After a fender bender, I enlisted the help of Jim Farson and Anne Raimondi, paralegal, to help me with my claims to the insurance company because my injury kept getting worse and required two surgeries. The personal injury and property insurance claim process, I discovered, is confoundingly complex and complicated. I drove a car for over 60 years. No accidents. A sunny morning in 2020 … BANG!! Rear ended on a highway. Car totaled—and I was off to the Emergency Room in an ambulance. Within a week after the accident, even though I was not at fault, I realized that I was still going to be involved in an arduous process. Seeking reimbursement? Tow Truck bills, the replacement car process, personal injury and health issues, medical bills, loss of income, etc. … all must be considered, collected, analyzed … then presented in a formal demand package to the other party’s insurance company. The documentation for a claim may run to hundreds of pages from multiple sources. As I said … it’s complicated!!!
My experience? Jim Farson knows how to get it done … and he and his team got it done!

Paul and Harry Shorstein helped me through a very difficult case pertaining to a Dui. I had been sleep driving due to a bad reaction to my sleep meds. Although this was a very unique case without much precedence they handled it very effectually They were able to have the DUI dropped to just Reckless driving with no guilty plea or conviction. A few years ago I was involved in a car accident that resulted in some injuries. It was my first car accident and I was extremely scared, lost and confused on how to proceed. Marc was wonderful. Even when I wanted to give up. It took us almost 6 long years to get my case resolved, but Marc and Ken were great. They both kept me on track. Ken is Marc's assistant, and is good . If I hadn't of been with Marc then I probably would have settled for a pittance. If you are hurt at work and want someone who will fight for you, then Marc is the man for you. He cares, he really does, and now a days that's hard to find. My wife and I have retained JASON ELLIS to represent us on two separate occasions. My wife was involved in an auto accident in which an out of town driver was at fault. Though both drivers were insured, the other driver's (who was cited) insurance company declined the claim. If you don’t want to be treated like a number, come see Amanda at her law firm, Baggett Law. We had the pleasure to meet both Amanda and Matt—very hospitable people—you won’t know you’re at a law firm. Amanda is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with—I highly recommend her. Many law firms have memorized and already have a sales pitch ready to go, where the lawyer(s) ignore clients’ individual situations, talks over them and tells them what they should do in five minutes. Admirably, Amanda does not conform to this lower / used-car-stylistic sales pitch. She is very approachable, as if she is part of your family, and though based on the big picture she may already know the general direction she needs to take and what needs to be done, she doesn’t hesitate to let you speak when she is done (as she attentively listens) and also asks if you have any questions without that stern glare of annoyance / are you done yet facial expressions.
We had roof damage, for which we hired a contractor and submitted a claim to our property insurance provider. Unfortunately there was a dispute between the contractor and insurer over the final payment. Due to this, we decided to retain Amanda. She was always swift to answer our emails and phone calls. Music to our ears – you never had to wonder if and when she was going to respond to you as it was always prompt! Additionally she was able to resolve the situation for us, and ensure that we were not at a legal risk due to the dispute between the insurance company and contractor. This provided us Great peace of mind and saved us time and money from having any undue future financial cost that we otherwise might have had!

Simply put, David Black is among the very best in North Florida at his work. I was the victim in a rear end auto collision that caused significant and permanent damage to my spine, and suffered chronic and serious injuries as a result. I initially went to another firm that is very well know, and the two experiences couldn't be more different. While the other firm was very friendly and available during the initial sign up, everything changed once I was a client. The attorney who represented me felt a phone meeting was sufficient for our first consult instead of a face to face, and I only spoke with him personally twice over a period of nearly two years as a result. The entire time my case languished (unknown to me as I was solely focused on my recovery) and I was constantly ignored, call backs were always from a different aid at best, and they insisted I would have surgery to correct the issue if I ever wanted a significant recovery, or else the case was worth very little, despite major and devastating injuries. Eventually I tired of the disfunction and began searching for a new attorney. I came across David after researching many firms carefully, and once he agreed to meet with me face to face to go over my case (without any signed client agreement yet), upon meeting him I know he was the right fit immediately.
