I called Patrick McPherson after a vehicle theft incident. I was immediate answered by Patrick and not a secretary or someone that had to put me on hold. I told him the situation and gave him the details, he never once made me feel stupid and explained in an easily understandable what to do. He assisted me in reaching out to the police officers and I ended up getting my vehicle back the same day. He also gave me advice on what to do with my insurance and how to handle the situation. Tyson advised my family through a very sticky legal estate issue. He was incredibly responsive and thorough in answering questions, and gave sound advice. The job ended up being more complicated than anticipated, but the total amount was within the range that he had estimated because he was very clear in explaining "if X, then it could be about $5,000, but if Y and Z happen, it could run up to $15,000-20,000". I appreciated Tyson's calm advice and speedy responses to time sensitive matters. I am so glad we found Tyson to help with our estate issues.

Ofir impressed me from the get-go and continued to up until the end and it wasn't like he was the first person I called; I initially reached out to maybe ten local attorneys on this matter while doing market research. He was easy to talk with, not slimy, didn't have an attitude nor was he condescending (unlike many of his peers), no hidden fees, and always quick to respond / highly communicative which equally is a rarity among lawyers of any sort. Man, I tell you. I was in trouble back then, I couldn't even do anything to cope up with the situation. I asked my sister if she knows anyone that could help me with my finances and freaking I was lucky enough, she told me that her ex knows somebody that helped him like it was nothing at all. I was actually very desperate as I do not have any peace of mind anymore. So then he referred me to Atty Ed. And then, scheduled for appointment, straight forward with everything. Just follow the instructions he gave, one and done! The next schedule, just show in the courtroom. I thought I was going to literally suffer infront of the judge since it's my first time. But whoops! Little did I know, it was a simple questions and I was dismissed! All those guys pestering you, gone! And he loves the symbolism of the Rooster. We have the same Philosophy. He probably knows who I am with this review. LOL!

Mr. Lawson was retained in late 2014 on behalf of our daughter after she sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as the result of an automobile accident while on vacation in Hawaii. We live in Oregon. This case involved three different insurance companies and several individuals. It was a complicated case because the injury (TBI) cannot be observed externally.
This lawsuit dragged on from 2014 to July 2020 because each insurance company had to be convinced to settle. Mr. Lawson kept us appraised every step of the way. At certain points in the years long process it was discouraging. But with Mr. Lawson’s patience and perseverance a successful final settlement was reached.
Mr. Lawson was methodical in his planning and approach to help us obtain the best outcome. He engaged critical subject matter experts that really helped uncover all the facts and magnify the negligence in our daughter’s case. Even with the covid-19 problem in 2020, he managed to move the case forward. He never gave up and the outcome of the case was better than expected.
One great thing about Mr. Lawson is he genuinely cares. Through the years he was instrumental in recommending areas of treatment that we should investigate for our daughter. Not living in Hawaii made the lawsuit more difficult but Mr. Lawson’s excellent communications via text messaging, e-mails and phone conversations helped us through the entire process.
We will always be grateful that Mr. Lawson was on our side. He is highly recommended!!

I was hit by a rental car driven by a tourist while riding my moped to work. I suffered a severe injury that require my staying in the hospital for about a week. The insurance company kept trying to delay my case, and John encouraged me to stick with it. We ended up resolving the matter for much more than the insurance company was willing to pay.

Mr. Charles Brower took on my Workers’s Comp case and was able to settle out of court with a nice settlement. He also offered to take on my Wrongful Termination case which was a lot more complicated and lengthy actually resulted from my WC case. He did an excellent job providing me with legal advice and guidance but also he was genuine in making sure he knew what was important to me throughout the case. He was easy to talk to and responded to my emails and calls promptly. Although, because I decided to settle, I did not receive all of what I felt this big Corporation owed to me regarding my wrongful termination, I do appreciate the hard work and effort he put in and there is no doubt in my mind he would have fought hard for me if we did go to trial. Keeping in mind that he also took time out of his weekends to work on this case. In the end, it came down to what was most important to me which I did receive and am grateful for. There is no doubt in my mind that I will definitely recommend Mr. Brower to any of my friends or family if they encounter these types of situations. Very unfair and unprofessional people! Mr Rego told me he would take on my WC case two months ago but I would have to advocate for myself and once I did the things he told me to do give him a call back. Well I did just that today and he decided to say he never told me he would take my case in July, August or September… huh??? What are you talking about…? He said his notes say he would give me advice not take my case. Guess what this was a lesson well learned Moving forward everything must be in writing because this made absolutely no sense!!! Along with he raising his voice and wouldn’t allow me to speak and telling him what I wrote down when we spoke 2 months ago.

Horrible. Save your time and money. Look for another Law firm. They are horrible. I asked to speak to Mr. Turbin and the Paralegal said he is too busy to talk with me. So I asked if I could talk with her, and she said she is too busy to talk with me. That is a red flag from the start. They never even reviewed our case but they said that they did. How can they review 1,300 pages of medical records in 2 days. Horrible. I am glad to go to another Attorney that makes time for their clients.
And I didn't even ask to talk with you about talking with 1,300 pages. It was only 4 pages tops of notes. So you knew the meret of the case. How would you know what I wanted to talk about or how many pages I had. You didn't even make time for me. You and your Paralegal said you don't have time for me even before I said how many pages I had or said anything else.
You said I'm not credible... I have the entire conversation between myself and your office staff recorded. It shows your sketchy.
And I didn't even demand nothing. I asked if I could please make an appointment to talk with an attorney. And they said your too busy. Then I asked if i could please schedule with the Paralegal and she said she is too busy and can't talk with me.
I just had some questions. But it shows your character. You lying and making up stories and you don't make time for your clients. I have everything recorded. So I have the proof.
But then again it shows you and your staffs character. It is what it is. There are better attorneys out there that truly care and take the time to help their clients.
