judgment.
This shows how unethical attorney she is. It's so sad that I trusted her yet she takes an advantage of my vulnerable situation. Be Very Cautious before you hire her!!
