Mr. Craighead needs to be reported to the Texas Bar. I hired Mr. Criaghead 6 months for an EEOC case. He charged me $750 and did nothing or maybe the bare minimum. I didn't realize until I started to do my own research and speak to other EEOC attorneys. It took multiple emails to get a response after payment! His website is a complete lack of representation. I don't even know after talking to other EEOC lawyers if Mr. Craighead even did the bare minimum he was paid to do. It makes me sick. Reading his website is complete garbage and I was in no way represented as advertised. Mr. Craighead barley listened to my case. I was a quick $750 and that was it.

I was terminated from my job as a server at an upscale steakhouse due to my prescribed pain medication. I found Mr Craighead's ad on Google and called him to find out what my rights were. Initially, I just wanted the restaurant to know they did not have a real reason to fire me. Mr Craighead helped me to see what I deserved in the case and within a few weeks I was signing a confidentiality agreement. Because of how quick he was able to negotiate a settlement, my bills did not bounce and my accounts didn't go into over draft. Thank you again Clayton, for representing me.

I was interested in producing a demand letter to help with negotiation, which I shared when contacting the law office. When I was asked for the $150 consult fee, I wasn't certain yet that this was the firm for me because they wouldn't communicate who I would be meeting with or a bio. I rechecked online and the online scheduling fee was 250 or 450 for specific services so I inquired directly about the demand letter fee. I was again directed to the consult and if I booked through the phone I could get the 150 price. I went ahead with the consult only to be told that they dont do a la carte services and would only do the work on my case for a 10k retainer plus 30% contingency. Had the scheduler had the professionalism to understand what they do and dont lffer or at least checked then it would have saved me time and money. The person I met with was helpful but not useful for my situation.

If I could give less than one star I would. I am down over $20k and they didn’t get anything done, and continually find a way to charge $1000-2000/week without anything getting done. Beware! This company is a complete scam, not legit at all, couldn’t even serve a subpoena to a roofing company, basically worthless and put me in a much worse place than I started. Gave me bad advice from the beginning to the end of the case, just a shame, terrible experience. Wish I would’ve never heard of this company.

I truly hate that I have to write this review, and I want to make it clear that my dissatisfaction isn’t because the case didn’t go in my favor. My feelings towards this law firm aren’t shaped by that alone. I had a discrimination case and paid a significant amount of money for them to represent me, but sadly, I must say they were disorganized. I constantly had to follow up with them to get updates, and I can't help but feel like they didn’t pursue my case fully because they had already been paid by my employer.
Some may disagree, but I genuinely believe they could improve their services—especially when it comes to follow-ups, laying out a clear plan of action, and, most importantly, not having the first meeting with Attorney T. Robinson be the last one, where he informed me he would no longer be handling my case. For the amount of money I paid and for what they promised, none of it was delivered. It seems like the only way they can successfully support or win a case is if you’ve been blatantly called slurs, physically abused, or subjected to years of blatant, documented discrimination.
I expressed these concerns during our termination meeting, but I feel it’s important to share this with anyone considering them for an employment discrimination case.

My fiance's ex used this law firm to help her through their child support case, which can be necessary when unsure of laws and such but what I don't agree with is that they have taken over a month to produce an order that they said would be ready the week following the attorney General mediation which was 10/10/23. Richard Flores is friends with the mother of the child so he has been rude, intimidating, and always takes to the defense if questioned on anything. My fiance was not fighting for custody, although, maybe he should have being that the other party was more than just difficult I truly believe there are mental issues the other parent suffers from that needed to be identified from a professional but that's another story. I'm not just saying that out of spite or any type of hate. My prayers genuinely go out to that person and the children involved in their life. This is always supposed to benefit the child not just financially but also for their own mental health. She has his son call his dad (my fiance) and his son gets sad and cries because he wants to see his father. She just uses the excuse that there are no orders so he is unable to see his father. It's like she's teasing him and it's so heartbreaking. I've heard him cry and I just can't imagine how his little heart feels. Unfortunately, this law firm has not had the best interest of the child in mind other than the financial part. I truly hope you all have the happiest of holidays and please remember the children. They don't deserve to be away from either parent. Put yourself in the childs shoes and not the parents. I know Richard is friends with the mother of the child but please, sir, don't have her interest in mind this is about the child. My fiance has contacted them through email on multiple occasions, most times he's ignored and the times they do respond are only to remind him of his financial obligations. I hope you learn to have compassion for others.

My girlfriend and I were rear ended in a Jetta by a Yukon that was a rental. We went to this firm to settle an UNCONTESTED accident. We were both in physical therapy and in and out of doctors offices for almost a year. At the end of it, they offered me $1000 and my girlfriend $3k. The total settlement amounts were over $30k for mine alone. To date, FOUR YEARS +++ LATER we are still trying to get the remainder of my settlement even after firing them for: "Lack of communication, dishonesty, attempted theft of 99% of the entire settlement award and claiming to have an interest in the final settlement months AFTER they were fired for non performance and basically LYING to me about what amounts I was entitled to receive." We are now communicating with the Department of Justice regarding all these offenses along with, and even more importantly, never presenting me with proper disclosures regarding their F.A.R.A. (Foreign Agent Registration Act) Statements, nor any proof of an existing "Delegation of Authority" which has been requested and to date, is still being ignored.

I've had the worse experience with Bergquist law firm. Currently David Bergquist has my emails in regards to all my grievances with the LACK there of professionalism from Bergquist lawyers including himself. He has NO interest in ACTUALLY addressing them. The amount of discrepancies in my file from Bergquist are very concerning. I hired Bergquist to file claims and any paper work necessary, CORRECTLY. That was Not done. And David doesn't care to make it right. WHY HIRE A LAWYER THAT IS NOT COMPETENT TO DO WHAT YOU HIRED THEM TO DO.
They also strung me along for 3 years only to tell me NOW... your case is a "weak" case.
WHY WOULD THEY HAVE TAKEN MY CASE, TELLING ME FOR FIRST 2.5 YEARS IT WOULD BE TAKEN TO COURT. I believe that their failure to do their job CORRECTLY and in timely manner hendered my case. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BERGQUIST LAW FIRM TO ANYONE.
