Jack helped me feel vindicated by turning a bad situation into something good. He really knows his stuff! He did a wonderful job at negotiation for me. Horrible experience. Do not hire this firm. I was embarrassed to have this law firm represent me for a PFA order. The attorney was filling in for my attorney and he knew absolutely nothing about my case. He actually made things worse for me. I would have done a better job representing myself. I wound up rescinding the PFA on my own because I couldn't trust my legal counsel to protect me.
I thought I was paying $400/hour to be protected by an established firm. Instead, I felt like my kids and I didn't matter to them. Only my money.

Mr. Hicks worked with me on a case that involved a past client that was not happy with the services my company provided. The case went from negotiations all the way to a trial. I had an ex who was less than pleased that I had moved on. He made multiple calls to DCF with lies and fabrications. As soon as I was contacted by someone at DCF, I called Mr. Mitchell's office and got an appointment right away. He took my case and within 2 weeks I had full custody of my children. I had an ex that kept threatening to take my kids from me because she would get mad at me. She also has a few issues she needs to get right with herself. As a dad in Kansas you always hear how it is impossible to gain custody of your kids over their mom. Mr. Mitchell got me custody of my girls and their mom has to be supervised around them until she can get herself right.

I was stopped for a DUI in that state of Missouri in the summer of 2018. I live in Kansas so I was not aware of the process of living in another state while in trouble in another. I was placed under arrest and went to jail. After I was released I found attorney Paul Burmaster through a ton of research on finding the best lawyer for my case. After meeting with him I knew this was the man to represent me and my case. Im glad I did. I had 2 court hearings to overcome and try and win my case. The first was the circuit court for keeping my drivers license. Long story short...We won by a judges ruling and I was able to keep my license and not go on any record or take a insurance hit. The 2nd court hearing I had to attend was for the criminal side of it with the KCMO Municipal Court. Prior to this Paul had came up with the best plan to represent and fight my case before going into the court room. I was always aware and kept in contact at all times of these hearings so I was fully aware of what was going on at all times. The day of the court hearing with the judge, prosecutor, and two police officers I knew what was going on during my trial keeping me in more of a calm state of mind knowing I had a good fighting chance to win. This helped me keep focused and my stress low at a time like this. During this trial I observed Paul being very organized and two steps ahead of everyone in the court room. With his knowledge and aggressive skill set we were able to win my case and was dismissed. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend this attorney to anyone. He will stand up for you and your rights to deliver the best outcome of any case that is brought to him. Thanks Again.

I hired Paul to help me with a DUI charge that I faced in Kansas. From the beginning, I knew I was in good hands. Very disappointed in my results from Jessica Timm. In the 1.5 years she had my case I only had 30 minutes of medical treatment. I had a slip and fall where I hit my head and was knocked unconscious, broke my nose and was left disfigured. I just didn't feel like she worked for me. Communication slow or not at all. She also represented me in a car accident prior to that they were close together but had I gotten the results from the car wreck, which were poor also, I would have went elsewhere for the fall. I had no medical treatments from the party who hit me on this case either and the monetary settlement was not worth my troubles. She got more than I did. Very disappointing that I now live with problems like headaches, facial swelling, blurred vision and brain fog but received no treatments.

Mr. Colon represented my wife in a personal injury suit resulting from an auto accident. Although the other motorist was found at fault her insurance coverage did not adequately cover the damages sought. Mr. Cloon sought an award through our carrier.

I unfortunately, waited too long to finally take that first step to obtaining some legal assistance from a vehicle collision. If I had it (which I hope I do NOT) to do over again, I would have sought the legal advice immediately after I noticed pain as result of the accident. Although, I was reluctant to obtain a lawyer, I couldn't be more satisfied with the services and advise Mr. Geren provided. He is knowledgeable, willing to listen, and works diligently to understand his client's needs and demands. Most of us just want to be treated fairly when unfortunate situations arise that are beyond our control. Mr. Geren will thoroughly explain your options and do all he can to make you feel comfortable while doing so. He can turn a very difficult and sometimes unfair event into a more positive experience.
Mr. Geren is compassionate and does his best to show you that you are important, and regardless of what kind of pain and suffering you may be going through, he shows you that you don't have to be doing it alone, nor do you have to "accept" what has become- as a result determined by the insurance companies involved.
