I’m going to keep things short and simple. I wish I had chosen someone with more experience and concern. Things couldn’t be worst for my family . Especially my children . I have to hire another attorney and hopefully get this mess resolved . He was very promising at first but somehow things went south and he just wasn’t focused and we lost a simple case . Lack of preparation, experience whatever the excuse but my children are paying the price . You will be hearing from Me soon Mr Harris and my attorney . Things need to be fixed hopefully you can be the man you say you are and make it right.

Recomiendo ampliamente la Firma del Abogado Tinoco. Vivo en el estado de Arkansas y acá busqué un abogado para tramitar un Parole In Place Militar. Desgraciadamente, me fue negado. Un poco desanimada. Pero teniendo mucha fe, decidí buscar un abogado en Texas y gracias a las reseñas que tienen; me decidí por el Abogado Tinoco y su Firma. Hice cita y vía telefónica tuve la entrevista con el abogado. Me explicó todo muy bien y me refirió con su Asistente Legal Denise Estrada; quien me explicó que documentos debía enviar. Ella llenó formularios y me fueron enviados para firmar. Ya de ahí en adelante, ellos se hicieron cargo de todo. Aproximadamente dos meses después; recibí el Parole in Place por correo postal. Mr. Pearce worked hard to get my case dismissed in the face of deceptively edited video evidence in a tough jurisdiction. I wasn't notified that I was even accused of a crime for 6 months. This meant that we were unable to get the complete video of before and after the event in question because the restaurant where the event took place had already deleted the full video. The accuser worked for the restaurant making the whole situation unjust with this obvious conflict of interest. Mr. Pearce did a great job working with these unfortunate set of circumstances.

I am VERY satisfied w/Brian White’s firm & both of the ladies who worked on my case w/whom I’ve dealt in the last year or so. Ashley was the one on it the longest, & just got it settled this week, obtaining OVER $10K MORE than that w/which I had said I’d be satisfied! It’s been 2.5years since the accident where I was hit by an uninsured driver & it seemed like the insurance I had (St. Farm), who ended up being the one’s having to settle w/me, dragged their feet for MUCH of that time but it could’ve dragged on much longer had it not been for Brian White’s legal firm, friends have told me.
So I THANK🙏🏼YOU, Mr. White, Ashley & every associate who had any hand in helping my case get settled! I appreciate 👉🏼every one of you👈🏼!

Farah was appointed to our case as mediator and did an amazing job with the parties! We thought we were only going to be able to settle on TO but she was able to get everyone to agree on final orders and everyone was happy with the agreement/outcome saving my clients money on attorney fees! Worst attorney you can get I would not recommend miss mokolo spent over $22,000 she did the very minimum She’s not worth the $500 an hour she was charging compared to the other party which the attorney was cheaper and they seem like they were more prepared than she was and she was getting paid less than Miss Mokolo she Was not prepare when we were to go to court At one point I quote she said “good thing we didn’t have to go before the judge today because I can’t talk today” Invoices were always wrong. They even charge me for trying to make sure the invoices were right eventually she took off $750 off my bill because I told her she did not do a good enough job and that she was charging me to talk to them about their Mistake with invoices she said well at least we didn’t get your Right taken away she did not put enough safeguards in our final order. I still haven’t seen my child. It’s been over 10 months since we did the final order The final order has a lot of loop holes that the other side put in place to prevent me from seeing my child or to have a relationship with him Miss Mokolo should’ve caught the loopholes if she was a good attorney I reached out to them about the final order and told them what was going on, and they basically said that I needed to rehire them put in another deposit to try to fix things which I was shocked because I just spent over $22,000 now we have to go back and rehire someone that knows what they’re doing to try to fix their screw up this case that I was going through was easy. I gave them everything they needed charge me over $9000 to submit the documents I provided and when I looked at the stuff they submitted it was exactly the same stuff I gave them when I asked they said they had to change a little bit of it I don’t think that amount of over $9000 to change the word just a little bit to me look exactly the same word by word. It looks like they just Submitted what I sent them. I attach a picture of how the billing was Saying I owe all this money on the top, but on the bottom, it said it was paid off . As soon as you lose them as a client or you come from them about billing or anything, they will take you off and delete you/cant access my case so I hope this post could help anybody who is looking for a good attorney. I would not recommend this law firm.
