My husband and 2 friends were hit by a car while on their motorcycles. They were very fortunate when they were referred to Bryan at Sinus Dramis. Bryan and his staff were very patient and kind and explained the entire litigation process as it moved along. They were always available for questions and assistance, never once acting like it was an inconvenience. In 2015 I experienced an awful car accident, lost my job, and to this day continue to suffer from chronic pain. Stephen Sinas from day 1 explained everything to me regarding the process, used terminology I needed in order to understand, and truly showed a desire to advocate for me. Stephen Sinas came as a recommendation by my family's case manager; highly recommended at that. We've had--unfortunately--unpleasant and horrible experiences with prior attorneys, and thus, were skeptical.
However, since our case manager was fantastic, we took their advice and recommendation and sought out Stephen Sinas. Some skeptics may go by his young appearance, but that is simply not the case.
Mr. Sinas is a real attorney. One that will, and does, fight for his clients and goes the extra mile. He's extremely thorough and does not only do the job as your legal counsel but doesn't make you jump through hoops. He knows the No-Fault Auto law in Michigan well and he definitely does battle against the big name insurance companies.
You're not strung along, waiting for an answer or playing phone tag (while your bill is racking up) like other attorneys. There is no other legal counsel representative you could ask for. Simply put (and biased, by my fantastic experience) he is the best at what he does. He gets the job done and he helps the people.

After suffering for months from injuries sustained in a roll-over car accident and beginning to receive push-back from my auto insurance company about covering my expenses, it occurred to me that I should pursue legal assistance. Having never been in this position before, I didn't know where to start or what to expect.
After contacting a few law firms with little result, I found The Sinas Dramis Law Firm in the Yellow Pages. A person (rather than an automated voice) answered the phone. My call was received with care, and my situation was taken seriously,
Within a short period of time I received a call back to discuss my case with the assigned attorney, Kevin Komar. Also participating on the call were George Sinas and Brittney Cole.
They informed me of my rights, and the laws that would apply to my situation. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that I made that call! I had no idea my injuries would change my life the way they have, and that I would continue to need the assistance of Kevin and Brittney. They have supported me through several years of ups and downs, and my case is still active.
My experience with them has been stellar and professional. They have been informative, patient and encouraging. On one occasion Kevin made a special trip to our home because it would have been physically difficult for me to get to their office. His gesture was very much appreciated. It felt as if we were being visited by a family member.

One of the most important days in the life of our family was the day we hired Tom Sinas of Sinas Dramis Law Firm as our Lawyer. After the sudden death of my brother David our family was at a loss of what to do. As a suggestion from my Nephew, we interviewed 3 different firms in the Detroit and Grand Rapids area. As we listened, took notes and asked leading questions it was clear who we would follow into battle. Stepping into the board room with this team we felt comfort, strong empathy and consideration as we told the story and listened to a group who had experienced similar scenarios in the past. I was deeply moved as Tom took my sister-in-law aside and had a private conversation with her. Tom’s caring nature would show through as we continued through the 1 ½ year process.
In the beginning of the case, Tom suggested that we create a video to explain the depth of loss we all had through the death of Dave. The idea felt a little strange at first but we later learned the value of the suggestion. The family met at my mothers house and the videographer had set us up in the living room. Tom Sinus just had a conversation with each of us and documented the emotional stories from the interview. The videographer took the raw footage and created a professional document of David's life, family and their loss. When the video was completed it was used as a powerful tool that was sent to the insurance company. I believe that video helped convince the insurance company of the value of David's life and lead to the compensation asked for without any argument.
As the process is finished and results have been realized, I look back over this time with gratitude. I have never had the cause to include a Law Firm into any of my life experiences. I have to admit I never wanted to have something happen in which I needed one. We could not have imagined that a Lawyer and Law Firm could have been so professional and caring.
Thank you to all of the associates of the firm who helped us through this time of pain and sorrow. As we lay this whole process to rest, we want to especially thank Tom for his caring and professional attitude toward our case.

I have dismissed charges on some felony due to no evidence. This lady is the attorney for my wife's daughters grandma. Tell how it's right to try to judge and hold someone accountable for a charge that was dismissed. And she don't know the difference in no contact and a ppo. I will seek guidance to take this lady to court of defamation of character, slander, among others. Your not gonna play with me freedom this way. Your gonna learn. I will also look into if the ABA can help in this. Your breaking the laws lady and you and your client are lying. I will expose you.

I hired Ms. Patrick upon being charged with Unlawful Imprisonment, Interfering with communications and assault and battery. I was so distraught and confused at first. Knowing I could possibly end up in prison for 15 years! Melissa first calmed me down and made me focus. I was then able to provide her with the information and evidence she requested. She listens and provides understanding in a confusing time with out judgement. I felt completely comfortable with her understanding her expert opinions and advisement. I was in a car accident and Sinas Dramis law firm took over my case. Mr. Donovan was chosen by the firm to represent me. He had two different paralegals that were often hard to get ahold of. Mr. Donovan was very knowledgeable but was also very hard to get ahold of when I had a question about my case.
I had to get a majority of the paperwork for the paralegals which I found absurd since the firm was taking 25% of my settlement. I was also getting wage loss checks that they took 10% of when I WAS PICKING THEM UP! The staff there treated me like a outsider when I would come into the office.
When I would go into Mr. Donovan's office to talk about my case, it often seemed like he was representing their insurance company and not mine. I had never been in a situation like this so I didn't know any better. I figured that I would get an lawyer that would fight for me and I did not get that feeling.
There is a lot more I could say about the situation but It took over 2 years before it was over. I provided Mr. Donovan with a lot of paperwork that I went to get on my own that should of showed that I should of still received benifits and nothing was done with the matter.
I would never use Mr. Donovan or his law firm in the future.
