We had a personal family crisis when my dad was injured badly and my family was devastated. We'd heard great things about Mainetti, Mainetti and O'Connor so we called them. First of all we got a real person, even thought it was 8:15 pm at night. We met with Al Mainetti the very next morning, and he reassured us that everything was going to be okay. His manner was soothing and put my very upset dad at ease right away. Al walked us through tthe process and he even brought in his other lawyers to get their opinions too, which I thought was great. They are a real team. The whole office is calming! It's not like a regular law firm where everyone is stuffy. This put my dad's fears to rest. Al Mainetti and Joe O'Connor wound up getting my dad money for his injuries and it was over super quick. I love this firm and they did right by my family. I would trust them with my life in a heartbeat.

I contacted William for an injury to my hand. He explained everything and made feel at ease in an uncertain time. Beyond that he also explained that my particular injury was obvious and really didn’t require anything more than having the proper paper work filed. I consulted Mr. Kistner for information on my workers comp carpal tunnel. He understood my situation and advised me on the law. Before I even finished explaining my situation he knew what was going on with my claim and what was going to happen next. As first-time homeowners, we had many (many) questions. Last week my company needed legal advice with an issue that could have easily gotten out of hand. Bryan and Lindsey are absolutely awesome. He's my husband's attorney and has been fighting tooth and nail to get him much less time than what the judge wants to give him. He's so experienced and much more so than the one that we hired prior, and knew about certain things that even the DA didn't know about when it came to getting a specific DA off of the case. If you are in trouble, this guy is your golden ticket. My husband is doing 16 months in jail instead of 1 1/3-3 or 4-7 yrs. He is also taking care of his parole matter. If you are in trouble and can afford a good attorney (he is NOT cheap by any means), then this is the guy you need to call.

I used John Dunne of Ryan Roach & Ryan to represent me in the purchase of my new home. We were dealing with a very challenging seller and a process that was drawn out to 5+ months as a result of lots of delays and small issues from the seller and their attorneys. John, Teresa, and Terri were the right balance of persistent and calm. They stayed on top of everything and kept my husband and I updated while managing a fairly contentious and unhelpful attorney on the other side. They saw us all the way through to post close since there were some escrow items as well.

Paid our invoice in full to process a simple divorce. Was told the papers were waiting on the judges signature for 4 months. Finally took it upon myself to call the County Clerk/Court and was informed the papers had never been filed. Not only we were lied to about the status of the papers - she did not file them in the time frame we were told. She does not return calls and has her staff screen all incoming call. Two years later and still not complete! I giver her a 0 if allowed.

Mr. Cloohan represented my family's estate for a number of years and, at first, he seemed capable and helpful. However, over time, we found that he gave poor advice and that he often provided one opinion and then later contradicted that opinion. Jay has always been known how to milk his clients, its what he does. Unfortunately, I found this out the hard way. He drags on proceedings, When intitially consulted says the fee will be a few thousand and it turned into tens of thousands. In his later years has has begun forgetting basic facts of cases. Other lawyers cannot stand working with him because he is an arrogant, forgets basic facts before the judge, who then gets angry with him and I'm paying, i do mean paying for it. He needs to retire.
