I had recently received a summons from a debt collector. I did not discover this lawsuit until after I began receiving mail from various law firms regarding this. Having been trying to recover my financial stability from the pandemic and the loss of my partner, this was the last thing I needed. One of the solicitation letters came from this office, which I leaned toward due to its locality to me and the overall tone of it. I reached out them, starting the retainer process and then they took it from there, without me having to worry about anything, nor have to appear in court. A couple months later they got the case dismissed.

I was in a car accident rear ended back in November 2014 and I was in a lot of stress and hurt. I was referred to Daniel right away. He made me feel like I was very important and that I was not alone in this case. He got me the right treatment with excellent doctors that took care of me throughout my whole therapy and doctor visits. Daniel always kept in touch with me about my case letting me know any updates about my case. He will mainly say you are the boss and he will be right behind you every step of the way. Ever since I have met Daniel I have followed every single advise he has told me to do for my case, and I have no regrets hiring him as my attorney for my car accident. He gives you great advise and options that you may want to follow, he will never pressure you in doing anything you do not feel comfortable doing. He will be very honest with me and let me know what were my options and we went from there. After I met Daniel and we discuss the case and process in a very short time he got to get my car fixed like brand new again in just weeks after the accident. We hired Dan Reinfeld to assist us with an auto insurance claim. The insurance company was trying to deny coverage of the entire claim. Dan was very thoughtful in his approach and didn’t give up. He tried multiple strategies and it worked. They reopened the “closed” claim and covered the claim fully. We were able to do this without having to go to court. Dan is a great written and oral communicator with all parties. In addition, he kept us informed and was always quick to respond to any of our inquiries. It’s typically a stressful time if you are seeking an attorney and he made our ordeal much more bearable. I would strongly and without reservation recommend Dan to anyone who needs legal assistance.

Currently in the process for a rear-end collision back in October. I’m not sure what happened to the gentleman below and Virgina but, I can tell you that she has explained to me the process and always answers my texts or calls. Her staff at the office are on top of anything that comes up, especially Stephanie! I feel comfortable to call either and they always answer any time. I text Virginia often and she always has my back with whatever small issues/concerns I have. The at-fault party has already sent me a collision check (it only took 2 weeks or less).
I wouldn’t pay too much to the review from 2016. Lawyers don’t drop clients unless there was a reason. Seeing as his wife was still driving around illuminate that her case may not have been as serious. I can’t drive so Virginia made sure i had Uber’s to and from Physical Therapy.

We went with this firm because of the rating and reviews - DONT make the same mistake we did…… I live out of state and my parents were based in Florida. We were looking for a group that would make this as seamless and easy as possible. Instead, we got confrontational rude and unprofessional. We dealt with Fernando twice and then he passed us off to his cronie Maribel. Maribel has no business dealing with people in general, especially people that are grieving the loss of their parents and trying to handle an estate from out of state.
Every time my brother or I spoke with this individual, it seemed as if we were a complete bother to her - she was hands down the rudest “ professional “ I have ever had the displeasure of paying to work for us.
Our estate was VERY small $237k - split between 3 youths ( as one share ) and 2 adults and yet we paid them 37k !!!!!!!!! An utterly ridiculous amount !~
Sadly and unfortunate for us , this was a process we knew nothing about and did not interview or research other firms so please do your research before going with these people.
