He starts out as though he is compassionate and then a few months later you learn the real Bob. He will tell you what you wish to hear and then you don't hear from him. If you call his office his secretary Kim is extremely rude and hateful. I thought this was just her but over the course of dealing with Bob for almost 2 years I have learned he is more rude than her. He won't call you back and when you've left multiple messages he responds as though you are interupting his life! I divorced a narcisisst and found the exact same thing in a lawyer. He didn't fight back at any of the hearings we had. I went to him cause he seemed knowledgeable the law. He even had incorrect information at the hearing!! He's extremely incompetent!! My ex hasn't paid myself or Bob and yet he won't file contempt charges. I spoke with him on Mar. 12, 2019 and it is now April1, 2019 and I've heard nothing from him. This isn't unusual. He will go months without any communication! Do yourself a favor and find a lawyer that fights for you and not just about getting his money!!

As of today, I was told I’d get personal documents within 10 days or at their discretion. Mr. McGrath has threatened to sue me if the AVVO isn’t removed relating to his partner Brad Gibson. He won’t scare me like my ex husband.
Brad took a $10,000 retainer from me for Family Law. Very poor communication, constant cancellations of meetings and failing to update on dates promised.
Not one thing he said would happen, even a simple adjustment of the original answer, happened after months. He used a bankruptcy attorney who isn’t licensed in Florida to “assist” with my very personal case.
Once I fired him he offered a “courtesy” refund of what was left of my $10k retainer.
If you want an attorney who wants to work for you only if he wins a personal accident injury case so he can be paid on the back end, that’s on you.
I do not recommend this law firm whatsoever.

This attorney failed to inform me on the status of my case nor provide any type of plan or strategy for a sucessful or favorable outcome and after I paid them in full up front $3,000.00. They sat on my case for 14 months. Then afterwards, qouted me $5000 to proceed and then sent me a bill for $1400 that said I do not have to pay, imagine that. They, the brother and him, worked hard on my case, not. They negotiated a settlment in three months with the opposing parties consel that covered one of the many points I'm seeking relief from the courts for . The settlement covered one of my points and gave concessions to the other party that I did not agree to nor see would fit my situation any better than where I was at . The attorney used language during our conversation that belittled me. After I refused to agree to their proposal they sent me the same exact settlement agreement five months later and acted like it was brand new news. In the end they wanted to me to agree to pay my ex-wife $30 dollars a month (towards a joint debt that I was awarded to pay during our divorce since I agreed to take on the debt that was awarded to me by the courts) in order to be awarded two extra overnights with our child during the school year and the "right for first refusal", which I didnt ask for nor think it would fit our situation as the mother is a high conflict co-parent. I hired this lawfirm to aid me in contempt, mod of timesharing and child support. Nothing was accomplished during his leadership and the case continues pro se, the way it came to them. Be careful of family law attorneys they know the system is rigged in their favor as attorneys and they are just happy with the system and will tax any litigant that comes their way just as much as the system is taxing everyone on it already! One red flag I notiticed up front when I asked how do they handle invoice and statements, they do not have a system for billing other than send the bill and jack it up!

I couldn't have found a better attorney. Anything I needed, he took care of right away. Everyone he recommeded for my divorce, (social investigator, mediator, etc.), was very good. He always made me feel comfortable, and is very understanding and caring. Hopefully I will never have to go through a divorce again, but if I do, Aaron will be the first I call.

Michael is an amazing human being. He truly cares for his client and understands the sense of urgency that it takes when dealing with some of life's difficult issues. Mr. Kalil handled my auto accident involving me and my daughter when this guy rear ended us at a red light without braking at all. I am glad I hired Mr. Kalil because the insurance company at first refused to pay for my medical bills and Mr. Kalil worked hard to change that. I wasn't trying to get rich, but my back injury was serious. My daughter had a concussion and other injuries. Mr. Kalil did an excellent job of getting the insurance company to pay the policy limits for both my injured daughter and myself. I would definitely hire him again.

