Russell did an excellent job handling my DUI case. During the initial consultation he was able to explain the whole process and during subsequent meetings he completely prepared my for the next stages of the process. On appeal he was able to get the charges dismissed completely, with no fines or jail time and I will be able to get the arrest expunged completely in the future. He and his staff are knowledgeable and have been attentive to every aspect of the case during the whole process. I only had to actually appear in court one time, with other appearances being handled completely by his associates before I could be called up.

First and foremost I want to just let everyone know that this man/ lawyer is a gift from God and I’m not just saying that he truly is. I had so much going on at one point in my life I had cases everywhere and he took on my case where I was facing time behind bars and let me tell you I could always get in touch with him it was never a phone call that he did not pick up and he is not a lawyer that once he’s paid he ignores you, he’s sharp, smart has a good working relationship with prosecutors. I could go on and on about what an outstanding law firm this is and they never make you feel like you’re a bad person , even if you are guilty of what you’ve been charged. Randy always sees the bright side of things if you’re going through a case that’s tough Ferguson and Ferguson is the law firm to choose. I would recommend Ferguson and Ferguson 1000% especially if you’ve been charged with a crime that could get you a felony and time behind bars . They do exactly what you ask and I was looking at a class A or B felony and Randy got it reduced to a misdemeanor, no jail time and unsupervised probation. You can’t really name that many lawyers that can do that , but if you want a great outcome then it’s Ferguson and Ferguson who you want to go with. I don’t usually do reviews but Randy did such a phenomenal job in my case I have to recommend them. Randy is smart , honest and hard-working and he’s going to do the best job for you so make sure you choose them if you’re going through a case that could affect your life because these lawyers truly care about what happens with your life. Ferguson and Ferguson is the right choice.

Mr. Blackwell and Nicole, dedicate themselves to providing the best legal representation available today. Mr. Blackwell is a fighter and uses every strategy possible to win the best settlement possible with the evidence and material at hand. His attention to detail is what makes Mr. Blackwell such a great lawyer.
It should be noted that, Mr. Blackwell doesn’t advertise on television, billboards, plaques or other media outlets. He relies solely upon references from his large list of satisfied clients.

After the Judge was satisfied on all counts, he addressed me by saying that he knew and respected Mr. Blackwell professionally and that he’s an outstanding injury case lawyer and that he believes that Mr. Blackwell has brought my case to the best possible conclusion.
In closing, I will personally recommend Mr. Blackwell and his staff to anyone that has an injury claim and needs the best possible legal representation.

It is going to be difficult for me to find the words to express the level of heartfelt gratitude I have toward Mr. Thomas S. McGrath’s law firm. I am a single mother of 2 small children who was seeking to purchase a home and found herself being taken advantage of a Real Estate team out of Madison, Alabama. They were in the process of trying to manipulate me into buying a home that they had not repaired as promised and time was running for me with my apartment lease. I had to make a decision to stay in my apartment or take a chance on a house that may never be repaired as promised. I knew I could never afford to take on the repairs they were trying to leave behind. I was receiving threats of being taken to court for not wanting to purchase this home and with their disregard for my situation could have very well lead to the kids and I being homeless. They did not care no matter how much I tried to explain my situation. Needless to say I was scared and was losing hope quickly. I decided it was time to seek legal advice. I was able to speak with a few lawyers in the area but I only got very “broad” answers if you will, which didn’t give me any comfort or direction. Luckily, Mr. McGrath was recommended to me and within a few days his team had me scheduled for a consultation. The day of the consultation, Mr. McGrath’s demeanor was unmatched and his genuine concern for the situation was overwhelming. He is very direct and will tell you the truth about the severity of the situation and the projected outcome based on facts presented. His efforts are 100% the entire time. I had been dealing with this situation for weeks on my own and I finally felt like I had solid support. Mr. McGrath has been practicing law for 27 years or more and is well versed in Real Estate, among other things which is very comforting also. He went the extra mile to ensure I was secure and understood the plan of action he had. I met Brad Ryder over two years ago. At the time my mother was in the hospital because of care that she failed to receive while a patient at a local nursing home. Brad and his staff took an active interest in my mother’s situation. Over time my mom’s health deteriorated and Brad made sure that he visited her on a regular basis. I remember Brad bringing his son to the hospital on Christmas day, so that he could meet my mom before she passed away. I could tell that this was important to Brad.

When you hire a lawyer the most important thing is trust, you must trust what they are telling & selling you! Jon told me from the day I walked in and before I paid what he was going to do. I remember how confident he was lol, and I was like…. Really??? cause I was so nervous! I called Chelsea all the time asking the same questions over and over, she was so patient, kind, & understanding though :) My cases were an A-2 DUI, Failure to properly yield, & No Insurance (which I had). We pled not guilty, the case was continued three times, and the fourth time we went to trial in district court. Well Jon was not there that because he had a doctor’s appointment, so Mike Morenilla filled in for him. (I was like wait, where is Jon, I hired Jon). But Mike did the trial and simply nailed it! Not guilty all 3 counts!! So impressed! I worked for the biggest tree company in the United States. After a on job injury in 2011, a friend recommended Tara Helms. Tara met with me and told me I had a good case and immediately got to work. She kept in touch with me when anything that came up in my case. I received e-mails, phone calls, and copies of all papers of my case. Tara kept assuring me that everything was going well with the case. I think Tara goes above and beyond for her clients, she really knows her stuff. While working as a Social Worker I was both sexually assaulted, raped and physically beaten. Then and this is what a lot of people find more shocking then what actually happened to me physically is that I was sued by the County for being raped. If that is not nasty enough they hired private investigators to follow me around to and from my doctor appointments. It is hard very hard to get over being attacked the way that I was it does not help the healing process along to know that you are being followed again.
All by being assigned to case that did not meet our programs criteria. I had met with my supervisor three times that day explaining how this case did not meet our safety parameters for predominantly the children of the case I was given but time and time again she chose to keep her case numbers high and safety of those we were sworn to serve secondary at best.
Even after all of this you will have a hard time finding an attorney willing to one go to court secondly go to court against a municipality like a county. I went through several prior to meeting Tara that just weren't up to the challenge for one reason or another. I really had began to give up on finding an attorney that had the inner and outer fight needed for this kind of case. No attorney was going to make a lot of money of this case it was just a matter of finding someone that would do the right thing. If there is anyone better then Tara and more dedicated I have yet to meet them. She is a fighter, her record is amazing and most of all she really cares. Not quality's you find in many people these days. can't imagine recommending another attorney for anything.

I have consulted with Maureen Cooper for two different issues related to divorce and alimony . In the past , the thought of consulting with any attorney was one associated with fear and dread . I have had contact with lawyers in the past who had no genuine desire to help me quickly resolve a problem or to provide straight answers . I had never consulted with an attorney who genuinely wanted to earn the respect and trust of others as much as he wanted to take advantage of my problem for his own profit .
