Ian Schatzman accepted our case regarding an insurance claim with our insurer when other firms wouldn’t take it. After our claims were denied, we needed to reroof to prevent further damage. Ian worked out an expedited plan to document the damage in a manner that would support his case, while adhering to our reroofing timing.
He communicated clearly, responded promptly and thoroughly, and shepherded us through the lawsuit process. His fees were very fair for a job very well done. Without his efforts, we would have received almost nothing for the damages we incurred. He was able to negotiate an acceptable outcome.
I recommend Ian and his firm most highly and would certainly seek his input for any future legal matters.

I highly recommend attorney Donald Norton and his amazing team to everyone . They were very professional, they were always in touch with me in a difficult time after my son’s injury . They respond to phone calls and emails immediately.My case wasn’t easy because the witnesses didn’t want to cooperate ,we had to fight with 2 big insurance companies ,but the attorney won the case anyways . I use them to help me with my case. I was not happy with the outcome. Not only did I lose the case, the lawyer assigned to my case didn't even go over the agreement with me letting those people sue me for almost the full amount minus what I paid them(the law firm supposedly representing me). I felt DEFEATED like I didn't get a fair chance. The settlement agreement was horrible they let these people trick me into paying them 2500 and if I miss a payment or late I owe them the full balance. I felt like I was messed over both ends and they both agreed to just mess me over. A win win for both and I'm the one paying all this money. They got paid which wasn't what they expected but they got something out of the deal as well. This is why I don't use advertisement law firms. They mess you over and then tell you oh well. Highly DISAPPOINTED!!!

I have only good things to say about how professional and patience they were throughout the process. Even though we live all the way in Texas, they were prompt and efficient.
From someone that had a couple of terrible experiences with another law offices, one that mishandled my older daughter’s process, and another one that tried to scam me, having Patricia and Sheila (both fluent in English and Spanish) always communicating right on time and diligently answering all our questions, explaining everything we needed to know and do, was so refreshing that now I feel lucky to have found them! I would never recommend this law firm. After they capture their clients with great care and kindness, but once they take the case, it is a lack of attention, irresponsibility, rudeness and more because I had to make many calls throughout the entire period of time that I was with them so that they could give me information about my case, (since they told me "we will call you" and they only did it to tell me the dismissal of my case), every time I called and managed to get through, they took action from the little they did, such as sending 3 letters to the hotel and since they did not receive a response from the hotel at any time, they dismissed my case, all this happened from 03/2022 to 11/2023, that is, 20 months to dismiss my case, that is too long, that was an act of serious irresponsibility. My new lawyer in 7 months has already filed a formal complaint.
If you thought my case was nonsense, you wouldn't have taken it and I wouldn't have wasted my time with you.

I unfortunately hired this lawyer back in 2022 to assist me with my case. The communication from the start was great. It wasn’t until I paid the initial $2500 fee of the total $5000 that the communication started to become really poor. I would persistently reach out to him for info regarding my case and would hardly hear back from him. My biggest issue was that he advised me that I was being sued for $7000 when in actuality it was close to $14k! Talk about false information. But it doesn’t stop there! He OFFERED to assist me with getting my record expunged after my case closed and did absolutely nothing! I contacted his office and spoke with Jimmi, his assistant only to find out that after 2 months of receiving my application, it was not filed with the SA office. So I took matters into my own hands and did the entire process myself. My record was expunged 2 months after I filed it. Mr. Shwarz told me it would take 6 months! Ha! What a joke.
09/16/24: Interesting that you can respond here but my last several emails and text messages were never responded to. Point proven....

I was in a car accident rear ended back in November 2014 and I was in a lot of stress and hurt. I was referred to Daniel right away. He made me feel like I was very important and that I was not alone in this case. Daniel always kept in touch with me about my case letting me know any updates about my case. He will mainly say you are the boss and he will be right behind you every step of the way. We hired Dan Reinfeld to assist us with an auto insurance claim. The insurance company was trying to deny coverage of the entire claim. Dan was very thoughtful in his approach and didn’t give up. He tried multiple strategies and it worked. They reopened the “closed” claim and covered the claim fully. We were able to do this without having to go to court. Dan is a great written and oral communicator with all parties. In addition, he kept us informed and was always quick to respond to any of our inquiries. It’s typically a stressful time if you are seeking an attorney and he made our ordeal much more bearable. I would strongly and without reservation recommend Dan to anyone who needs legal assistance.

About 2 years ago I was involved in a really bad car accident. I hired Howard Weinstein to be my attorney. It was the best decision I made. All I had to worry about was getting better after my two surgeries. Howard Weinstein took care of all the legal issues I didn't have to worry about any of that. At the end Mr. Weinstein got me a settlement of almost two hundred thousand dollars. I would recommend him to anybody who is looking for an attorney.