When I think of the reasons that I would hire a lawyer there are many important factors that need to be weighed in that decision. The most important inquiry is the quality of representation that will be achieved by hiring this specific attorney because they are likely making life and death decisions for me. If not life or death, then hugely financial desicions. So, I want a lawyer who cares about me, who cares about me more than most lawyers care about their: mere "clients", mere "files", or mere "case numbers." I want my attorney to care about people and care about me as an individual person, a human being, a person who is relying completely on this attorney and trusting them with important life decisions.
As you can see, I put my feeling and beliefs on the table but, I try to think before I make important decisions. The reality is this... Mr. Kalil, and his firm are able to provide you with some of the best legal representation in the city of Jacksonville and beyond. My case was extremely complicated and most attorneys did not want to take a look at it or were going to try to take too much money from my case upfront. So, I shopped around like any diligent person would. The main motivation behind the shopping around was not just about money it was more important that that. It was about finding attorneys who knew what they were doing, had been practicing mainly in the area that I needed help with, and attorneys who actually cared about me as a person.

I give Mr. Kalil and his office the highest of recommendations! They have been a blessing in my life. My case took 6 years from start to finish. I was the rare type of case that actually goes to court. Mr. Kalil counseled me from beginning to end with my best interest at mind. There were many things that I did not and could not understand but he has proven in more than a decade's worth of mentoring me that he is a trustworthy man.
He is a top notch lawyer, who is honest and hard working. He will tell you the best legal advice possible giving you different routes which the law permits. He will call you as the case progresses, this does not mean every day. It is important to understand that things in the legal system take time. However, he is not a legal mill. He takes the personal care a client deserves and represent your case all they way to court which few law firms will do. Sometimes it is necessary to take a case to court because the insurance company of the other party or their representative is being greedy and does not want to make a reasonable offer for the injuries of the individual.
This is the type of firm that you want handling all of your claims! Mr. Kalil fights for the legal rights of an individual against the corporations, insurance companies and "little persons bully" and without lawyers like him simple people like me would of never had an opportunity or the funding to fight the legal battle.

Dear Readers, I post this review at the conclusion of a very difficult matter. It involved Insurance and liability - property. Mr. Ossi, Mike was referred to me. He and his associated firm Florin and Roebig are respectful, diligent, tenacious and always available. His insight into the matter was spot on and without him - things would not have been resolved. Watch out for Insurance companies and private corporations - the are always out to swindle the customer and the claimant. Michael and his team put a stop to that and provide the advocate that is needed to fix what is wrong with this industry.
I have personally checked out Michael and his background as well as his firms work and can highly recommend him. He handles things and is the front man for the teams. His associates work and responsiveness of his office: Ossi and Najem and Florin and Roebig is 4 out of 5. Their voicemail system is a bit clunky and they do not work weekends - I work 7 days a week.
Frankly Mike should be a Judge!

I was so glad that I had Henry, and my case manager Allison with me during a very rough and traumatic time in my life. I did not have a clue as to what I needed, or could do as far as my WC issue.
Henry told me from the start that if I needed to contact him about anything to just call, and I did a few times, and he always responded in good time. Henry called me every month to keep me up to date as to what was going on with my case.
And he talked with me to help ease some of the stress I was going through. And they were quick to get me all doctors, and any medical equipment I needed.
Allison was always just an email or phone call away, and never made me feel stupid for any of the many questions I had for her. She helped me with my sometimes overwhelming fears, and depression.
I know that the case loads they have must be overwhelming for them, but they never made me feel like just a number. They were always patient, kind, and helpful.

When many would have given up, Henry and his team continued the fight for my WC case. His team made me feel like a part of Morgan and Morgan. I am not being facetious when I wrote the title to my review. I mean it with every fiber of my being. Dec. 10, 2014 is a day I will never be able to forget for the rest of my life. I died that night. I was in a near fatal Jeep accident that left with me with devastating life altering injuries. The doctors tell us I am a miracle because they didn't think I would make it. Curry came to see me in the hospital as I lay in the traction device to keep my left hip & leg straight. I remember he had the calmest voice I had heard since that night. I remember him asking me questions and I started crying and told him "please don't let me die" Curry held onto my arm and said " I am going to take care of you". That is exactly that this man did. My life was forever changed, Curry led me through the most challenging, heart breaking, painful battle of my life. We had to fight for my life and Curry never wavered, never doubted, never gave up but most of all... he made me fight to live and not give up. One time during a dark time he sent me a book called When the Angels are silent. That book sits on my dresser to this day. Curry never let the opposing counsel demean me, disrespect me even when they tried to downgrade my critical injuries. He remained calm and would always fight for me.
Curry gave me the life I have now!! He has cried over me, prayed over me, held my hand, adopted me into his family and circle and literally fought my battles for me. If you have any doubts about this man and his character as a lawyer or human being, then look just here at me. Let me help you understand how he held me up when I couldn't anymore. I am living, walking, talking proof that this man will do everything he can as well as his team behind him to help you. Don't second guess him and his abilities. After disappointing experiences with 2 other law firms, I was lucky to hear about Mr. Curry Pajcic. From the first meeting his intelligence, sharp mind and depth of his experience was obvious. He had a plan of action that made sense to me. His demand for compensation was 10 times more than the other 2 law firms.
As I continued to work with him and his amazing legal assistant Rose Kordeubrock, I was most impressed by Mr. Pajcic honesty and integrity. He concluded our case in our favor beyond our belief.

My wife & I went to Pajcic & Pajcic with a serious case involving a car accident in which the fault laid with the opposing driver, no dispute. Pajcic & Pajcic of Jacksonville Florida, reviewed the case over the phone with thurough questioning at which point a date was set for an office visit. At the office visit, we were questioned further about the accident and then contracts were brought out. The legal assistant reviewed each page of the contract completely. The entire process lasted over 2 hours with an additional 45 minutes on the origional phone interview. After the contracts were reviewed and signed, the legal assistant left and 20 minutes later, Curry Pajcic came in and introduced himself. He began to explain to us that we were not the type of case/clients they wanted. He said to my wife and I quote, " if you had lost an arm, we might be more intrested ion your case!" We had wasted literally hours on this law firm in preperation for acceptance and we were led on from beginning to end and even had signed contracts prior to Curry Pajcic walking in and treating us like pond scum. I have writting only the facts in this review and have not lied in any way, shape or form. People need to know about this firm & attorney Curry Pajcic. beware this firm! My wife is an emotional mess over the accidents and is now even more emotionally damaged due to the unprofessionalism and ruthlessness of Curry Pajcic.

Myself and fiancé hired him because his children’s biological mother is a drug addict and alcoholic who abuses her two young girls. Should be open and shut right? No it’s not. We made the huge mistake of paying Kelly Hampton 3500 deposit to do absolutely nothing. He has faked court dates, he has lead us on over 2 years now while these poor girls suffer and are starved/beaten when they’re at their bio moms. We can’t afford another attourney right now so this has literally ruined our life and theirs. Run away from this guy he is a complete fake

I hired Mr.Elias for my divorce case which took longer that it should, due to inconsistent communication. As the divorce case was going to an end, I hired him for my immigration case. I paid the initial downpayment and didn't hear anything after a month (which requires me to pay him again for monthly services). I felt like he is prolonging the process for the lawyer's fee. I've send multiple email and text messages -still no response for a month. After confronting him about how I feel towards the situation I cancelled his services and asked for a refund since he didn't do anything for my immigration case (which is very time constraint case). He kept the money, didn't communicate well and didn't fully finish my prior case. Until now, i don't have my papers which he promised to send me. I could've hired a better lawyer who I atleast won't feel degraded and got taken advantage of.

I hired him for my husband. My husband had to tell him what to ask for. He barely return calls it seems like having a public defender. He only calls you a day or two before court you go in blind sided. I don't see the way he do people he can tolerate to look at his self in the mirror and it doesn't bother him. Mrs. Cozart is very friendly and easy to talk to. She told me she was a previous
Assistant Attorney General. One would think with that credential she would be a better than fair attorney. She wasn't. Don't waste your time with her. Mrs. Cozart takes all of his cases and she is over worked and under capable. I don't know of any good attorney but I do know I would never recommend Barnes and Cohen and I tell everybody I come in contact with that is is looking for an attorney, this same story.

The experience with Ms. Cozart has been extremely painful.
My son was killed in an automobile accident and she was handling
The case between the insurance company of the Soldier who was
Driving the vehicle. After almost two years the case still isn't settled.
Ms. Cozart informed me that the case was completed and was pending
Final review which would take two weeks. After a month had passed
She then informed me that it would take two months. After 2 1/2 months
Her assistant informed me that they had no idea that they had no
Idea when it would be completed.
I had informed Ms. Cozart that I wanted to get everything settled
prior to my deployment to Afghanistan. This had no impact on her
as she displayed a total and complete lack of concern. Losing my son,
